“Hellbender is an absolute gem in Blowing Rock! My husband ordered the Pork Ramen bowl - he said, “By far, it had the most depth and flavor of anything I’ve ever tasted”. I had the Adult Grilled Cheese Sandwich - if you are looking for fresh, healthy, and local goodness, then order this! The food is creative and delicious, the High Country Famous cocktail was freshing and spot-on, and the atmosphere is both welcoming and elevated - perfect for any day in Blowing Rock. Every detail, from the service to the presentation, feels thoughtfully done. This is the kind of place that makes you want to linger just a little longer…. “This was the best breakfast I’ve had out in a long time. Everything I got was perfectly made, even something as simple as scrambled eggs. The waffles are incredible. Our whole family enjoyed stopping and eating here before the trip back home. Hope to visit again in the future!“
