“I give a 5 star ONLY to the young lady with braces that made my hot sub and greeted me at the register great customer service love , but the girl who made my cold sandwiches had an attitude from the time I walked in the door.. eye rolling when I asked for no tomatoes and extra onions.. I asked for a carrying bag and she just placed it on the table with an attitude without putting my sandwiches in the bag and said have a nice day! I wish I had a name because I would’ve added to my comment“

“We visited the Nanuet NY location on Saturday 11/19/22. We were helped by both Anthony & Darryl. I would really like to extend a thank you to both those gentlemen on such wonderful service. We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. “Had a bad experience with a driver that picked up the delivery online. If you want the best delivery service, call the store directly because they will take very good care of you. They have their own drivers, so you can be assured that your food will be delivered fresh and safely handled. The owner made things right by making me a new sandwich and delivering it personally. I came in for lunch around 11:40 AM, and even with a line of 8 customers plus online orders coming in—and being the only two there—they handled everything with efficiency and care. When the gal finally did come she apologized and sat the party in front of us. Then the manager came and said there was only one server that day and the wait would be about 15-20 minutes. The party behind us left since they had small children. We had no problem with the wait and Kat was our waitress, well she was everybody's waitress. LOL. Had to give her props, she did an excellent job. Our question was why didn't the manager help out? Maybe that's not the way they do things there but we felt a little sorry for poor Kat. But she was at her sweetest and most efficient self despite waiting on all the tables so she should be commended for that.“
