“Always promised myself on my next trip to NYC I would go to The Dead Rabbit. I am so pleased I got to do it. The staff the cocktails the food and the decor & cleanliness were A1. Loved the welcome my friend and I got, (even when we were a bit late for our booking) throughout the service from the fabulous servers. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Bloody brilliant 👏“

“On my visit to NY, I went to Brooklyn and discovered Bar Mario, a bar that has all the magic you're looking for, with excellent service down to the last detail. It offers a variety of drinks and delicious prepared dishes. The menu is incredible, I highly recommend it.

“Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

“I wouldn’t call Katana a dive bar, but on a Tuesday night it felt like a great neighborhood bar. Relaxed atmosphere. Was surprised at how small it was but that added to the chill vibe. I bet on a Thirsty Thursday and the weekend that all changes, but the bartenders and the craft cocktails will be just as great.“

“The food and drinks were yummy, but this place gets bonus points as well for the staff. I had a weird medical episode and I lost my vision while I was waiting in line for the bathroom, and the hostess and other staff members helped me out and were so kind about it! I was embarrassed, but they seemed to be genuinely concerned and wanting to help, so that made me feel a lot better. Will definitely be back!“

“A fun place with interesting people watching but I came alone hoping to sit at the bar and was expecting and comfortable with waiting for an hour since it was as a Saturday (it was 6pm but that wasn’t early enough), but they were not sitting solo diners and instead would wait for seats next to each other to open up to sit couples, at one point leaving and open seat available for about 20 minutes.“

“DDOBAR is the definition of a hidden gem! Tucked away inside Olly Olly Market, this concept comes from the talented team behind the Michelin-starred Joomak Banjum. The $55 set menu is an unbelievable steal, offering value that far surpasses the price point. It’s a massive bargain and worth far more than what’s cost. The food quality was superb, with thoughtful seasoning and presentation that truly hit the spot.
Charcoal 🐶 also enjoyed here since olly olly market is dog friendly! We’ll definitely be back for the main chef tasting set“

“Service is always great. But the quality of the veggie burger has gone downhill :( They use a different type of veg patty now that isn't as tasty. And always seems to be very overcooked or undercooked to the point that it's inedible. I really hope they bring back the old ingredients because it used to be my fav dish to order!“

“As a senior and active community activist I need to stay healthy so Im so glad my nephew referred me to this spot near our home. I would recommend anybody to Juicy city. Happy hour drink deals were great but then after happy hour the prices were a bit high, but you are in NYC. Limited foos menu, some apps and a few sandwiches.“

“We came here while we visited NYC from California and had the best time. They have a very unique and interesting sake selection. Really appreciated that they opened our eyes to new and exciting sake coming out of Japan. The owners and staff are Japanese and you can tell they have many locals who come often. I felt like it was a family izakaya. If we lived here we would come all the time! Thank you Cho and Ariana for the wonderful experience!“

It’s not got a lot of seating and the size and shape of the bar means it can be difficult to move around and get to the washroom, but it’s a high quality beer bar with a great list.
