“Went through the drive thru the other night to grab some sandwiches and service was great. No wait in the drive thru and not crowded for a Saturday evening so I was happy about that. Food was good - hot and ready. Reread my order to me and did not forget anything I asked for - very pleased. They popped the tabs on the drink to make it easy for me to say what is what. Only bad thing I don’t like is this location does not have a good parking lot or drive thru location. Restaurant location and drive thru service on point though.“

“Honestly they got me with the hot fresh free sandwich but I’m doing my best to avoid this place at all costs. The place is superb on friendly and accurate service but the food quality we know is killing us all. I made it my resolution to not eat any chikfila this year and it’s not even the end of January and the app got me again. Ughhh I promise to do better. “Located inside the BOA Plaza. Had to run an errand at the Walgreens and stopped in for breakfast. They were slammed! But they got us in and out swiftly.I got the 10pc chicken minis meal and a Sunjoy. The Sunjoy was okay. It wont be replacing the lemonade in future. The tea watered the goodness down. It wasn't horrible it just wont be getting my attention in future.“

“I ordered here multiple times while in town. It can get quite busy after work, but they do a really good job with moving the line forward and getting you through the drive-thru. No issues. The young adults were very professional. Quite impressed.“

“When a customer asked for four mayonnaise packs that means to give them four packs of mayonnaise, not two not three but 4. Get it right people don’t ask me how many condiments do I need or want if you’re not gonna give me what I ask for.“

“Visited this location, the service was friendly as expected but they forgot all my salad toppings and sauces and silverware so had to come back around to get it. The banana pudding milkshake is really good if you like banana pudding, definitely would recommend.

“So I went here last Thursday, the first time back since they renovated. The mobile app drive thru is awesome! Such a great and convenient feature. And it was so nice to see that some employees still remembered my name. Yayyy, CFA is back open!“

“It's another Chick-fil-A. Warning though, it is impossibly busy during lunch hour. It seems like a quarter of the students on campus are here and the 1.5 hour wait is not worth it.

“In the Southpark food court. Very busy, but CFA associates were on top of it. Food was their norm, excellent. Rate down on atmosphere because a food court has none. The court is fairly convenient to parking though instead of being stuck in the middle of the mall like it once was.“

“Me, my aunt and a friend of the family treated us to lunch here and we all enjoyed our food as well as enjoyed a nice atmosphere to catch up in. They both ordered the #1 with fries and of course I'd switch it up a little, haha. I went with the #2 and went for the kale krunch salad which I would've been fine just eating that because it was so good! Anytime you can get a great tasting kale salad I say go for it, you can't go wrong and then the pecan topping makes it that much better!“

“My visit a few days ago was excellent! The restaurant was spotless, my order came out quickly, and the staff was very welcoming. A team member named Rayeef went above and beyond to help me. The young man greeted me with a smile, answered my questions, and even checked to make sure I was happy with everything. That kind of service makes all the difference. I will be coming back.“

“Nuggets are always great but if u ask for tea. Ask for extra ice n sugar or u get a cup of tea no ice makes the cup flemsey and u just gotta ask for sugar or it'll be sugarless

“They got the order correct were patient and listened instead of rushing us because they had others waiting to order. Always smiling and despite how busy they were we got our order quick.

“Catering order recommendations! I recently did a catering order from the Daly City location…was extremely displeased but learned my issues were isolated since Chick-fil-A is a franchise and each location operates differently. Below are some tips and pitfalls I encountered. 1. A good location will call to confirm your order 24 hours before. This is critical since time and location matter 2. Ask about your delivery options. I learned less than 10 minutes before my order was supposed to be delivered that “I did not achieve their minimum quantity for delivery so my order would be pick up only” 3. It is easy to mess up am and pm for your order (7:15am vs 7:15pm) so always double check I will NEVER do a catering order from Daly City/Serramonte location. Customer service was horrible, did not work with me to resolve my delivery options, manager never called me back. Would have appreciated some concessions given all the trouble I encountered and scrambling at last minute“
