“When I first got there the place wasn’t that busy but it’s because the machine wasn’t working. The guy there wasn’t too nice but I didn’t care. I came back a hour later and it had been fixed. I got the birthday Oreo shake and it was really good. I am a big Oreo fan so when I saw the store I was really excited. I would definitely go back and try more items on their menu. The store itself was really cool and nice with all its different items and the decorations they had for the Oreo. Would be a 5 but hopefully next time I come to New Jersey it can.“

“The vibe here is so cozy warm and friendly, but it's not the best for settling in and getting work done due to their 90 min policy.

The cafe is spacious and the drinks and pastries are delicious. I wanted to try the famous pistachio croissant but they were out at 2pm! So I got the pistachio muffin on my guy's rec. It's filled with pistachio butter. So delicious, pistachio lover's dream. Their hot chocolate is really rich and chocolatey too, not watery at all.

As for service, the reviews about wanting to be the baristas' best friend are accurate, they are very kind and caring people. The guy who took my order thoughtfully toasted my muffin without me even asking!“

“Loved every dish- fluke with black tea, mint and peach(who knew raw fish and fruit went so well together?), amazing grilled artichokes and grilled eggplant. Barely touched my pasta with preserved lemon because I was full, but it was delicious. My daughter’s burger was iconic. The Platonic ideal of hamburgers. Coffee was also delicious. If we had not made a plan to go to La Cabral for dessert and more coffee, I am sure dessert would have been equally excellent.Service was excellent and our waitress was knowledgeable and interested in the food.The fluke reminded me of the first time I went to USC in 1988. I had a plate with raw marinated tuna, raw salmon and raw scallops. The little heaps of fish were so pretty on the plate with their contrasting colors.“

“i had gotten the matcha soft serve in a cup and it was good! there were some clumps of powder but the place was busy around 6pm so it was reasonable. the place can get easily crowded, especially when waiting in line to order on the one pos system. the taste was powder and tasted like actual matcha. i will be coming back again!“

I asked to be seated there but they couldn’t because “it’s a table for three” and it was two of us. Interestingly, they could seat one person at the table for two and they could seat three persons at the table for four.“

“Tenz is one of the best parts about living in this neighborhood! Been a regular for a few years now. They are fast, friendly, and the drinks and pastries are so on point. I’m also a big matcha person and this is one of the best I’ve had in the city—super strong and super green. Tenz has 5 stars for a reason 💗“

“What a delightful little breakfast/brunch place!!! We went here straight from the airport on our way into town, luggage and all, and it was perfect! We sat in the little outside area with the fans because the A/C was broken inside. My mom ordered the Grey Dog’s Breakfast with her eggs scrambled, French toast, and bacon, and it’s served with home fries. I ordered the egg and cheese croissant minus the parsley (not my fave) and added bacon. I’m picky about my home fries, so the server offered me french fries instead. We had exactly zero complaints about our meal. The portions are big, the eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly, and the French toast had this sweet butter with it that I can’t even compare to anything because it was so unique and delicious. The home fries ended up being DELICIOUS. The French fries were also good. I enjoyed the seasoning on them as well. I’m not a big fan of the thing shoe string fries, but these were good! The three employees we encountered were all very friendly and I would be more than happy to eat here again any time.“

“The tofu Bánh mì is delicious (get the jalapeños and sriracha!) and portion size is HUGE. 1/2 is basically the size of a normal full size sandwich. The green papaya salad was also bangin’ but I forgot to take a photo. The atmosphere of the place is extremely pleasant - so cozy and really a nice aesthetic. This is a different Bánh mì than any I’ve ever had before, and though it’s not quite authentic/traditional in taste or style, it’s unique and delicious anyway.“
