“Best vegetable pizza ever!“

“This was an excellent dining experience for the most part! The service was great and the food was great. We had just returned from Italy and were reminiscing with some friends about the food and how it compared to the freshness of the meals at Sunday gravy. But toward the end of the meal you could tell we were being rushed… and then the hostess confirmed that our bill was paid and then actually asked us to leave 😳. Because she had tables waiting. How embarrassing and disappointing. No where on the online reservation did it say we had a time limit.“

“We had dinner at Chef Vola’s on 9/17/25 to celebrate my Birthday. What an excellent dinner and experience. The service is wonderful and our head waiter Anthony is a great guy who provides the best service. The food is beyond comparing it to another restaurant. My wife had the salmon with special sauces that she said was the best she ever had. The bone in veal parmigiana was the best I have ever had by far and there is no comparison. We had the blush pasta which also was outstanding. Our sincere gratitude to the Chef Vola staff for making my birthday extra special.“

“My wife and I’s favorite Italian restaurant in the entire country. Closest dish you will get to dining in Italy. 🇮🇹 Food is so authentic ! We go every year for our anniversary. Atmosphere is amazing and staff so accommodating with their table side made dishes. I recommend any of the bone in veal dishes. Make sure you make reservations but once you eat here you will understand why as it’s a one of a kind experience ! Five stars all around !“

My husband and I love that their lettuce, tomato, and onion is sliced super thin. Their lunchmeat is always yummy, and cut just the way we like it. I have never had anything from their deli that I didn't like.“

Didn't want to cook, I drove around and spotted Napoli Pizza Grill. I walked in and it smelled amazing. I ordered a Sicilian Margherita Pizza. “Came across this place while driving through Margate. Ordered the Seafood Pescatore. They give you a massive amount of clams calamari, mussels and crabmeat on a small bed of linguine. More seafood than pasta. Definitely worth the $29 I paid for the dish. I had a side of chicken pastina soup. Soup was very good and the pastina was al dente which is very difficult to do. The service was fast and efficient and the restaurant itself was clean and so was the restroom.“

“Great food & service! I got the bow tie pasta and it was incredible and my fiancé got the steak and said it was great. Staff was super friendly, however, there were these older drunk men at the bar (about 5 or 6 of them) and they were being so loud, cursing, and just carrying on and making a huge scene. I literally had to yell at my fiancé who was sitting RIGHT next to me. They ruined the whole vibe and experience. The staff did nothing to quiet them and they were just so freaking obnoxious!!“

“OMG there is nothing I have tried that I do not like. Last night I got a basic chicken sandwich I substituted the roll for a giant garlic knot because of my severe dairy intolerance and it was the best chicken sandwich I have ever had...EVER! My son had the vegan cheese steak stromboli and he loved it. I have tried some of the vegan things he has gotten and they are fantastic, you would never know your eating vegan! They are clean and friendly, food is great and they are great with all my questions about ingredients and substitutions due to my dietary issues.“

What drew us back for some time was the humbleness of fine Italian food mixed with genuinely kind and low keyed charismatic servers. There was unfortunately a shift in management. Our relationship with La Fontana changed. Our final dinner at La Fontana (Strathmere) ended with the general restaurant manager having an explosive fit directed toward two life long friends in their mid-80s.“
