“While visiting Charlotte for a week long vacation I came across Snooze for breakfast as it was fairly close to my hotel. I found the selection and quality to be great with unique and traditional options. Shout out to Emma, “Chewbacca” and especially Bri for being amazing servers with friendly and pleasant attitudes! I’ll be back again before I leave.“

“It's small and quaint. The loaded hash was delectable. I wish the added cinnamon or vanilla to their waffles. It fell a little flat. They ran out of biscuits and salsa, so I used the jalapeño hotsauce, which was decent. Our sever forgot to place our order, and we waited over an hour for food. Mine came immediately (I was late), which prompted them to ask where their plates were. They also got their eggs mixed around. I thought the good was just ok. Nothing to write home about. I did find the eggs light and fluffy, though. So, it was a win.“

“Julia was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, welcoming, and attentive the entire time. She always made sure our drinks were full and checked in on us without ever making us feel rushed. We’re new to the area and found this restaurant a few weeks ago, and we’ve already made it a weekly spot. Every time we’ve come in, we’ve happened to sit with Julia, and she truly makes us feel right at home. She gives great menu suggestions, is very knowledgeable, and always has a big, genuine smile on her face. Her positive energy and excellent service really elevate the whole experience. I have a family member recovering from surgery and she had no appetite and she desperately needed to eat something. I suggest suggested I get IHOP takeout for breakfast because she's always loved IHOP in the past and I thought the smell and taste of the food would make her feel good.
I went to the IHOP on Lancaster Highway in Southeast Charlotte. I walked to the door and the young man manning the register opened it for me and gave me a good morning smile and a welcome. The other team members I encountered all smiled and said good morning. I wanted to order my food there so it would be hot when I picked it up.
My food was ready in six or seven minutes. 15 minutes later when I got to my sister's house it was still warm and it was all packaged so the pancakes didn't get soggy and the eggs and the crispy bacon did not get soggy. As soon as she smelled it she sat down and started to eat and she ate every bit. I also asked for a side of blueberry compote in case she had taste for that with her pancakes, and she did eat some!
We will definitely be back to this location!“

“I ordered for a group of 15 collegiate athletes and needed items to be labeled as well. I think the manager we worked with was Keisha, I cant remember her name but she and her morning crew were extremely present and FUN to work with. It was evident that they took pride in their jobs, and had a good working environment. Would come here again and order for the team.“

“This waffle house has great customer service you were greeted when you walk through the front door. “I’ve already left 1 review for the location but i had to come back with another 5 Star, Definitely hands down one of the best locations in NC, Cooks are always friendly as hell and the Servers kick ass, i live about 30-40 minutes away but its definitely worth the drive. EXCELLENT “
