“I work at the Moffatt-Ladd House across the street and have been meaning to come over and experience their menu, as we often have overlapping customers. Our host sat us right away, drinks were fabulous, and all the meals were absolutely amazing! (I had the caribbean grilled swordfish.) My mom had been here with her parents in college in the early 80s and clearly Casey is carrying the mantle well. Thank you especially to our server, Rachel!“

“Just had an amazing dinner at Walkers Maine in Cape Neddick! Our waitress Brook was fantastic, helping us navigate the delicious menu. We started with complimentary bread & oil, then devoured fried oysters. I enjoyed the short rib kofta with zucchini & German potato salad, while my friend savored the salmon entree. For dessert, we had to try the in-house-made sarsaparilla-glazed donuts & ice cream. Everything was top-notch!“

“My husband and I had the best experience tonight! The food was amazing. We started with the tuna appetizer and the cure wedge salad - so good! He had the filet and I had the short ribs - both were so tasty and cooked to perfection. Our server was super attentive and so personable! We’ll definitely be returning when we’re back in the area!“

“A rare gem. Huge portions. The freshest of ingredients. Yes, they offer a Vegan special. Even better, the taste, very special. Within ten minutes, we had 4 different people check on how we were doing. We were in a rush to make the theater. They handled that very well too. A truly special place. “My family recently booked a private function in the Eisenhower room at Lamies. Everything was truly exceptional. Michelle and her team went out of their way to guarantee that our extra large party was perfectly cared for. I highly recommend considering the Old Salt for your private functions. You won’t find better service.“

“Man lemme tell you, this what a diner is meant to be. Family owned and full of personality, with a short menu of inspired twists on diner classics, all fantastic and none overwrought. Standouts were the stuffed French toast, hoaty’s favorite combo and the pork eggs Benedict. Oops that’s everything I had. Perfect scores across the board.“

“We went with a group of 7, having made reservations in advance. The food was excellent and service very good. We were able to bring a cake from outside in for a birthday celebration which our server brought to us ready to serve and sing! The Hospitality was excellent along with our dinners. I highly recommend Robert's and we always make it a point to go there whenever we have the chance! My only negative comment is the safety of the staircase to upstairs, railings on both sides are needed, an elevator would be better.“

“First time at Paddy's. We went for lunch and ate on the patio. Great service from our server Erica. On her recommendation, I had the roasted chicken BLT. Chicken salad was delicious. The cole slaw was also good. Not too much mayo. Husband had the hot n spicy burger with fries. Both great. Will definitey be back.“

“Saturday October 4, 2025 I had the pleasure of having Lucy as our waitress. We were a party of 6, ordered dinner and drinks. I am not a beer drinker(sorry) so Lucy took the time to explain your Island District drinks to me. I left with a four pack after an amazing night of music, family, and good friends. “Went on Sunday. Was a bit nervous because of the varied reviews however, we are so glad we tried it. The iced tea was fresh and strong, my pancakes were big and fluffy loaded with blueberries. The staff was attentive but they do seem a little frazzled. The restaurant is clean and spacious and again the food was great.“

“Local’s has become one of my favorite places to eat on the seacoast! Wings are amazing, drinks are excellent, beer is cold and the pizza is out of this world. Don’t sleep on the salad because they have some real gems. Philly egg rolls are my favorite app too. The best quality is how friendly they are and it truly is a local vibe. I had my mother’s mercy meal there and everything was done with care and to perfection. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate her life. Definitely check them out sometime, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Local’s for being a wonderful business in so many ways!“

“Went to a Christmas party here, it's beautiful. The staff is very nice and the food was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, my only complaint, we were supposed to have dinner starting at 7, it was 830 before the salad came out and a little after 9 when dinner came.“
