- Flavor: Fair selection available. I get Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea. The tea has nice hints of bitterness. Texture-wise, more like a tea diluted with milk than the creaminess of an incorporated milk tea.
- Boba: Lower amount of Boba. Although the Boba has nice elasticity, they're too small so you can usually only chew once.
- Price: An average bubble tea (7$ overall, 2026) compared to what I consider the average price (7-8$)
- Overall - it takes the average up a notch for an overall nice bubble tea but doesn't have the kind of pull that would make me go out of my way to get one.

- Extra - They also serve ice cream and have an extended store area which would be fine for quick hangouts.“

“Rating this 5-Stars. This new boba drink cafe is unlike any other boring same-old franchises out there. It has its own identity. You will absolutely love it once you step into the cafe. The interior decor is very warm and all filled with cute piggies everywhere once you walk in. Service was friendly and great. The place was clean yet small and welcoming. Had 3 onigiri: teriyaki chicken, KF Classic, and Kani. My favorite was the teriyaki chicken, second favorite was the classic. I also tried the sausage which was sweet and crispy. I washed everything down with Oolong tea.

Overall it was a good first experience. The next time I return I’ll take photos. I was too hungry to take 😭🤣.“

The tea used in the milk tea is pleasantly strong but can sometimes be a bit watery instead of a smooth milk tea. Seasonal flavors tend to be hit or miss. Because the teas can be hit or miss, you'll likely default to a couple drinks you like rather than want to experiment too often.
- Boba: Generous amount of Boba with a pleasantly elastic chew. The boba rarely clump which make for a pleasant drink experience but the sweetness of the boba can cause a sweet drink to be a bit too sweet. Regardless, the boba has a nice inherent flavor.
- Price: Meets what I consider the average price (7-8$, 2025).
- Overall - A very solid bubble tea place that I have been frequenting for several years when in the area. It is a nice bubble tea for regular visits but doesn't quite set the standard for a bubble tea shop you'd actively go out of the way for.

- Extra - Despite the extensive menu, it's limited space means it's selection pales in comparison to other established shops or kiosks of the Kung-Fu tea franchise. The kiosk location is also interesting and the staff are courteous,“
