My order was a roast beef sami with AU JUS... with out the AU JUS the sandwich is dry and not very desirable. It was delivered by door dash and the AU JUS was forgotten. I asked for a refund and was told that they are not able to do this as the AU JUS is complimentary. WTF is that !!! You guys are better than this and I would expect for you to make right on a mess up that YOU made. I think it will be a while before I order with my colleagues from Gioias. We started with freshly baked soft bread while waiting.The food was delicious. Capellini alla Zia was my favorite followed by Cannelloni. “I had the rigatoni arribiatta which was delicious. My group and I had a really nice time in general, but towards the time that we left it was VERY loud in the restaurant, this was around 7:00pm. It became so loud that I left with a sore throat (not joking) from having to project my voice just to be heard by the person across the table. I did really enjoy my food though.“

I got giardiniera peppers on the side and they were very fresh. You can taste the care put into your meal. I would recommend to anybody.
