I asked for the special BD offer. Mgr explained the procedure to get this promotion. However she made a exception which impressed me as well as the birthday boy. I stopped by during their soft opening and it was totally worth the wait. The wings were made fresh right after ordering, so it took a few extra minutes, but I didn’t mind at all while enjoying my grapefruit peach tea with jelly—so refreshing and delicious! When the wings arrived, they were crispy, flavorful, and perfectly coated in sauce. I tried half garlic soy and half spicy, and that spicy one had this amazing tteokbokki-style flavor that I can’t stop thinking about.

Such a great spot with convenient parking in the plaza. Definitely a new favorite—five stars all the way!“

“Morelia Ice Cream Paletas in Birkdale is such a cute little gem! The service is always quick, and the staff is super friendly every time we visit.

My family absolutely loves their paletas — they’re just the right amount of sweetness and it’s great that they offer vegan options too.

We tried the chocolate hazelnut cookies and cream with cookie butter and almonds, and the coconut with dark chocolate and almonds — so, so, so yummy! 😋 Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving a fun treat!“

“We have been going to Antico for at least seven years; the food is normally excellent. Last visit, I had the lunch portion around 2PM Chicken Capricioso and the chicken was tough, barely any artichoke. This review was more of a heads up to the kitchen. I was kind on the “4” rating for the dish, as your dishes are typically wonderful. Also, our waiter was too busy socializing to notice the needs of his other customers.“

“I came here last night for my birthday dinner. I never order steak anymore because most places won't cook it as rare as I like it. Well that 6oz filet was literally the best steak I have ever eaten. It was so tender and flavorful, I didn't really need the sharp knife for it. Even the rice that my boyfriends shrimp was laid across was great. I will absolutely be back for another steak!!

My only two complaints are that 1) the only IPA offered is Goose Island, which has a really low ABV and has grapefruit flavor which I really didn't enjoy, and 2) my boyfriend ordered the Texas margarita and we are pretty sure he got the wrong drink, as the top half of it was brown and it tasted nothing like a margarita. But the food was so good we didn't even care!“

Server was respectful and polite. Only problems was ALLLL THE FLIES. Fans were circulating above but not really near tables to serve any purpose other than moving air. Owner/manager greeted everyone which was very nice. But you really got to see what can be done with flies… you could barely get food on your fork up to your mouth before they were all over your plate or trying to get to the fork. That made for an unpleasant dining experience. I’ve never ate on any restaurants outdoor area and flies were that bad.“

“Exceptional Dining Experience at Que Onda Original!

We'd heard rave reviews about the original Que Onda restaurant, and our curiosity was piqued. Although we'd tried many of their dishes at other locations, we were eager to explore new options. The birria torta and birria ramen exceeded our expectations. The generous serving of tender, juicy meat was perfectly seasoned. The drinks were also very amazing and thirst quenching.

What truly stood out, however, was the restaurant's warm and inviting atmosphere. Even though this is the oldest Que Onda restaurant, it still holds its own homey charm - a true testament to the owners and manager's dedication to preserving its authentic character.

We'll definitely be back for more! Highly recommend trying their unique dishes. Service and quality were top-notch!“

“We came for my mom’s birthday and we absolutely loved it. We had hot tea to start and ended up getting a couple of dishes so that we can eat family style.
We ordered mixed vegetables, Chinese eggplant, moo shu chicken and chicken chow fun. Everything was delicious.

The mixed vegetable were fresh and crunchy/crispy. You can tell these veggies were cooked in a wok because they were not soggy even though they were tossed in a delicious brown sauce. This was the highlight of our meal and it came with white rice which we enjoyed. The Chinese eggplant was delicious as well and was really great with the chili oil that they provided.

We will certainly be back again as the food was absolutely delicious and NOT oily/greasy like most Chinese restaraunts are.“

Not the 'have to smile at the customer' kind of fake smile but a genuine, warm, 'makes your day' kind of smile. loved it ! We keep coming here all the time.
