“Thank god for Jersey Mike's in Ridgewood NJ. It has become our go-to place for lunch (and often dinner) this past year. The staff is amazing - so polite and prompt and responsive. The store manager Joshua is also superlative - so professional and focused on providing excellent service and product to everyone. We feel lucky to have found such a great place for delicious sandwiches near to us - our favorites of course the #10 Tuna (great hack: heat it up in airfryer first when you get it home) and the Roast Beef and Provolone. Again, the team in Ridgewood customizes these to our specific requests (tons of pickles!). Thank you to Joshua and the team for their excellence!! Bravo and Brava to everyone there! “We visited the Nanuet NY location on Saturday 11/19/22. We were helped by both Anthony & Darryl. I would really like to extend a thank you to both those gentlemen on such wonderful service. We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. “I just visited this location and I was worried if the place would accommodate me due to my religious beliefs I cant eat pork. I asked the 2 girls behind the counter if they cut the pork on the same machine as the turkey and Tersea said she will clean the machine for me which she did. She also made sure to get a clean knife to cut the sandwiches. Both Tersea and Monae were amazing individuals I never ever go to Jersey Mikes but moving forward this will be the only location I come to because of these great employees. I hope upper management sees this and gives them a raise or something they definitely deserve it. I will be back. Thank you!!!!!!“

They have their own drivers, so you can be assured that your food will be delivered fresh and safely handled. The owner made things right by making me a new sandwich and delivering it personally.
