“During our trip to Blowing Rock, we came for breakfast for 3 days. Food quality, consistency, and portions were a definite 10 out of 10. We had 3 different servers on our visits, and they were all 10 out of 10 for their service and efficiency. All of our food was cooked to perfection without having to add any additional seasoning.”

“BOTH ITEMS PILED IN A TINY LITTLE BOX. Saturday for Art in the Park. Stopped by and purchased an eclair and chocolate covered cannoli, 13.50 including tip. When I got home, they were piled on top of each other to my surprise in this tiny little box. I TOOK PHOTOS , UNFORTUNATELY , I CAN'T POST THEM. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED SO THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU COULD OFFER 2 BOXES. 2 BAGS. I MEAN, REALLY. IT WAS NOT EVEN SEPARATED BY SOME WAX PAPER. Anyway , I just wanted to say that might be something to work on, since there was only one person behind me.”

“After driving past Mexican Rock several times, I decided to stop in and try the food for the first time. I was dinning alone, was quickly seated, and chips and salsa were delivered right away. they were very good. I had extremely high hopes. I watch a large group being seated at a table across from me, a man and his son, and then an older couple . The large group had their drink order taken, then the man and son and a server bypassed me once again to get the couples drink order before turning to notice me 20 minutes after being seated, still no one had taken my drink or food order. The restaurant was no where near full. I asked to pay for my chips and salsa to which he replied "it's free" i proceeded to lay whatever cash i had in my pocket ($6or$7) on the table and left. maybe had i not been alone, service would have been better? I understand larger groups tend to leave larger tips, but I tip very well if my service is good and still tip if it isn't. maybe I will give it another chance in a few months I dont know. But for today's experience, I would not waste my time again”
