“I had gone here for my birthday day before with a small group for dinner.i had been here before last year and have ordered delivery using apps a couple of times.The quality of the food is excellent until now.If you are looking for the genuine Indo Chinese flavors then this is the place to go.Their prices are also reasonable and the service is top notch.They even made a birthday cake for me with gulab jamun which was awesome.The server Arvind is very polite,hospitable and genuine.Also another person but I didn’t get his name but he wears a red vermilion mark on his forehead.My mom is the worst food critic you can meet but she loves the schezwan fried rice n the goat biryani.Definitely recommend to anyone in the Franklin area“

I found Saar online, it was less than a block from our hotel so we figured we'd give them a try. So glad we did. Nice place. Great, friendly service (Karim is the man!), and excellent food. I ended up cancelling the reservations I made for night 3 and we went back to Saar. Give them a try if you like Indian food. It was amazing!“

“I remember when this location was actually a cuban sandwich joint, then a pizza place that had nice pizza, then it became Spicy Bytes, my girlfriend and I were always so curious about this place but due to the odd weekday hours we never were able to tell if they were open. It was one day a week or two ago that I was walking around with my girlfriend where she suggested we try this place out since we noticed it was opened! Upon entering a young woman welcomed us warmly and showed us the menu, and took a seat. We ordered a Butter Chicken Curry to share and two orders of garlic naan bread, and got the curry at a medium spice level since my girlfriend can't handle spicy stuff at all, and she ADORED IT!

Upon taking her first bite of the butter chicken my girlfriends eyes lit up and widened, it was also her first time trying Indian food so I could tell she was very much hooked. We enjoyed our meal and were asked by the young lady if we needed anything else through out our meal, which I really appreciated. After eating we were both very satisfied and definitely plan on coming back for more. I am surprised they haven't done much with the interior since the last place since it still very much feels like the previous pizza place, but it honestly didn't bother me as this places food is something you should not miss :)“

The owner/manager/chef Vinay Kalee was not only attentive to our needs but his recommendations were outstanding. The appetizer, Bhel Poori, (A melange of crisp rice puffs with tangy chutney) was not ordered but was served complimentary and it was delicious, highly recommend. Do bring a bottle of wine, it is a byob. I forgot to bring a bottle but luckily, J & J Pharmacy is right down the block and they do sell some wine. We ordered Tandoori Kulcha Onion bread, Chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb Korma..all of which were delicious. This was our first time at Rudra Indian Bistro but it won't be our last, it will now be our favorite, go to, Indian Restaurant. And for those days we don't want to leave the house, they deliver. Do yourself a favor and check this gem out.“

“Finally Found the Perfect Hyderabadi Biryani!

After searching high and low for the perfect Hyderabadi biryani in New Jersey, my quest is finally over! I discovered MANJAL in Fair Lawn, and it exceeded all my expectations. The biryani brought back memories of the delicious meals I enjoyed back in Hyderabad.

After numerous disappointments from other restaurants, this was a breath of fresh air. The service was polite and attentive, which added to the overall experience. I also tried the Gobi Manchurian and masala dosa, both of which were incredibly flavorful.

Thank you for keeping the authentic taste alive! I’ll definitely be returning. Keep up the great work!

We ordered a bunch of different appetizers and entrees and we shared them all. I was absolutely impressed. I totally enjoyed EVERY item. I especially liked the curry fish with coconut milk. “A wonderful place with a creative menu. Very unique flavors. Try as many items as you can as each one is special. We went in a group and we were able to share and taste a variety of items. A very casual chic place, you don’t have dress up 😊. They had some original cocktails, adding a twist to the traditional ones. Definitely must visit. Be aware, you will need to make a reservation well in advance. They are popular and hard to get in.“

“In my experience, this is the best Indian restaurant hands-down journal Square. I recently moved to Harrison and I will still come to journal Square to get Indian food from here.
