“We had a surprise party here with 50 people and cannot say enough about our entire experience. From the attentive service leading up to the day, to the delicious food (catered by 'House of Que',), to the variety of drinks, the exemplary service from all staff members (who consistently asked what more they could do) to the tech support for a multi screen slide show and lots of other unexpected tasks, all performed with smiles. They played exactly the kind of music we requested and a bonus was the floor to ceiling view! We did not even know there were windows. The Dream Bar looks out at MetLife Stadium and we had a LOT of Giants fans in our group - including the guest of honor. They all thought we planned that on purpose. It was just one more perk and all at very reasonable cost. We highly recommend this venue for any special event. And so do all our friends, who had no idea this gem existed within American Dream. Thank you Dream Bar and 'House of Que' for making everything so seamless and a terrific day we will never forget.

“This location went from a 4 star to five star due to the customer service provided by Titus.
Here's the story, I came to this location with two teens and a wheelchair user. This location was called to confirm accessibility. There is a sizeable staircase with a chair lift to the left. When we arrived Nelson went about looking for the key to activate the lift to no avail. We were not deterred the family got the chair upstairs. Titus offered us free drinks for our effort. And by end of our 90 session we were surprised to find we were not going to be charged for food and he assisted with bringing the chair down.
But to high light a few other things, Titus and Nelson both provided instruction that helped us have successful throws, and Titus just had a great personality, he's was smiling, warm, very engaging.
We would definitely return hopefully the lift will be functional next time.“

The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

Derek was such a pleasure to work with in the weeks before our big day and he and the entire staff took such great care of us and our family and friends post-race! The location is also great, it was easy for everyone to get to and for everyone to go home from (so close to Grand Central and the 6 train!) One of the best pints of Guinness I've had outside of Ireland, such a cozy atmosphere and incredible staff members. Classic Irish pub food, which everybody loved! The classics are classics for a reason, and they were very well done. I’ve also had dinner here on a regular night, and it’s just as good! You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite!
