Loved the welcome my friend and I got, (even when we were a bit late for our booking) throughout the service from the fabulous servers. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Bloody brilliant 👏“

Walked in today and there he was in a great mood even tho his football team didn't make the playoffs (Seahawks) like my squad the damn Giants! But great and convenient spot to check out. A pool table is available too; that's what got me before. Glad I stopped through and my Irish brother was there! I don't think they serve food here but the atmosphere is great and chill.“

We wanted to have a going away party and after reaching out to numerous places with hefty minimums we decided to stop by and ask James if we could host it at Phil Hughes. He was super accommodating and reserved a whole area for us. He was attentive all night and made sure everyone was taken care of. We love this bar and highly recommend them for either hosting an event as well as just enjoying a good Guinness while watching a sports game. Lovely atmosphere and vibe too!“

“After reading several reviews about this place, I decided to stop in for brunch. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the bartender/server Micah, and I was seated immediately. Even though the place is small, it has a real charm to it.

I ordered the cheeseburger, and it was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The fries were good, too, but a bit on the crispy side. The bartender makes a really good Bloody Mary as well to accompany my meal.

They have a good food (brunch) and drinks menu and everything is priced reasonably. Since the weather is still warm, they also have seating outside.

Overall, this restaurant is such a nice little addition to the Windsor Terrace neighborhood, and I look forward to dining here again in the future.“
