“I am so incredibly satisfied I found this Krispy krunchy Chicken I believe it is the most delicious of all outperforms KFC as well as others Anacostia this evening much better then most I highly recommend and I get this for the entire cast and crew whenever I can as you know actors love to eat LOL but seriously this is the most delicious chicken available today thank you Krispy krunchy Chicken however they do not have a facility you have to go to different convenience stores and look up who carries this chicken my recommendation is they get a couple of stores but I guess that's why they keep their prices down anyway look up Krispy krunchy Chicken in your area very satisfied customer Charles heimlich actor model martial arts professional“

“atmosphere, service, food-all incredible. Heck I ate here when I was visiting Philly and the meal was so inspiring I moved here. None of this fake trained service, no obnoxiously complicated explanations of the chef or the food, just genuinely kind people serving genuinely good food that doesn’t hide behind any smoke and mirrors. If you haven’t had an amazing time here it’s probably cause you’re not much fun to begin with. Get here, order one of everything, enjoy it, you’ll fall in love.“

“The Food was Fresh ad Incredible“

“I don’t think I have ever tried so many new foods in one sitting before. We ordered a special from the raw bar that our waitress described as a boujee poke bowl (she was awesome btw and very patient with us as we were being indecisive). It was so good! I couldn’t even tell you what was in there but basically every raw fish ever with a really great sauce. We also got some oysters (so fresh with great sauces) and the trout pancake. Never thought I’d be into cold fish on a pancake, but it was delicious. Anyway, all that rambling to say this place is amazing, definitely go if you can get a reservation, and definitely try all the weird things that sound kinda scary.“

“This was our second time dining with Austin as our server (we requested him because he was so wonderful the first time) and he did not disappoint! The food is phenomenal, everything there is cooked to perfection, and the service is what makes it even more outstanding. We just wish we lived closer so we could go more frequently! “Really great food- we had the shrimp fried rice, noodle bowl and wings (salt + pepper). All meals were so tasty even the spring rolls! Wings were crispy, well seasoned and tasty. Restaurant staff are very nice and welcoming. We sat in, only 4 tables. It was a good dining experience not like a sit down restaurant for example you order at the desk, and there’s no waiter. So casual and lovely vibes! Definitely recommend and will be ordering again!!“

Our two granddaughters came with us, and they instantly settled comfortably, thanks for the personal care tended by Denise, our server. This price includes an app, main, and dessert - anything on the menu. The service here is outstanding. The food is better than anywhere else in town, and for me- the best Italian I have ever had. Dinner for 9 of us took about three hours. To me, this is amazing. There was no rush. They made sure everything was perfect. We were able to relax and enjoy our time. We have been there two other times and have had the same waitress. The daughter of the owner (Jsut another plus). She is bubbly and kind and makes sure everyone has a great time. “Customer service was exceptional. Seating area was a bit small but everyone was so friendly and worked as a team. Honestly the best service I ever had. I went for restaurant week and ordered the shrimp creole. Omg I cleaned my plate and was still salivating over the idea of more when I got home. My partner ordered the crab soup and the salmon. Eyes rolled in the back of his head y’all. Everything was so well and for my first time they left a lasting impression. Would definitely dine here again. I’m just disappointed the shrimp creole isn’t on the regular menu.“

Order a "vegan" burger for $17 which was just an impossible patty which came between a bunch that tasted and felt like cardboard. Also didn't come with fries. the drink photos in the menu are deceptive as they appear larger than the actual drinks received. Save yourself some money and have a better meal by going downstairs at the Grand Sierra Resort to Johnny Rockets.“

“Our second visit to Village Deli was as good as the first time. I had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and my wife gad the chicken salad sandwich. Both were very good. The atmosphere of the place is pleasant and the counter people were very friendly and efficient. We recommend Village Deli and will definitely return.“
