“Came here with a small group before a concert at the Prudential center and it was truly lovely. EP was our server and she was AMAZING. She asked us our wine preferences and perfectly different wines for the tastes of our group that were fabulous. The cheese boards here are lovely and paired with fruits, jams and crackers. The paninis are nice light bights for happy hour fare. We walked past it after the concert and it was packed with a great vibe.“

“Delicious food. Fresh, tasty, high quality ingredients. Huge portions. Great low key atmosphere. Joe, the owner, was welcoming, full of suggestions, and was a great person to talk to. Will definitely be going back.“

“Food is very good and staff very attentive though menu limited. It's too loud! Music is fine but not when you can't carry on a conversation or hear the servers. I don't understand why anyone thinks that's a good thing.“

“Beautiful corner restaurant with great lighting and even better food. The Georgian appetizers were all hits (especially the fried mushroom salad, beetroot hummus, and imeruli), and the service was diligent and warm. Super close to NJPAC, making it a great choice for a pre-theater dinner. Can’t wait to return!“

“The food and drinks were great, and the restaurant had a beautiful aesthetic without being too busy. As someone who usually dines in New York City but has grown tired of the George Washington Bridge and Lincoln Tunnel traffic, I’ve been looking for great spots in Jersey. This was a great addition, and I’ll definitely return.“

“If you're looking for authentic Spanish food in Newark, Casa d'Paco is the spot to go. Food is served tapas style. The dishes are super flavorful, ambiance is great, service super welcoming. Prime time could be hard to get a table since seats are limited but totally worth going. Sangria was a little on the sweeter side but still very very good. Will be back.“

“Food was decent and we had great table service from the bartender that was there when we were in for lunch between 11:30 and 1 PM on a Tuesday . The negative is the 4% credit card surcharge. Firstly, I don’t like that surcharge and secondly, I have not seen establishments charge 4% so that seemed excessive.“

“If you’re looking for old school Italian, this is a great spot. They made it easy to schedule a work dinner for 9 people, and the service was quick and accurate. The Caesar salad was extremely tasty, as was my pasta dish, albeit a tad salty. The front bar area is also cozy and casual, so it’s a great place for an after work cocktail.
Parking: Close to a train station“

“Excellent restaurant serving everything from gourmet Northern Italian cuisine to specialty Pizzas in a elegant, yet casual setting. They also have a fun and lively bar scene and very efficient and friendly service. I would certainly recommend Matta Donna.“

“Don Pepe never disappoints! Their food is absolutely amazing, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and service you receive. I ordered a calamari to go, and the bartender (a super friendly guy) was fantastic. He was incredibly nice and even threw in a huge piece of bread—easily 10 inches long! Definitely enough for leftovers, which was a nice surprise. The little details like this make the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I never ever ever ever feel obliged to review restaurants. There are hundreds of reviews that speak and echo anything I would say about the delicious meal I enjoyed. But what is compelling me to post this was truly the regarding the service I received here. It brought me to tears!!! Patricio and Dylan were the most considerate, kind, attentive and understanding waiters I have ever met in my entire life. After dining in the tri-state area my whole life, exploring cities like Chicago and LA through food, I’ve been conditioned and numb to lackluster waitstaff and typically take the approach of trying just to avoid them spitting in my food, but Patricio and Dylan completely floored me in their attention to detail, knowledge, and service that showed me exactly what good waiters could be. Living with GI issues and intolerances, I consistently feel like an inconvenience at restaurants and that the entire responsibility of making sure I don’t fall ill after dining is based on how I modify the menu and pick around my plate. EXCEPT here at Rails with Patricio and Dylan, I had the first care-free dining experience in my life, their thoughtfulness allowed me to be truly present with my family, enjoy the wonderful food being served, and just live in the moment, which is so important to me. Dylan was explicit in the detail of every dish and always helped me navigate what was coming around and being served. Now, back to the tears, when I subtly mentioned in passing to Patricio that I couldn’t eat dairy and couldn’t partake in the birthday cake, he brought me a delicious sorbet flight, unprompted, just so that I could feel a part of the festivities. I can’t wait to go back to Rails to see my friends again. - Emily R. Sartori“

“MoonShine has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants! Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious, and as someone with celiac disease, I was so impressed by their extensive gluten-free options. It's refreshing to find a restaurant where I had so many great choices and felt confident ordering. The Fire Roasted Hanger Steak was cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and beautifully seasoned. The Grilled Pork Flatiron was another standout, served with haricot verts, bacon lardon, watermelon radish, and apricot mostarda that added the perfect combination of savory and sweet. The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding. If you're looking for a great meal in the Millburn area—especially if you need gluten-free options—MoonShine is absolutely worth a visit. We can't wait to come back!“

“I’ve been enjoying this great local restaurant literally since the day they opened. Great pizza, pasta and entrees. Definitely one of our favorite places to eat and to get take-out from. Great service and just a well run family restaurant.“
