“Today 11/17/24 I waited on our Byram newks to open. I was headed to the hospital and wanted some lobster bisque soup to take to my husband. I walked in a couple minutes before they were actually opened. The manager was holding his before opening meeting. He told me it was ok to come on in. His meeting was full of positive and encouraging words. When he finished he came to help me. I wanted the large container and the grab n go only had the small container. He said we can get you that. While I was waiting I said sorry for busting in on your meeting. 😂 I explained that my husband was in the hospital and I was taking him one of his favorite soups. He asked me was he ok. I told him about him having cancer and only wanted soup today. He said I’m so sorry will definitely say a prayer for him. He then says I’m giving you my manager meal discount today. I said no that is so sweet but not necessary. He did anyway. That sweet gesture just touched my heart. I also shared with him that my husband picks up food at least once a week on his way home. Several of the employees know him by name now. One of the them said your changing up your look on me. So my husband explained he has cancer and taking chemo. The chemo has caused him to lose most of his hair and his full beard. The employee was so worried and said he hoped he would be ok and would pray for him. Shout out to the manager Alex and his staff for being so sweet and kind.“

“Drive thru was not lined up full of cars this time. And yet when I drive around to pay to get my serving of food. Fries are soggy fries lately and nuggets are really hot but not fresh. Nuggets did not fall apart as they do when you bite into fresh nuggets. The nuggets just kinda stood there cooling and thick like a piece of bread. Since the place received the best service restaurant goal. It’s been hard to keep up the quality for Chick-fil-A. Sad to say. They must have hired from the area.“

“Now, I’m not the one to leave bad comments, but now, on Oct 14, 2023, I visited the Brandon store and got in the mobile line and didn’t know there were 2 separate lines only to get to the attendant and was told that I had to circle back around and get in the drive thru line because, I can’t take drive thru orders in this line. Well, I circled the building and made sure I got in the drive thru line with a customer in front of me having mobile app issues that should have been in the mobile line. The same attendant that told me to circle the building came from the mobile line and took the order of the customer. Once that attendant was done with that customer I questioned the fact why my order couldn’t be taken from the mobile line when I was in it like you came over to the drive thru line with that customer that was having mobile issues? It was unacceptable. That’s all I have folks.“

“I first had a sandwich back in the 70s at the Jackson Mall and was immediately hooked on Chic Filet. I can’t begin to count how many times I’ve eaten there and it’s always been great. Sadly, I was served the traditional chicken sandwich and couldn’t eat it due to a foul taste I can’t describe. I didn’t complain because I had some colleagues with me that were enjoying their meal and I must mention that the staff were so polite and genuine. I’m planning on giving it another try in the future. Sincerely“

“Amazing place to hang out with friends or meet new ones. The drinks are always cold and refreshing. The food is way better than your average basic bar food. Highly recommend the homemade mozzarella sticks! They also serve sodas and non-alcoholic beer if you dont drink. Fun themed nights throughout the week with live music on the weekends. Plenty of TVs and nfl package to watch all of your games on Sundays!“

I called to the Byram location and not only did “I’m assuming the manager” offer to prepare my correct order again, he even offered to deliver it to me at home! No need since the hubby is out patrolling he could just grab it for me. I have my correct order. Hot and fresh, even with cookies! Now that’s customer service!“

“Stopped for a late lunch at Panera bread. The sandwich that I got chicken bacon rancher was outstanding. I asked for it to be extra crispy toasted and it was hot and wonderful. My wife got a sandwich and soup. I think broccoli she said it was really good. The atmosphere is a little bit dark, but I think that’s by design. If you’re a college student who wants to spend hours in there looking at your laptop, this is the place for you. When we are in the Jackson area, we will eat there again.“

FYI - All drinks including water are $2 ea (free refills)& sauces are extra- ranch, honey mustard, etc. but they are a decent size. We both got Combo #12- burger, wings & fries for $12.99 ea. Food was fresh & hot served in to go clamshell but we stayed and ate at the restaurant. There were TVs with sports playing. We would try it again.“
