“This morning was my first time visiting The Packing House and I loved the atmosphere. Everyone was so nice and lovely, and they explained everything I needed to know! ❤️ All I ordered was a coffee but they made it exactly how I wanted and it's a 10/10! 😊“

“There a few coffee shops in the Monroe area so I decided to give Caribou coffee a try and I am so glad I did! The drinks and food are delicious and I’ve never tried a drink I didn’t like here. The service is top tier as well. Every team member I’ve had an interaction with has a wonderful and cheerful energy that makes me want to keep coming back!
I never leave reviews but I am so impressed with this coffee shop that I have to give them the credit they deserve. They just won a new regular from me!

“As much as I do bad reviews I do great reviews! So here goes, I wasn’t greeted, however the came to assist upon coming to the counter. The engagement with the young lady at the counter was cool she insisted she can make sure my food was cooked. She got the order corrected and got food was given to me. In less than 5 mins. Better service than what I had experienced littler over an hour ago.“

“Mary was an awesome person this morning! I stopped by afterwards an appointment for a treat and I know there was a lot going on. She blessed me and others and was so kind! Really love what she does and the community! Thankful to see that!“
“I stopped by for a cold coffee drink and it tasted amazing, I recommend the chocolate one but the one my mom got (vanilla) was also very very good. Very cute shop and will definitely be back.“
