“Got tapas with my friends on Saturday night and had a great time. The staff and service was 10/10 and the food was awesome. Highly recommend the pork ribs, papas bravas, and the (I think banana cake?) dessert!”
“We had a wonderful first visit to Bluebird on Feb 26, 2025. The glass of wine, bread and butter, cheese plate, soups, entrees and desserts exceeded our expectations. The service was even better that the food. Everything we asked for was immediately provided and the staff checked on us on a regular basis.
We arrived at 5:30 and began our meal with only a few others on the restaurant. Once the restaurant was filled at 7pm the noise level was higher but not overwhelming.
One of our couples visited France and Paris recently and they agreed the food was as good as on their trip. While the price of this meal is higher that average for this area it is much cheaper than a trip to France. We will be back soon.”
“Dining here was an incredible experience. From the ambiance to the service, everything exceeded expectations. A special mention goes to Chiara, who made the evening unforgettable with excellent service and great recommendations. Each course was a absolutely delicious, all complemented by great drink recommendations. If you're looking for top-tier dining, this place is a must-visit, and Chiara will ensure you have an exceptional experience. I can’t wait to return!”
“Today was my husband's and my first time here and the server herself made us want to try it more because of the way she not only greeted us so welcoming however explained and answered every question pertaining to the foods we wanted to try. Madupe' is her name and she's a great asset to the staff here. Before her patience with me I was just gonna stick to what I knew once she finished explaining everything to us with a smile we tried several items and were very pleased. KUDOS to Madupe' We will request her when we return.”

“Very nice indoor dining, clean and spacious. Very reasonable prices.”
“Food was incredible and the staff were friendly and helpful! Will definitely be going back!”
“Fantastic! Food was exquisitely prepared, service is excellent, cocktails are unique and sophisticated. I had some pasta which was on point al dente, and the duck breast was cooked to perfection, and balanced appropriately with the root vegetables & puree....definitely a restaurant that is worth frequent visiting if you are a discerning foodie.”

“The food is delicious and authentic! The staff are nice, and one of them gave me a great recommendation for the tomato and beef noodle soup. I also loved the fried sesame balls - perfect texture and taste. It is a good restaurant to dine in, as it is cozy and calming. Will be back!”
“My husband and I visited Momo's Master for the first time this evening and had a wonderful experience. We tried Steamed Momo's with veggie filling served with 2 of their signature dipping sauces, and Himalayan Fried Rice (vegetarian). It was great to see the option for both masala tea and coffee on the menu, especially in a downtown Chapel Hill restaurant, therefore we had to try both Himalayan Masala Tea and Himalayan Coffee, and we were glad that we did. I usually do not write reviews but when the food is that good, I do. The momos were one of the best we have had so far and the flavors of both the signature sauces blended well with that of momos. Himalayan fried rice was hot, spicy and very good. The Punjabi guy, Sukhi, and Usha (from Nepal) - both chefs, were great; Sukhi came and asked us how everything was and ensured that it was to our liking. Both Himalayan Masala Tea and Himalayan coffee tasted good, especially Himalayan Masala Tea was really good. The place has a nice, comfortable ambiance. We look forward to visiting the restaurant again and enjoying the food in near future. Highly recommend.”

“The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and it’s reasonably priced. Highly recommend!”

What a gem! Went there for an anniversary dinner with family, there’s plenty of parking within the hotel grounds.
✨ **Ambiance:** The ambiance exudes classic elegance, transporting you to a time where dining was an experience to savor. Soft lighting, rustic decor, and a welcoming atmosphere set the stage for a memorable evening.
?️ **Delicious Fare:** The menu boasts a delightful array of dishes that tantalize the taste buds. We had crostini, amazingly tender lamb chops, flavorful Papardelle pasta, tagliatelle, lobster. The desserts were decadent and were the perfect ending to a spectacular meal.
?? **Top-Notch Service:** The attentive and friendly staff elevate the dining experience with their impeccable service.”
“Aside from the amazing staff/ownership, the outstanding beer selection and great food consider the fact that they have received 10 consecutive inspection scores of 100.0 which is unheard of! That matters! Think about the last time the tap line was cleaned at your current choice of bar or restaurant. Tap lines are nasty if not maintained. On any given day at TCP you will see them cleaning the line when they change a keg. If you have not seen this at your current top choice you may want to think about what's in your glass. It is not pretty! Oh, and the tap lines are not inspected. TCP does this because it's the right thing to do!!”
“We came here for dinner and it was pretty good. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the hostess. We made reservations which we suggest doing. The atmosphere was nice. We ordered the salmon and chicken tenders. The salmon was really good and perfectly seasoned but the rice was cold. The chicken tenders and fries lacked flavor. The server was attentive until our food was delivered and then we had to flag him down to get anything else. Overall it was ok.”
“Visited for the first time tonight and we will definitely be back. Right off the bat, the employees were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Our water glasses stayed full and our cocktails were delicious. The food was phenomenal—appetizer, entrées, and dessert. The presentation was lovely and the taste was divine. The Whipped Feta & Fig Crostinis were a surprise hit! My husband thoroughly enjoyed the Red Cream Paneer Curry and I couldn’t get enough of the Tagliatelle Pasta Alfredo with Wild Mushrooms and Shiitake Bacon. The ice cream sundae was great, too! It was my first time tasting non-dairy ice cream that actually tastes good! Given the quality and care taken to provide vegan food that is THIS tasty, I think the pricing is fair, especially when compared to other local cafés/bistros/restaurants in the area. Casual, kid-friendly atmosphere, but still nice enough for a date night. Can’t wait to come back!”

“When I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and was sick for an extended period of time I was kind of at a loss of what to feed myself and my family. A lot of my go to recipes were off the table for me. I’m so glad this company makes delicious food that fit well with our needs.”
“Best bubble tea shop I’ve tried so far! Friendly staff, quick service, and this location is awesome because it’s right on Franklin Street!”
“Very good food environment and service, everything is so perfect and will come back.”

“Our first time there today.. looked in the front door but was closed and as we were leaving the owner Meital greeted us at the back door and we purchased a pistachio and white chocolate Babka which was our absolute favorite!! Thankyou and we will be regular customers🥂”
“We have been told to come here for months and we were finally able to have a date night. It was hundred percent worth it. The bruschetta, the baked ziti with the meat sauce and the limoncello cake were amazing. You can’t beat the prices and the service. Anna made our night so much better with here spunky personality, which we love. I would recommend and we will be back!”
“The people make this place really special and the food is wonderful. Peaceful and pretty, this is a spot you won’t want to pass up on. It’s an absolute must!”

“Decent coffee shop in a prime location. Has a well above average variety of food because it is connected to Carolina Coffee Shop - confusingly, the restaurant of the two. That is a huge plus! You can get good burritos, sandwiches, toast, etc. The actual coffee is good too. They have items like tea lattes, seasonal iced tea, matcha & mochas, too. Whipped cream made in house.
It is usually quite packed. Lots of people studying.
I find the service not super friendly, a bit impersonal, and for dine-in experience, slightly lazy. I am a strong believer that dine-in coffee should not be served in disposable cups. And at that, their disposable cups were so thin! It might feel like a small detail, but it is a symptom of a larger mindset. The baristas ask people’s names but then forget them when announcing the order… as another example.
I probably have been here ~12 or so times. A good study spot near campus if you snag a table early enough”
“I placed a large order for a work event and the pickup experience was great. The customer service was top tier and the man/young adult (I'm sorry but I think his name was Seiko) he was amazing. I probably have the name messed up. The food was great for a resonable price to food 10-15 people. Will use them again for future events.”
“They've got some great Fall drink choices right now. The coffee is smooth and delicious. The employees are friendly and orders come up quickly. I just wish students didn't park themselves for hours on end to study at tables. It leaves little to no room for anyone else to sit and enjoy their coffee. Parking can be tough to come by.”
“After spending some time in the yard with mulch and other misc, I ordered a drink for pickup and drove through. It was the best looking thing I've seen lately and a great follow up to yard work and a hot day. The barista (Ellie?) has been pleasant as well as provided polite and wonderful customer service. This location is new and fresh-looking with a convenient drive-thru for the area(several others don't offer a drive-thru and require inside ordering or pickup as the only option). Also, this location used to be a comic shop!”
“Such a great place to grab a quick bite! The food is authentic and delicious. Salsa will kick your butt if you let it :-) The prices are right and the people are kind!”

“Sure! Here’s a glowing review for Tonya’s Cookies:
If you haven’t tried Tonya’s Cookies yet, you’re seriously missing out! These are hands down some of the best cookies I’ve ever had—perfectly balanced between crispy and chewy, with just the right amount of sweetness.
Not only are the cookies amazing, but the customer service is top-notch. Whether you’re grabbing a bag for yourself or sending a gift, you can tell that every batch is made with care. Highly recommend for anyone who loves high-quality, handcrafted treats!”
“Actually really enjoyed. Got the elderflower signature drink. Ginger forward but super nice. The cucumber was really good. It’s a bit pricy, $15 per drink. But ambient atmosphere for a conversation. Empty on a Sunday at 7p but got populated by 8:30. Sophisticated vibe. Great lighting.”
“In today's world, with franchise after franchise, it can be easy to forget what true hospitality feels like. When you visit Suttons, you have stepped back in time. This is an home grown American made private business. The service and quality of their food will always trump that of any franchise.
Support this business and family with your hospitality and I promise you will be returned the same southern love of NC!”
“This is definitely a great place to be for any sports entertainment. The vibe and buzz are extraordinary. But the food is bar food at best. Be especially aware of the fish tacos. Yes, it is nice to see them on the menu since not many places serve them, plus you get 3 total, but the ones here are barely satisfactory bar food. First, they have only thick flour tortillas, and no corn ones. That alone is a fail because the thick flour texture overwhelms the nice shrimp. And they use raw green cabbage, which is terrible. Last, the rice and beans that were served were virtually flavorless. Thumbs down to the shrimp tacos!”
“We’ve been here a few times, but this is my first time leaving a review. The staff was great as always. The food is always great, but it was suggested I try the BBQ Tofu; it was so good! I also enjoy the fact that the music is always a whole vibe. We were treated to rendition of “ ‘Cause I Love You” by Lenny Williams. When I tell you the employee was SANGIN’, I tell you she was SANGIN’. Just a great experience all-in-all.
Vegetarian options: I’m actually a vegan, and there were plenty of options with the “Create Your Own Bowl.””
“Perfect place to celebrate my Mom’s 75th Birthday. All around great experience. Gabriel was an amazing server, and the staff were friendly and helpful!”
“This is my go to restaurant when looking for a nice place to take guests or to celebrate a birthday. Very good food; Since it’s a steak and chop house I order a steak rather in house ground sirloin burger. I’m not thrilled with their mixed drinks because I don’t think they make their own sour mix but the wine and beer selection is good. I usually make reservations before hand as it can be busy on the weekends.”
“If you're looking for a memorable dining experience, this Korean BBQ restaurant is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, the warm and inviting atmosphere sets the tone for an enjoyable evening. The space strikes the perfect balance between modern and traditional, with cozy tables and the ever-present sizzling dishes that get your appetite going.
The food is where this restaurant truly shines. Each dish is bursting with flavor, showcasing the rich and authentic tastes of Korean cuisine. The marinated meats, from tender bulgogi to juicy galbi, are cooked to perfection right at your table, allowing you to savor the smoky aroma and flavors as they sear. The side dishes are a delightful assortment, offering a perfect complement to the main dishes, and the kimchi is some of the best you'll ever taste.
What makes this experience even better is the affordability. Despite the high-quality ingredients and generous portions, the prices are incredibly reasonable. You get great value without compromising on taste or portion size, making it an ideal spot for both casual dinners and special occasions.
Lastly, the service is impeccable. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, always ready to guide you through the menu or help with any requests. They make you feel right at home, enhancing the overall dining experience. I have been away for several years and noted the changes in my diet when placing my order. The owner was extremely attentive to my request and description, in what I preferred.
Whether you're a Korean BBQ enthusiast, a regular, or a first-timer, this restaurant offers an unforgettable experience with its inviting atmosphere, flavorful dishes, great prices, and top-notch service.”
“Love this place. You can order all the amazing food "The pig" has to offer plus a delicious full bar! Dexter was my bartender and helped pic the perfect drink. Can't get enough of their home-made pickles!!”
“Never been to this dinner mystery show. Would love to go !!!!”

“I had brunch with my family today at Mama Dips in Chapel Hill. We were greeted by the warm and friendly manager who took us to a premier table. They quickly set up a high chair for my Grand Daughter. The food was delicious, fresh and perfectly cooked. I will be back with my family next time we are CH.”
“Good food and menu. some items overly salted. Most items are delicious. Need cornbread on the menu, hush puppies too dense and hard. Fish, cabbage and mashed potatoes are so good. Owner formerly worked at K and W so hurry on over and get your old menu favorites. He is very nice and accomodating, open to suggestions.”

“Jalen served up our delicious plates and broils with grace and friendly attention. The bourbon glaed salmon was cooked to.perfection. Being a Marylander, I was delighted and impressed to learn that the crabcakes come from Maryland. My husband truly enjoyed his. I hope other greens in addition to green beans will be added to the menu. We will definitely return the next time we are in the triangle area.”
“Great sandwich for lunch -PMT- prosciutto mozzarella tomato on the best bread I’ve tasted in Chapel Hill in 40+ years. Or at least as i remember 40 yrs of bread. And came with a salad that was also very good -a cut way above most house salads that most restaurants serve. Will look forward to coming back for the dinner choices plus an appropriate wine which I could not partake of at lunch due to having to work on a ladder in the afternoon. Can you say cannoli for dessert!”

“I am in town and really wanted to eat healthy. This place was close and the young man who wanted on me was very helpful. I told him I had never been there before so he explained all my options. The proportions were reasonable, but probably for a grown man it might not be enough. I actually didn’t put any protein on my bowl because I’m a vegetarian so this was a great option for me. The flavor was wonderful. I think it was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had in a long time. They could keep the bar a little more cleaned up and the avocado was bad so I asked him to give me a fresh avocado which she did without any complaints . I will go back here and eat, and I think the prices are reasonable as well. Just needs a little your observation to the details around the restaurant. Keeping everything fresh is really important us to setting like this. I love it!”
