“Soooo happy my husband and I find this gem of a restaurant! Best Iranian food ever! I don't eat red meat or pork, so I stick to chicken and let me tell you I could eat the chicken kebab and saffron rice every single day of my life I swear!😋 The bread is Persian bread, I can't think of the name, but omg delish! We eat inside atleast twice a week, the restaurant is always clean and spotless, and Ellie is our usual server: she's truly the greatest! Friendly, Efficient and just the sweetest young woman to talk to. All of the young ladies that work there are super sweet. With the world being so crazy and backwards right now, It's really nice to know we have a quiet little spot we can go to enjoy a great meal in such authentic atmosphere!“

“I recently visited food street at Secaucus and had an amazing experience. Despite the menu being on smaller side, everything that we tried was delicious.I went with their signature Hangry beef Burger and it did not disappoint. The patty was cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and tender.
The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better.

“Don't underestimate this place. I've been to 5 star restaurants and in my opinion this eatery shares some of the same qualities that I admire in upscale restaurants: consistency and deliciousness.

The people behind the register are friendly but quiet. I go here during week when I want something that is fresh and high in protein. They provide you with generous portions so if you workout and need a solid amount of protein and carbs this is my favorite in the area. I enjoy eating here more than Chipotle, higher quality meat with bolder flavors and they serve uniform portions of chicken. They don't cut corners here.

The chicken platter is my favorite and I highly recommend it to people wanting to try something new. With the chicken platter I enjoy the fresh zesty flavors of onions, tomatoes, crisp lettuce, and tzatziki sauce on the side. I recommend ordering an extra sauce with your order. WIth the colder months I'd also recommend the their lentil soup. It was really tasty!

Side note: I don't recommend the cheese burger. It's not their specialty. Stick with the chicken platter.“

“I got the combination chapli and vanilla pudding. Worth the price. Fluffing amazing flavor.
Combination chapli has one chicken patty kebab and one beef patty with rice, fries, and salad. I personally could have lived without the fries.
Pudding is great.

“One of the best (arguably the best) falafel over rice i have had. Great taste and the guy is very generous when it comes to adding extra sauce or pita bread.

“The food was amazing, I ordered the falafel sandwich which was $8 and the chicken over rice which was also $8. Both were well made and the portions were generous. This is a bang for your buck considering how expensive meals are in this area. They even have a green sauce available that they make themselves.

Kazi himself despite a bit of a language barrier is an awesome person to speak to, he is generous in terms of helping his clients out both in pricing and with his sympathy. The service is awesome and overall I would recommend this halal cart/food to anyone out there!“

“THIS PLACE IS AWESOME !!!! I came from Canada and wanted to try something other than Halal Guys. This place blows them out of the water. Ordered:

1) Chicken Platter - AWESOME !!!! Portion was good and flavor was sooooooo good

2) Philly Cheese Steak - OMG !!!! The hero/sub was sooo good that it is a "must have"

3) Mixed Gyro - ALHUMDULLIAH !!!! The Sandwich / Pita was so packed that it took time to eat and I enjoyed every bite.

4) The Big Ash Chicken - MASHALLAH !!! The taste was sooo good that I wish I had more.

Anyone that follows me, this place has to be on your list of MUST TRY.

“My wife and I had our dinner Saturday and Sunday from the truck at Pershing field. The food was great ?. The lamb was very good and the chicken was seasoned to perfection. Gyros were fresh and the rice and salad were so delicious ? we wish Adam's halal could be in Pershing field every day!“

“We drove out of town for this restaurant and it was well worth it. The mint lemonade drink has the perfect balance of sweet and sour and the food was delicious. The food is especially perfect for larger crowds that want to share food. The staff are very friendly and fast in getting your order and bringing out the food to you. I also really admired the beautiful decor inside. If we lived closer we definitely would come to this restaurant all the time but since it is a very long drive we still plan on coming at least once a month.“

“I ordered takeout from Kulchay recently and had a positive experience. The woman working there was incredibly friendly and helpful while I waited. I tried their signature naanizza which is a fusion of naan and pizza. Both the chicken tikka and super supreme naanizzas were delicious. Even though I got stuck in traffic and had to reheat them at home, they still tasted great although I imagine they would be even better fresh out of the oven. I also tried the halwa naan for dessert which was decent but not something I would order again. However I do wish the pita was a bit more grilled and I wish the salad had a bit more in it and maybe some more variety in vegetables. I know that’s not standard for halal cart but I do think that is what would make this a 10/10 for me instead of 9/10. Nonetheless though very delicious and I recommend trying if you’re in the area.“

“We went to River Edge branch on Friday night - the music and atmosphere are great.Restaurant is beautiful. They have very good singer/DJ, people were dancing till very late. “This was my first time trying Dave’s Hot Chicken, and it definitely did not disappoint! I had the Dave’s #2 with medium spice, which was absolutely perfect. I’ve never had a chicken sandwich this good—huge compliments to the chefs!

As a pickle fan, I really appreciated the extra pickles—such a great touch. If Dave’s were to expand to more countries in Europe, I have no doubt it would be a huge success.

I had the lamb and chicken on rice with salad. I had white sauce and a but of barbecue sauce with red sauce on the side. For under $10 including tax, it’s one of the best deals you can get. No photos for this review because I ate all the food before I realized I hadn’t taken a photo. It’s great for a late night munch.“
