You must know there is nowhere to sit. This is a togo only establishment. While the service was helpful it was not overly friendly or didn’t go out of their way to make you feel welcome, even though we shared it was our first time. We found this hidden gem on our last visit and are so glad we did, I can't rate this place highly enough; from the food to the staff, everything is exceptional.

Let's start with the staff: welcoming, friendly, and funny, we spent longer talking to the staff than ordering, I would say we left New York having made new friends.

My daughter and I are going back next year, so we will be dropping in to catch up, I hope that the staff we met earlier this year will still be there.

On the off chance that one of them reads this, my daughter met George Clooney, and I told the story to one of the staff.

“PROS: I had a great experience add Jersey Mike's. It was very quiet and calm workers were super helpful and overall it was a really chill and easy experience. The sandwiches were very fresh including the vegetables inside. The atmosphere inside it was great, there were many nice posters along the walls and it is in general very clean on the tables. It's usually quiet inside and I would recommend eating there even though you can definitely take your sandwich outside as it is comfortable to eat it on-the-go. When I went, my friend was vegetarian and it was a great experience for him as the workers were very accommodating to his dietary needs. A+ for that!

CONS: The sandwiches did get a little soggy after a few minutes, however it was fine as you can eat it pretty quickly. While sitting outside is sometimes available, it doesn't feel right. There are very few chairs and it feels a bit out of place. Perhaps if they added more chairs and maybe some umbrellas it would be a lot more comfortable to eat outside.“

Tip them whenever & however you can, if you pay attention to the work that they always seem to be doing, they earn it on each customer that walks in there, however you order & they do such a good job, they always seem making their steady flow of customers great food just it was ordered.

Think of it like the Costco of sandwiches - they're freaking massive but the ingredients are also top notch. I often order the #7, prosciutto and mozzarella with arugula, and I'm just shocked at how stacked the sandwich is every single time. You could spend the same amount of money on prosciutto at Trader Joe's alone and still get less than the amount they put on the sandwich. Beyond even just the quantity, though, the actual sandwich tastes incredible. Just try it, you won't regret it!“

“Great place to go in if you are trying to order a quick meal. When you walk in,, you go over to these giant kiosks to make your order. The kiosk ordering is a little confusing because there a lot of variation options and you have to scroll past a lot of them to order. I saw a lot of people ordering the buffalo chicken grilled cheese so I thought I would do the same. It was a solid sandwich but not something I would order again because it wasn’t filling enough for me. There are other sandwiches that look good that I would order if I come back. You get free pickle slices for ordering over $7. My favorite one was the sour one.

Went back and ordered a turkey sandwich with chipotle mayo, avo mayo, and some other veggies. The sandwich was much better than the buffalo chicken tender sandwich.“

“1st im from Chicago, came to New York to see the chicago cubs play the Yanks!. A friend that lives in New York took us there it was her 1st time there also but she said this place had great review on TikTok and other social media platforms so we went to see for ourselves. The Cubana Sandwich was very good and great flavor and hot of the press. The Philly steak was a little on the salty side but maybe it was my taste buds, or the cheese, it was still good. My sons friend had a spicy chicken sandwich he said it was very good and flavorful. My sons girlfriend had a non spicy chicken sandwich and she it was also good.
We loved everything that we ordered. Definitely worth the hype from social media.“
