The ambiance was breathtakingly fabulous with festive holiday decor and old world charm that left us in awe. Food was outstanding and the service was even more impressive. Bruno came to the table multiple times to see how our meal was and to personally wish my daughter a happy birthday, showing genuine care. They brought her a plate full of gorgeous desserts, complete with lit candle, took our picture and put it in a card along with a note from Bruno for us to treasure forever. I wholeheartedly recommend Club A for an unforgettable dining experience.“

“Parking wasn't as bad as I expected for the area, that's one of the main things for me. Dinner was good, that was expected. We ordered an egg roll appetizer, shrimp, thi k cut bacon sloves, a few different cuts of steak, salads, mashed potatoes, and creamed spinach. Bacon was impressive but there was nothing bad on the table. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.“

“I went here for my wife’s birthday. I heard it was a nice place , but I was not expecting it to be such a nice experience. From the smiles that greeted you when you walk in to the delightful atmosphere to the delicious food this place is a 10/10 in every single area!!!! “BLT steak was one of my favorite places to have a good steak before the original one on 57th closed down. Wasn't sure what to make of Prime: It was solid but not spectacular.
The popovers are always delicious.
I was a little disappointed with the amuse bouche though, as it is the same one that they've served since BlT Steak opened all those years ago.
We got the wagyu picanha and the cowboy ribeye. The picanha was tender and the chimichurri added a brightness that balanced the fattiness of the wagyu. I was disappointed in the ribeye...it was supposed to be aged but didn't taste like it. And it wasn't nearly as tender as I thought it would be even though I got it rare (how I usually like my steaks).“

The Tomahawk for two had great flavor, though it was a bit fatty in several areas. As a thoughtful touch, Emily even offered me a dessert to go, which I really appreciated. As for the sides, the mashed potatoes could have been better—they didn't seem freshly made—and the mac & cheese could've used a bit more attention to bring out its full potential.“

“Came in with my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We were warmly greeted by Ideneice and Jaire. Danny made a great dirty martini. Natalka took great care of us with wonderful suggestions. Willy and Luis were so attentive. Our steaks were perfectly cooked with hot side dishes. Natalka served a special dessert for my daughter and Amanda took pictures for us to cherish. “Capital Grille does birthdays classy. This time it was my birthday; last year we celebrated my wife's birthday there. We were able to share the sliced filet mignon and a side of creamed spinach, and were given a very nice two-piece (one chocolate, one cheesecake) dessert with a lighted candle on the house. We've already booked a reservation for their Mother's Day brunch and are looking forward to their prix fixe menu with the lobster frittata.“

“We dined here for our last night in New York, and were so glad we did. The food was outstanding, steaks cooked as requested, sides of Steakhouse fries, sauteed broccoli and mushrooms were perfectly delicious accompaniments. “We took visiting family to Royal 35 and they could not stop raving about the experience. We enjoy the intimate, quieter atmosphere of Royal 35 over some of the more boisterous steakhouses elsewhere in the city. There were four of us, and one had the petit filet, another had the full filet, another had the NY strip, and the fourth had the ribeye. Each one was generously proportioned and cooked to perfection. We had the mushrooms, asparagus, sauteed spinach, and "German" potatoes as the sides, which were excellent. It turned out that they were out of the particular wine I ordered, so they brought an excellent bottle of even better quality and charged the price of what I ordered. The service was prompt, courteous, and friendly throughout.“
