“What a fantastic dining experience. If you get a chance to go, do it! The footed is incredible, you will experience service rarely found in the states, all with a fun atmosphere in a lovely dining setting.”
“Got tapas with my friends on Saturday night and had a great time. The staff and service was 10/10 and the food was awesome. Highly recommend the pork ribs, papas bravas, and the (I think banana cake?) dessert!”
“We went in the middle of the week, celebrating a 50th birthday party. We were a small group. We had the delight of having Mitch as our server, he was incredibly patient with those with allergies and anxiety. Thank you for that Mitch. It was a moment that everyone at the table was grateful for. We later went back in the week to get the Brilliant Cheeseburgers to go. 100 stars.”
“great service and best Italian I've had since leaving Chicago. among my top 3 meals ever!”
“We had such a great experience. Lizz was our server and she was amazing!!! This was our family’s first time here and we were celebrating our son for earning straight A’s on his report card. They gave him the most delicious donuts and Lizz made really excellent dish recommendations. We will return for sure!!”

“Went in craving a root beer float and sadly they did not have it available. Mel, the store manger, got us right. He told us if we went and got root beer, he would make it for us. Went to raising canes, bought root beer, brought it back. Mel gladly took the root beer and made perfect float. Great experience, great float, friendly staff that went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Would definetly recommend. Especially with canes root beer.

“My husband and I visited Momo's Master for the first time this evening and had a wonderful experience. We tried Steamed Momo's with veggie filling served with 2 of their signature dipping sauces, and Himalayan Fried Rice (vegetarian). It was great to see the option for both masala tea and coffee on the menu, especially in a downtown Chapel Hill restaurant, therefore we had to try both Himalayan Masala Tea and Himalayan Coffee, and we were glad that we did. I usually do not write reviews but when the food is that good, I do. The momos were one of the best we have had so far and the flavors of both the signature sauces blended well with that of momos. Himalayan fried rice was hot, spicy and very good. The Punjabi guy, Sukhi, and Usha (from Nepal) - both chefs, were great; Sukhi came and asked us how everything was and ensured that it was to our liking. Both Himalayan Masala Tea and Himalayan coffee tasted good, especially Himalayan Masala Tea was really good. The place has a nice, comfortable ambiance. We look forward to visiting the restaurant again and enjoying the food in near future. Highly recommend.”

“The food is delicious and authentic! The staff are nice, and one of them gave me a great recommendation for the tomato and beef noodle soup. I also loved the fried sesame balls - perfect texture and taste. It is a good restaurant to dine in, as it is cozy and calming. Will be back!”
“I got the wedding cake cookie and an oatmeal cream pie. They totally blew my mind! A great balance of flavors and textures that can only be made by expert hands. No wonder they expanded into the next suite over! Not to mention the cashier was really nice - she even made a shy guy like me open up.”

“Food and atmosphere were wonderful!! It was slow at the time we went which I was hoping for! Unfortunately our server started off wonderful but the appetizers came out very intermittently (we ordered 3). The last appetizer was brought out right before our meal. Our meals did not come out together and I never received a knife to cut my meat even asking several times, the waiter just kept forgetting and I gave up and ate it anyway so it didn't get too cold. It seems once our order was in he just disappeared and the energy and personality he had to begin with stopped. We drove an hour here to celebrate my son's birthday and we were not even offered dessert.”
“Aside from the amazing staff/ownership, the outstanding beer selection and great food consider the fact that they have received 10 consecutive inspection scores of 100.0 which is unheard of! That matters! Think about the last time the tap line was cleaned at your current choice of bar or restaurant. Tap lines are nasty if not maintained. On any given day at TCP you will see them cleaning the line when they change a keg. If you have not seen this at your current top choice you may want to think about what's in your glass. It is not pretty! Oh, and the tap lines are not inspected. TCP does this because it's the right thing to do!!”
“The food was fine overall — the fig salad was very good and the affogato was delicious (with caramel sauce-delicioso). The grilled bruschetta didn't seem grilled — it was lightly toasted rather than the charred rustic bread I expected. And I thought there was too much piled on it. I didn't taste the pastas but my table mates enjoyed theirs. The service was superb— sweet and friendly and accommodating. Bravo for Massimo! He made the night enjoyable for us. Eating outside added to the ambience and felt a little more authentically Italian despite “Volare” playing in the background.”
“I recently photographed a wedding at The Honeysuckle Tea House, and while the rain kept me from exploring the grounds as much as I’d have liked, it’s clear this is a unique and charming venue. The rustic, cozy atmosphere inside made for a warm and inviting setting despite the weather, and the surrounding greenery added a beautiful, natural backdrop. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the event, which made the day run smoothly. I can only imagine how lovely the outdoor areas must be on a clear day—definitely a venue worth considering for anyone wanting a scenic, laid-back space with great hospitality.”
“Great, creative food and excellent cocktails. Thanks for looking after the large wedding group last night. The wine was fantastic too, the whole trio of white, rosé and red. It looked like everyone had a great time, just like me!”

“I’ve been ordering meals from Goodness Cooks for a month or so now, and I am extremely impressed. Every single dish they make is an absolute home run; seriously, some of the best food I’ve ever had. Not only are the ingredients incredibly fresh and healthy, but it’s clear that a lot of thought and care go into every meal. For anyone looking for delicious, nutritious meals without the hassle of cooking, this is as good as it gets. I cannot recommend them enough and feel very fortunate to have these folks in my town!”
“Early dinner with clients & peers, wonderful atmosphere. The food is scrumptious the cocktails are delicious, the Manhattan excellent. The staff we're very friendly, for a party of seven everyone food arrived together. Five star dinning!”

“Ordered a strawberry shortcake for a special celebration. Every one of the 25 people tasting this cake RAVED about it!”
“We have been told to come here for months and we were finally able to have a date night. It was hundred percent worth it. The bruschetta, the baked ziti with the meat sauce and the limoncello cake were amazing. You can’t beat the prices and the service. Anna made our night so much better with here spunky personality, which we love. I would recommend and we will be back!”

“Perfect place to celebrate my Mom’s 75th Birthday. All around great experience. Gabriel was an amazing server, and the staff were friendly and helpful!”

“Girls just wanna have pho! 😎 Stumbled upon this fantastic gem, the most delicious grilled pork banh mi I ever had, the bread was deliciously soft in the middle and a crispy crunch on the outside mixed with all the wonderful flavors. The crab rangoons came out hot and piping were perfectly fried with crispy ends! ❤️”
“The Mule seems to attract a slightly more mature crowd, and has a relaxed atmosphere. We sat on the front patio and watched a fight on the big screen TV, enjoyed the peppery popcorn and piping hot southern egg rolls, while people chatted around us. My only word of caution: the AC unit inside dripped like crazy all over the floor, but the bartender didn't seem to mind the lawsuit-waiting-to-happen if someone broke their neck walking to the restroom! C'est la vie!”
“What a great place for a family celebration! All the seafood was fabulous, especially the fried Calamari, but I must say I had the world’s greatest Greek Salad and Pita! Wonderful hidden gem in the Chapel Hill area! Waite staff took care of kids with excellent care. Taking their order before everyone else and they were eating and enjoying themselves while everyone else enjoyed fellowship. Definitely will make this a usual place for dinner and celebrations when visiting my family in Chapel Hill!”
“After spending some time in the yard with mulch and other misc, I ordered a drink for pickup and drove through. It was the best looking thing I've seen lately and a great follow up to yard work and a hot day. The barista (Ellie?) has been pleasant as well as provided polite and wonderful customer service. This location is new and fresh-looking with a convenient drive-thru for the area(several others don't offer a drive-thru and require inside ordering or pickup as the only option). Also, this location used to be a comic shop!”
“Since I moved to Chapel Hill, Lucha Tigre has been my favorite restaurant. Their service and quality can’t be denied, but I am so upset that the Asian Glazed Chicken (my favorite dish) has been removed from the menu.”
“Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill is in a brand-new location, and it looks fantastic. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with an open kitchen that adds a nice touch to the atmosphere. They also have an impressive wine cellar with a wide selection of wines. Service was excellent from start to finish having Julie as our server. We had lunch and everything was cooked perfectly—especially the steak biscuits, salmon, and steak salad. The wedge salad was also fresh and flavorful. A great experience overall.”

“Actually really enjoyed. Got the elderflower signature drink. Ginger forward but super nice. The cucumber was really good. It’s a bit pricy, $15 per drink. But ambient atmosphere for a conversation. Empty on a Sunday at 7p but got populated by 8:30. Sophisticated vibe. Great lighting.”
“This is definitely a great place to be for any sports entertainment. The vibe and buzz are extraordinary. But the food is bar food at best. Be especially aware of the fish tacos. Yes, it is nice to see them on the menu since not many places serve them, plus you get 3 total, but the ones here are barely satisfactory bar food. First, they have only thick flour tortillas, and no corn ones. That alone is a fail because the thick flour texture overwhelms the nice shrimp. And they use raw green cabbage, which is terrible. Last, the rice and beans that were served were virtually flavorless. Thumbs down to the shrimp tacos!”
“I placed a large order for a work event and the pickup experience was great. The customer service was top tier and the man/young adult (I'm sorry but I think his name was Seiko) he was amazing. I probably have the name messed up. The food was great for a resonable price to food 10-15 people. Will use them again for future events.”
“Visited this location for lunch, and was less than impressed. Our table had the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich w/fries, cream of potato soup, cascade sald, and lavender latte. The sandwich was okay, but lacked the flavor and moistness southern buttermilk friend chicken. The salad was fine. The cream of potato soup, tasted like cream water, lacking actual potato flavor. Highlight of the dish were the fries, which were fantastic. And the lavendar latte was good as well. Service was good, as well atmosphere, but it was quite chilling in the venue, so dress warm.”
“If you're looking for a memorable dining experience, this Korean BBQ restaurant is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, the warm and inviting atmosphere sets the tone for an enjoyable evening. The space strikes the perfect balance between modern and traditional, with cozy tables and the ever-present sizzling dishes that get your appetite going.
The food is where this restaurant truly shines. Each dish is bursting with flavor, showcasing the rich and authentic tastes of Korean cuisine. The marinated meats, from tender bulgogi to juicy galbi, are cooked to perfection right at your table, allowing you to savor the smoky aroma and flavors as they sear. The side dishes are a delightful assortment, offering a perfect complement to the main dishes, and the kimchi is some of the best you'll ever taste.
What makes this experience even better is the affordability. Despite the high-quality ingredients and generous portions, the prices are incredibly reasonable. You get great value without compromising on taste or portion size, making it an ideal spot for both casual dinners and special occasions.
Lastly, the service is impeccable. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, always ready to guide you through the menu or help with any requests. They make you feel right at home, enhancing the overall dining experience. I have been away for several years and noted the changes in my diet when placing my order. The owner was extremely attentive to my request and description, in what I preferred.
Whether you're a Korean BBQ enthusiast, a regular, or a first-timer, this restaurant offers an unforgettable experience with its inviting atmosphere, flavorful dishes, great prices, and top-notch service.”
“Never been to this dinner mystery show. Would love to go !!!!”

“I had brunch with my family today at Mama Dips in Chapel Hill. We were greeted by the warm and friendly manager who took us to a premier table. They quickly set up a high chair for my Grand Daughter. The food was delicious, fresh and perfectly cooked. I will be back with my family next time we are CH.”
“Good food and menu. some items overly salted. Most items are delicious. Need cornbread on the menu, hush puppies too dense and hard. Fish, cabbage and mashed potatoes are so good. Owner formerly worked at K and W so hurry on over and get your old menu favorites. He is very nice and accomodating, open to suggestions.”

“Jalen served up our delicious plates and broils with grace and friendly attention. The bourbon glaed salmon was cooked to.perfection. Being a Marylander, I was delighted and impressed to learn that the crabcakes come from Maryland. My husband truly enjoyed his. I hope other greens in addition to green beans will be added to the menu. We will definitely return the next time we are in the triangle area.”
“Great sandwich for lunch -PMT- prosciutto mozzarella tomato on the best bread I’ve tasted in Chapel Hill in 40+ years. Or at least as i remember 40 yrs of bread. And came with a salad that was also very good -a cut way above most house salads that most restaurants serve. Will look forward to coming back for the dinner choices plus an appropriate wine which I could not partake of at lunch due to having to work on a ladder in the afternoon. Can you say cannoli for dessert!”

“I am in town and really wanted to eat healthy. This place was close and the young man who wanted on me was very helpful. I told him I had never been there before so he explained all my options. The proportions were reasonable, but probably for a grown man it might not be enough. I actually didn’t put any protein on my bowl because I’m a vegetarian so this was a great option for me. The flavor was wonderful. I think it was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had in a long time. They could keep the bar a little more cleaned up and the avocado was bad so I asked him to give me a fresh avocado which she did without any complaints . I will go back here and eat, and I think the prices are reasonable as well. Just needs a little your observation to the details around the restaurant. Keeping everything fresh is really important us to setting like this. I love it!”
