“My family orders Jimmy John’s often, and this last time I noticed my combo was missing the chips. I called the store and spoke with Josh, who immediately expressed genuine concern and a real desire to make it right. He told me he would bring the chips to my home, and he did(even adding an extra bag).

“This place was great! I tried this place because my sister is obsessed with it, and I got a pizza called... uh... well I forget what it's called but it was named something about a pig or hog, with a lot of meat and peppers. All the menu names were pretty fun lol. The service was super fast and efficient, and it was fun that you could watch the pizza get made as you were waiting. There was plenty of seating and the place looked clean and smelled delicious. The only gripe I have is that it was expensive, being even worse per person than Chipotlé, but I suppose that's what you get when you order a whole pizza per person lol, so I can't complain too much. The pizza was delicious, the toppings were fresh and the sauce was great, and the crust was soft but not too soft, just the way I like it!“

“I’ve always enjoyed Penn Station every single time. Nothing wrong with the food or the service. However, this time, instead of ordering full sized cookies, I decided to order the dozen bite sized cookies. But what I got instead was 3 cookies, cut into quarters. 👎🏼 I chose bite sized cookies for a reason. If I wanted full sized cookies cut down, I would’ve ordered full size cookies and cut them down.
Might seem like a small inconvenience, but they are not the same. Now I have a bunch of cookie pieces that will get hard quickly, rather than small individual cookies I can save for a few days.

“We recently visited Pickleman's for a quick lunch and decided on a few different things to try instead of their (delicious!!) sandwiches! I have to say the Avo-Cobb salad was so tasty and full of flavor! The kids decided on the pepperoni pizza and garlic bread which they devoured and loved. The staff was very patient while we decided our choices, offering suggestions that were helpful. The restaurant was very clean with a warm, inviting atmosphere. “I was in a pickle today with my catering order being canceled without prior knowledge. I walked in to Potbelly and was greeted with kindness by Zane. I shared my predicament with another sandwich location and how I was in urgent need of 15 sandwiches. Zane, Jesse, Betty & Ian took care of me right away. They procured 2 sandwich boxes in under 20 minutes. I was able to make my meeting and take care of my customers without missing a beat. The team at Potbelly really went above and beyond. I did not catch his name but he pushed his employees to get orders right, and quick, was himself working hard and did so with a smile. He greeted every customer, played peek-a-boo with a baby and had cheerful conversations with regulars. All of this on a busy Sunday lunch rush. Jersey Mike’s you do not want to lose this gentleman! “So, if you are in the downtown Omaha area, and your hotel is wanting to charge you $20 for a lame breakfast buffet, I suggest going down to Manhattan's. I got the breakfast bowl and my daughter had the breakfast croissant sandwich. The bowl was $9 I believe and I could not finish it. My daughter said that was the best breakfast sandwich she had ever had. Either way, much better than the buffets at the hotel. I also got their hamburger for lunch. Quite tasty and the fries were awesome.“

“I visit this store a lot but my latest order was an absolutely terrible failure. I actually had 4 different problems with my order and the worst of it was a bug in my sandwich. Ordered a Deluxe original with no lettuce & tomato and they slopped so much of both on my sandwich. Both were wilted and had a rotten smell and ruined the entire order. On top of that failure, both of the sandwiches were supposed to be double meat but were not double meat at all and they also failed to include additional items in the bag that we ordered. I could go on and on about their failures but the bug in my sandwich says it all! Huge disappointment! MASSIVE FAILURE!“

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ANYONE! A 1/2 STAR REVIEW IS TOO GOOD FOR THEM! I called the north 40th street location and made a delivery order for lunch today. I ordered a Bootlegger club only meat and cheese on wheat. first off the delivery driver did not meet me on the floor I specified and I went from floor to floor to find him. I finally met him and received my order. upon opening I learned the sandwich was made incorrectly. The pit lettuce and mayo on it anyway. I called and was given to the manager. instead of trying to handle the situation calmly, she accused me of having an attitude, said it would be made the way I requested it and redelivered. The manager abruptly hung up the phone. I was called by the driver roughly 15 minutes later and went to the third floor to pick up the new sandwich. I gave the first one to a therapist downstairs and went back up to eat lunch. upon opening the sandwich, I learned it was not made as I requested either! It was gooped with mayo! It was already after 1:30pm at this point and I did not have time nor did I feel like calling that store again! I packaged it back up and gave it to another therapist downstairs (they paid me for both sandwiches). So instead of getting to eat lunch, I had to go without because the staff at this location have issues with listening. I GUESS WHEN YOU WORK AT A STORE THAT IS SURROUNDED BY VAPE/KRAYON/THC STORES, IT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO GET A VAPE, GET HIGH IN THC OR KRATOM, AND WORK AT A DELI Y DER THE INFLUENCE THAT IT IS TO DO THE JOB RIGHT AND MAKE FOOD AS REQUESTED BY A CUSTOMER!!!!!! THIS LOCATION GOT PAID BY ME FOR FOOD I WAS UNABLE TO ENJOY OR EAT! THIS LOCATION WILL NEVER GET BUSINESS FROM ME AGAIN!“

“Hard to believe I'd never been to a Jersey Mike's since I like subs. I wanted to compare it to Subway, which on the whole is pretty decent. I was impressed. I ordered online and went there to pick it up. The place was neat as a pin, very clean, bright and cheery. Two employees enthusiastically greeted me, and one wished me 'Happy Holidays' when I left. (People actually say that!) My order was ready, even tho I arrived early. Everything, including my options, was exactly the way I asked. Very tasty. I would say it is between a Subway 6 inch and footlong sandwich, but with a little more of everything. Cost for the sub alone was $11.00 with tax. That strikes me as pricey, but it was good. I guess they have to pay Danny Divito something to endorse it!“

“An Omaha staple since 1969. It's nice to see that they are making a comeback. Stopped for lunch through the drive thru, normally I'd dine in due to liking extra oil and vinegar on my sandwich (gets soggy really fast) but I had to get back to the office. The go-to is the #11 aka Royal Treat made the Little Kong way. Instead of soaking the bread they were nice enough to place the extra oil and vinegar in cups and by the time I was able to enjoy my lunch my bread wasn't soggy! Definitely be back again and again. “This was my first (but definitely not last!) "Unwich". For those not familiar with these, they are the standard sandwich wrapped in a nice big lead of lettuce. I had been apprehensive about getting on because I thought it would be fairly insubstantial and I would still be hungry. NOT!! The ingredients were excellent, the portion was absolutely adequate and the mouth feel was very satisfying. Service was excellent... did a great time answering questions. I have Celiac Disease and It's awesome to find a totally tasty option for when I'm craving a sub. Well done!“

I am half dissociating because I just did a workout and sweaty and just need to put carbs into my body and this kid is, I think, the only person working here and got stuck with like a gaggle of middle-aged white Karen's at the counter.
