We stayed on the property as well and found the check in process to be quick and easy, ALL of the staff were friendly and accommodating! Our room was very well stocked and clean!! It was like going back in time to my Aunt Hattie's kitchen and once again tasting good old country cooking at its best. I kept thinking, I could have gone to Publix and gotten a better sub that would have been $3 cheaper. The lady who took my order was also very sweet, she listed all the sides for me and their was so many I didn’t want to make her repeat them all again so I found a menu and chose from there. I’m not a fan of pork fatback cabbages so the spicy cabbages they had were mmm so good, the greens were tangy just how I like and the Mac and cheese don’t get me started on that, I just about ate my whole serving before I pulled out of the parking spot and almost turned back for more, I can’t wait to come back and try more of their food! “Just ate BBQ JOES ! Was really good had a chopped bbq sandwich with bbq slaw . The pork had a very hint of smoke top 3 sandwiches in triad. Staneys was slightly better . ButBBQ JOES is number 2. Very moist just needs more smoke . Only suggestions I could make is change your fries they were not good . Crinkles would be so much better . But I will return lots. And the sauce was banging good“

I have to have my chicken wings, even if I get the fried fish, I still have to get a least one chicken wing. I will be going back again tomorrow. I have to get some potatoe salad for my Mom. She loves it. The breakfast is great. They get you a nice portion. I live in Greensboro,but I'm in high point a lot, so that's my favorite restaurant there. The guy that takes us order is my buddy. With the cost of everything rising, this is a meal that is still very reasonably priced. I've never had bad service here either. I would have preferred my tortillas to be at least heated if not grilled, but you can't beat the price. The staff seems to be mostly made up of family members adding to the friendly atmosphere.

“Clean, cute place. I wasn't aware that there was so many options here. I thought it was just a place where you ordered ham or turkey for occasions. There is so much more. If you look online at the menu, you'll want to go to the "lunch menu" to find individual sandwiches. These are available all day! Wish I would've known this long ago!!
The food was amazing and the portions are enough for 2 ppl! So don't scoff too much about the price. Its well worth it!!“
