“Finally - a restaurant where great food doesn't require a second mortgage! My wife and I stopped in for dinner tonight with zero expectations. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. I ordered the French onion soup, which was excellent. My wife ordered the Brussell sprouts which were out of this world! They were light and flaky and flavorful. I was happy the wife was willing to share! For entrees the wife got the Tuna Nicoise, which she loved. I ordered the Chicken Caprese sandwich which had the perfect ratio of meat to bread. The sandwich came with a small salad and the most delicious fries I've had in a while. Service was attentive but not overbearing. My water glass was consistantly filled. With appetizers and entrees out of the way, we had to try dessert. Sadly, this fell short of expectations. The lava cake was uninspired and the ice cream was crystalline. But we finished it anyway. Overall my wife and I were very pleased with the quality, food, and ambiance. I look forward to returning and trying the burgers. Definitely a new favorite.“

Her experience behind the bar should never go unnoticed. I’ve been coming here for over a decade and she’s always stood out among anyone else back there.“

“The food is really good. My go-to is the quinoa salad with grilled chicken or the grilled cheese with tomato soup. The salad is very refreshing and delicious and the grilled cheese with tomato soup just warms the soul. Their drinks will do what it needs to do lol. I opted for a delivery from Wonder and was looking for something satisfying for my diet and I’m glad I tried DIG INN, the delivery was fast and the order was accurate since I chose the “Make Your Own Bowl” option. I went for: Steak, char-chicken, sweet potatoes, avocado, carrots and a lemon wedge. The recipe for a healthy and protein rich meal! It was so great I seriously thought of having another round at it as soon as I finished. Now I know where to order when I need a protein-filled dinner! Great discovery, can’t wait to order again! “Was in Harlem and wanted some good food, this place popped up. We called before going, and was told that there was not a wait. Arrived just 5 minutes later and that was not the case. The host was pleasant, offered us cornbread and water while we waited. Our server was lack luster, she was so busy being busy she completely missed the mark at every opportunity. The food took a while to come out but it was good. Atmosphere comfortable. Would be willing to try again.“

No worries though, going as an adult was just as fun, if not more. My wife and I just had such a good date night. Prices were fairly reasonable for drinks, pictures, and souvenirs. “i’m here to tell you the hype is true. The burritos are so freaking good. The sauce is immaculate. I always ask for extra sauce. My favorite is the sausage burrito and the bacon. I usually get both and eat half-and-half and split it with my partner. lol

I usually travel all the way to Brooklyn for a similar type of burrito (santos) and I’m so happy to have found this gem uptown nyc!! (no pic because burrito was inhaled)

“very cute vibe and super kind waitstaff!! however if you have a bigger body at all, prepare to feel absolutely cramped. upon entering you literally have to squeeze behind everyone seated at the bar. its about a foot of space! then on the other side of the restaurant, the tables are packed so tightly together you will literally be touching legs with the folks next to you. and to make matters worse, theres one long booth for all the tables and its packed full with pillows! so now the pillows are occupying the already tight space to sit. i know restaurants in this city have to make the most of their square footage, but this one felt particularly compacted.“
