“My wife and I generally eat for five people, we ordered 4 small plates and 2 mains, still looking into dessert. Each dish had its own layer of perfection with unique flavors and exquisite presentation. I’d say a restaurant on its way to becoming Michelin…..bravo! “My opinion is 8.7/10. Is it the best Jamaican beef patty I've ever had? No but overall our place that makes handmade Jamaican beef patties with a good overall flavor I recommend it. Best thing definitely has to be the crust I just wish for $3 it was a little bit more meat / seasoning. Check out my in depth video reviews on any of the platforms below. “After moving to Bergen County I was on a mission to find the best Jamaican food spot. I’m from Queens, NY and I miss my South Ozone Park / West NY food.
I go to a gym nearby and just randomly found this spot and thank goodness I did.
The food is really good, everything is well balanced in terms of flavor and the hospitality is great.
We’ve all seen that “we don have dat” video and this is the opposite. If he doesn’t have it, give him a minute to work his magic. Your patience will be rewarded.
If you like good seasoned food, just give it a try, you won’t be disappointed. I know I wasn’t. I’ll be coming here every time I crave oxtails and fried chicken.“

“This caribbean restaurant was a huge hit. The curry goat was mouthwatering. The red snapper was delicious and the sides were made with love. My son enjoyed his curry chicken, and my cousin enjoyed the snapper. I had the opportunity of meeting the owner, Sandy. She's great. And the atmosphere was relaxed. “I wont judge the hot restaurant no a/c working cudda been a one time issue and the unavailable item or limited items… i understand that with food and marinating etc. following on the fact she said we are halal hoping that was truth because thet have Hennessy wings 😂😂. I know my spices and foods. They on point with the portions, they on point with they sides, they on point with corn bread. Very amazing experience so much food for a quik bite. Friendly staff, jerk chicken they got it. Very very rare to find AUTHENTIC SOUL FOOD. Many are copypastes. But yea, thank you guys.“

Since I didn't have much experience, I asked Aiyana for recommendations on how much food (with variety) to feed all the guests. She was so patient and helpful throughout the process. The food was delicious! The guests love the food. Aiyana & Keith set up everything so nicely for me. They went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. “I love ordering from here on weekends! They have a solid account with the eat24 app, which makes ordering really easy. My favorite dish is the pernil (roasted pork), but the res guisada (beef stew) is also delicious. The food is just as good as homemade. Oh, and that banana shake!!. Delicious.“

My go-to meal is the jerkD wings with collard greens and yams, plus extra jerk sauce on the side because the flavor is just THAT good. The wings are crispy, juicy, packed with flavor, and the jerk sauce takes everything to another level. The collard greens and yams taste homemade and perfectly seasoned.
And don’t skip dessert! The banana pudding is unbelievably creamy and the flavor is honestly 10/10. Every bite is perfection. jerkD never disappoints!“
