“However, the Male Hispanic Cashier had a problem counting the Money. I waited patiently and being a former teacher, told him how he could make things easier. He thanked me and told me that he thought he was doing it wrong. I assured him he was not. The staff was very professional and the restaurant was extremely clean.“

“Welll well I will say I am RATHER impressed by the young customer service driven young ppl this location has….. THAT YOUNG MAN NAMED DERRICK WITH THE DREAD LOCKS HAS WHAT IT TAKES!!!! You can tell his parents raised him right…… it’s been a long time since I have eaten at this location because of horrible customer service and food….. but I think MR DERRICK HAS WON ME BACK GREAT JOB GUYS GREAT JOB 08/22/25 is when u visited this location“

“We went through the drive thru and even though I state that we needed honey mustard dipping sauce twice and it showed up on the order, we did not receive any. This is the 3rd time that this has happened. My bacon quarter pounder was not suppose to have onions on it, but they were on it. Someone was not bothering to read the order while preparing it. The food was ready pretty quickly.“

“This McDonald’s location actually is one of the best in the area according to my experience because I’m dealing with McDonald’s restaurant if I’m not gonna say daily or weekly at least two or three times a week so I know where are the good McDonald’s location is and this one is one of the best , clean ,neat , very good team actually and Food is fresh Very good taste and I always go there. I wish the other McDonalds in Durham is just like this one.“

“The reviews as of late must have been due to bad experiences on certain shifts/times. The last (4) times I've been to this location, it's all been drive-thru. And it was around 3 to 5 pm. (1) of those times I had to wait a little longer. I assume because the order in front of me was for a van full of people, or a large order. Otherwise, my dog has enjoyed his weekly nugget treat. I've gotten everything precisely how I asked for it. My drinks have been good. And twice the person giving me my order acknowledged my dog!! I tend to order with my dog and hang out in the parking lot and watch our favorite shows. This place does good.“

“I go here often since its by my job, staff always so nice, but today the app was messing up and the woman at the window took a few min to actually help and got my order processed, I think her name was Rafiza? (Sorry if I got it wrong) but big shout out to her, she was so polite & helpful, 10/10 customer service, give her a raise“

“This is one of the better McDonald's in my area. I say this because, they dont walk by customers, if its busy and you didnt order, they will tell you that they will be with you soon. I'd say 80% of the time the atmosphere is positive. They other 20% is usually when they are extremely busy or its the overnight shift. Other than that, I do recommend the restaurant“

“Very unprofessional ppl working there!!! If I order something and it’s wrong there shouldn’t be a problem letting you know!!! Not making the customer feel like they’re wrong!!! I work hard for my money just like the next person and if I order something I expect to get just that!!!! You shouldn’t have to deal with an irate employee!!!!! And not to worry I will never spend my money in this establishment again!!! And I will definitely tell my family and friends not to spend they money here as well!!!!“

“This McDonalds is consistent. The fries are always hot, and if you truly eat McDonald’s, you know this is of upmost importance. The staff is usually nicer on the side that hands you the food than the side that takes the orders, but no one is rude. I give atmosphere lower stars because they will almost always have me “pull forward” and wait even if no one is behind me. But I definitely appreciate their consistency.“
