“I stopped in for some beers during my trip to Banner Elk. I've had German beer all over the US, and many more in Germany, and I can honestly say that this brewery has the *best* Marzen I've had Stateside. Make this a stopping point if you're in this area. Looking forward to what this place produces in the future!”

“I'm a first generation Sicilian, so I grew up on the cooking of my Nona and mother; so I set a high bar of standard. The food was better than the average Italian restaurants that you will find in a strip mall. The service was wonderful and fast. I regret that I don't remember the name of the young gentleman that was our server. The bathroom was terrible...enough said. Portions are quite large. It's too bad that they, like many businesses, don't offer military/veteran discounts. If it wasn't for those of us who served, so our Country can afford those the luxury of freedom, businesses would not be able to operate, as they now do. "Freedom does not come for free". All in all, I rate them 31/2 stars.”

“A Magical Mountain Getaway From Charlotte and Charleston! My boyfriend surprised me with a trip to the beautiful mountains of North Carolina where we had the most magical stay at The Mast Farm Inn! This town and the Inn are out of a Hallmark Movie! It was the perfect escape from Charleston and Charlotte. A close drive surrounded by stunning mountains, farm animals, quaint restaurants and shops! The cabin was very clean and cozy! The staff went above and beyond for us while we celebrated my birthday!”

“We were “those people”…came in at 8:40 pm. The service staff was apprehensive to take us so close to closing time (9pm), but they did and we were so glad! Thank you Luna Thai!! We were starved after traveling all day and getting to our destination late. Both the food and the atmosphere was amazing! So fresh and so quickly prepared that we ate and walked out by 9:08pm! The Tom Yum soup with shrimp, fried tofu, the spicy salmon roll, the dynamite roll, the yellow rabbit roll, and Masaaman Curry with beef were all wonderful and we will definitely be visiting here again before we head back home!”

“My husband and I recently went to Banner Elk to celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary. We stopped in at The Village for a couple drinks and an appetizer. It was amazing!!! Our server was Derek and he was fantastic! This is definitely a place we will visit again. Excellent wine and food selections.”

“Stopped by on the way to a hike on Saturday 6-28. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The store was the cleanest I’ve seen among all subways. Great experience here as always! Kudos to this location”

“This is a great place to watch a game! They have 18 TVs. They had live music. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. The roadhouse nachos are excellent. The wings are very good and they have a large selection of sauces for the wings. There is a good selection of beer on tap. We ate at the bar so we could watch a football game and the service was excellent.”

“I had a great evening with SaraJoe as my waitress/ bartender. Sara is funny and 'on point' with drinks and service.The ambiance is just as you'd expect for a middle upper class mountain town, amazing! I tried the pizza it was great but not my favorite. There is a full menu and a good beer selection on tap.Make the trip to Banner Elk Cafe Sara Jo is a server worth the ride for impeccableservice and a great sense of humor”

“We're visiting the Banner Elk area and been to this restaurant twice each time. It's been fantastic. Great service. Especially Ashlee and Lilly Will the bartender Joe the manager and Felix who could makes the most amazing coffees and desserts.
Appetizers tuna sushi crab cake, goat cheese salad, Brussel sprouts,
Entrees; Trout, Shrimp Parmesan, Sea Bass All delicious and decent portions.
Friday night the music and entertainment just added to our fantastic experience.
