Waiters were very courteous and never tried to rush our experience. The restaurant is decorated to make the Thai experience as authentic as possible. Celebrated a birthday there and the staff not only allowed us to bring a cake but they also cooled the cake in their fridge and presented it with candles and birthday music as well. Interior is simple and really samples the street elements of Saigon - sheet metal, wooded sloted window panes, cafe du mond all over. Menu design has a dope ode to their Vietnamese history - important because identity plays into how authentic the food will turn out.Ordered the BBH. Clean & absolutely flavorful broth. Service was really prompt. Soup came out in less than 10m, just like how they used to speed serve at the the old Miss Saigon in dtjc. That's top tier quality & service for me. 10s across the board. “Let me start with the constructive feedback- and if you are still reading based on the scoring- you clearly want to try this place. -Wish there was a more accessible entry- not stroller friendly. -Wish some of their dishes came with sauce to dip in since a lot of it is finger friendly. -Wish their menu didnt label all the seafood items as vegetarian. Now the good, because a little bit of lifting and asking can help with the above! Service was amazing. Our server was super informative and guided us on our culinary excursion. Szechuan Ravioli- spicy vinaigrette so may be a little on the sour side for some, nice crisp on the outside Fried Rice- serviceable, not much to it Impossible Duck Bun - vegetarian, nice flavor profile and a good bite Vegetable Bowl - lots of veggies and a choice of noodles or rice. Get the noodles. Shanghai Wontons- we ordered this last but we should have done this first... and in multiples. My fav dish because I am a sucker for spicy peanut sauce. Spicy Vegetable Bun- also a great bun, cant go wrong with any of them really. Nice sauté on the vegetables and great flavor. If you made it this far....go! I was fully prepared to write them off, but this past winter was cold, so I gave them another shot. I have been back at least 5 times since then, because they are delicious! This is the first Jersey ramen venue since the demise of Union Republic that is worth continuous patronage! The broths are delicious and the noodle quality is consistent and finally firm! There is a good variety for the exotics (black garlic is popular), but I also want to highlight a great selection of appetizers - some of the best bao and takoyaki I've had in a long time!“

“If someone is following me they know I like Vietnamis PHO. So we went to try it on Staten Island. Place is lovely. So many exiting details such as sticks with restaurant name on them, call button with different options ( call, pay, cancel), gold spoons, plenty of decorations which makes this place cozy and comfortable. Start with drinks. There are a good amount to choose from. Mine with real fresh passion fruit was packed in clear plastic can and was sparkling and delicious. Summer rolls were ok. A lot of vermicelli, few shrimps, no any added vegetables. A peanut sauce wasn’t bad but wasn’t really good either. The star dish was beef Pho. Delicious rich broth, vermicelli and variation of different meat: ribeye, filet mignon, beef tripe and beef balls. To call this Pho great, one thing should be improved. Beef tripe was too chewy. You actually cannot bite it, you have to swallow whole piece. Overall you will enjoy Pho and will come for it back. I didn’t mentioned that as a compliment to Pho comes plate of bean sprouts, lime and basil. Volcano Wings sauce was basically more on sweet side than spicy, not too flavorful and I didn’t like the crunch on the top. It didn’t taste as somewhat connected to dish. But the meat was juicy and tender. Grilled chicken is one more dish we ordered. Chicken thighs were overdone, dry, salty with cold vermicelli. I will recommend to take a rice instead of vermicelli. Pickled radish and carrots gave some nice flavor and texture but honestly I don’t think I would order this dish again. Boring and the sauce that was served with it didn’t make any difference. In conclusion this place is a good choice for lunch especially if you like soups and fancy nonalcoholic drinks. Service was quick and helpful and as a bonus you can find a parking right by the restaurant.“

I had devoured it prior to writing this review. Today was the first time, I’ve tried the Panko shrimp. Yes, it’s crispy, lightly seasoned and just the right crunch! I’ve enjoyed this meal tonight with an Ani Bottle of wine. This spot is a Boyb! Thank god Aaran told me after so many visits. While most other sushi places in the area offer very bland vegan options like a cucumber roll or avocado roll and nothing else re: rolls, Mizo sushi vegetable maki roll offers a nice combination of various textures and flavors all in one. So, a nice place to get vegan sushi in Cranford.And if you go to NYC, I super highly recommend Beyond Sushi, a fully vegan restaurant offering “gourmet” sushi experience. Spicy food (one chili pepper) is generally on the spicier side, rather than more mild, but can be requested to be not spicy if you wish.“

It’s rare for me to write a review and I feel kind of silly but I appreciated my meal so much that now I gotta talk about it I guess! ?I got steamed dumplings and the sesame chicken, nothing fancy. But it was delicious and all of it tasted so clean and fresh—not greasy, oily, or too salty. The rice was perfectly steamed too, not wet and mushy and not dry. I ordered on Uber Eats not realizing how far away they are from where I live, but it was worth the delivery time and wasn’t too long of a wait. Everything was still warm too. If you’re on the fence because of their Google rating, just know that on Uber Eats they have a 4.8 rating with 100+ reviews. A great find, and I’m grateful. ☺️“
“I have been around a lot, lots of places in the US and around the world, even Tokyo, and let me tell you, this place got to have the best ramen in the US, its taste and consistency are very close to the ones i tried in Japan, you will be delighted and satisfied.
