“After watching K dramas for weeks, I just had to take my bestie for a night out at the K Fried Chicken off National in Springfield and it did not disappoint! The owner is so sweet and made sure that we knew the best way to pair the food with sides. The food was amazing, extra crispy and moist chicken in a sweet and spicy Korean sauce. Medium is just right for those that like a little kick but not blow your head off. All the sides are hand made and DON’T skip the seafood pancake! It is the best thing on the menu.“

“Breakfast anytime, I got the Missouri omelette and the Pecan Belgian waffle. Both were excellent, hashbrowns were crispy on the edge and soft in the center. My biscuit and gravy was fluffy. There were a lot of regulars eating there when I ate an early dinner. They have a lot of dessert options“

“Drive thru pickup is a great idea, great service, polite. I tried those new crazy puffs, it’s kind of like a fun size pizza, delicious. Kids always liked little Caesar’s, oh and can’t beat the price. But that’s just my humble but accurate opinion.“

“Spoke to some guy over the phone about my order website was having a problem so I re-called in about my order and I just want to say I really appreciate the guy that I talk to over the phone for being patient and talk to me about my order and got everything fixed up!! He was kind and patient

“I've been ordering here in my times of NEED throughout middle, high, and college schools. I've always had nice people and the place is awesome. I probably have had over thousands of dollars of orders possibly and I've never had a bad experience here.

“This sounds petty I know but it was the principal of it. I ordered delivery and it came in a timely manner and was hot and delicious, but I paid cash and when I paid the driver left without offering my change. When I called customer service and made them aware the GM called me to understand the issue better. He even sent me vouchers for free pizza! I was gonna tip the guy anyway so it wasn’t about the money, it was just the principle of the matter and I wasn’t even looking for free food, all I was looking for was a learning experience for that driver. I haven’t had many experiences with this store but so far so good, even when there was an issue! The GM is awesome, wish I remembered his name😔“

“Just had lunch at the North Glenstone location. Excellent! The pulled pork was perfect, tender and juicy with a great flavor. Having several selections of BBQ sauce is good because everyone's idea of the best sauce varies person to person. To be honest, the sides are just as great as the barbeque meat. I had fried okra (pretty average) and potato salad (not traditional, but way above average). My husband had the cheesy corn and it was great! It's pretty sweet though, so be aware of that. We are looking forward to going back and trying the ribs!“
