Carlos is a perfect example of why this location feels like a community. He is incredibly kind, courteous, and knows people by name. It’s that level of genuine care that keeps me coming back.
This location's curbside is consistently quicker and more efficient than getting in line.
I’ve seen the signs posted at the location about adding mobile drive thru, and I hope that is not intended to replace the curbside option.

“As always chick fil a shows the way at every location you go to. Every restaurant establishment should take lessons. The food is great , service is top notch. Our server was Alassandra. Hayden was great also. She was on it doing a great job, with a smile and great attitude. Kudos to the chick fil a staff“
“This location is in the Whole Foods Plaza on Providence Rd. I ordered through the drive through, but our food was not ready when we got to the window, but our drinks were. We were instructed to park in a pick up spot with our hazard lights on and someone would bring out the food. We waited about 5 minutes. The food was good, but they only gave us 4 sauces for 3 orders of chicken minis, we had 10 count and 2 4 count. I asked for a frosted coffee but was g8ven an ice coffee. I went inside and they gave me the right drink. Prices were reasonable, considering the cost of everything is going up.“
“I am in sales and spend a lot of time picking up meals, and had to come leave a review for Kim, the manager at this location. She was lovely and calm and took the extra minute to take care of me and make sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be using this location more often!“
“They go above and beyond here. Extremely family friendly. I brought my toddler in for lunch and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, helping get us set up with a high chair and checking in throughout the meal. I will go out of my way to dine at this location“
“The food was not bad overall. The nonveg items were good. The Uthappam with sambar was not that great as the Sambar was not best that it could be.
Ambience is very nice and it’s very quiet.

“Located inside the BOA Plaza. Had to run an errand at the Walgreens and stopped in for breakfast. They were slammed! But they got us in and out swiftly.I got the 10pc chicken minis meal and a Sunjoy. The Sunjoy was okay. It wont be replacing the lemonade in future. The tea watered the goodness down. It wasn't horrible it just wont be getting my attention in future.“
“Fastest Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to. Being centrally located, they have to be on their toes and they are. The staff is friendly, the orders are accurate, and you get the Chick-Fil-A experience.

“Went here right after arriving in Charlotte. Looking for a quick bite, but found the environment to be amazing! “I want to give major credit to the team at Chick-fil-A Northlake on February 9th. The manager (an older Black gentleman) went above and beyond for me, my granddaughter, and other customers. On that visit, my 3-year-old granddaughter found a razor blade on our table—a serious safety concern. The staff responded immediately, were very apologetic, and handled it with urgency and care. “Inconsistent Quality
Each time I decide to give this location another chance, the quality of the chicken sandwich continues to be inconsistent. (I usually drive to the Arboretum location.)
Tonight, instead of receiving one chicken fillet on my bun, I received two flat fillets. The first one was smaller and flatter than one side of the bun. The other was even smaller.
That order should have never left the kitchen, nor been served to a customer.
Managers, please continue to emphasize quality control.

“Let me tell you about Chase — the absolute legend working at Chick-fil-A. This man isn’t just an employee — he’s a customer service savant, a drive-thru diplomat, a nugget-distribution ninja.
From the moment I pulled up, I knew Chase was built different. He greeted me with a smile so sincere I nearly cried. I don’t know what kind of training program Chick-fil-A has, but I’m 97% sure Chase is running it behind the scenes while also solving world peace during his lunch break.
I stuttered through my complicated order (add cheese, no pickles, two sauces, one fry extra crispy — you know, the usual chaos), and Chase didn’t blink. He nodded with confidence, like, “I’ve trained for this moment my whole life.” And guess what? The order was perfect. Not Chick-fil-A perfect. Chase perfect. A higher standard.
Not only did he handle the order like a seasoned pro, but he also made polite, non-cringe small talk that made me feel like I’d just gained a new best friend. He said, “My pleasure” with such conviction, I almost believed I was the only customer he’d ever served. Like I was the main character in a rom-com where love is spelled C-H-I-C-K-E-N.
At pickup, he handed me the bag like it contained holy artifacts. Everything was tucked in neatly, with the sauces placed like they’d been arranged by a tiny food stylist. The fries? Hot. The nuggets? Golden. The vibe? Immaculate.
Chick-fil-A, if you’re listening: give this man a raise, a cape, a statue outside the building. I don’t know what kind of magic Chase is working, but I’m 100% here for it. If Chase ran the DMV, people would actually be happy to go. If he ran for president, I’d vote twice.
In conclusion: Chase is the GOAT. I came for a spicy deluxe. I left with restored faith in humanity.“
“In the Southpark food court. Very busy, but CFA associates were on top of it. Food was their norm, excellent. Rate down on atmosphere because a food court has none. The court is fairly convenient to parking though instead of being stuck in the middle of the mall like it once was.“
“It's another Chick-fil-A. Warning though, it is impossibly busy during lunch hour. It seems like a quarter of the students on campus are here and the 1.5 hour wait is not worth it.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get in with automatic doors.“

“I go to this Chick-fil-A all the time! Yes, they're super close to my office. But. The management and the staff are just always SO nice to me. Always so helpful and pleasant - I really appreciate everybody. It's such a great atmosphere, and everybody is so helpful. Miss Celena and Miss Deanna or may be Deena - I apologize! I have glasses but STILL can't seem to be able to read. But - you two in particular are just so incredible. Every day. I wanted to leave another review - because you ALL deserve it. And. “I live in Florida, but my sister lives in Harrisburg, and I wanted to surprise her with lunch for her birthday. Ordering through the app was incredibly easy, and the convenient delivery option was the best part. Not having to go through a third-party service and deal with all the extra fees was such a relief. I even asked if they could wish her a happy birthday for me, Angie our delivery driver happily obliged!
The whole experience was seamless and made her day extra special.
