“I’ve been enjoying this great local restaurant literally since the day they opened. Great pizza, pasta and entrees. Definitely one of our favorite places to eat and to get take-out from. Great service and just a well run family restaurant.“

“We had a reservation for Valentine's Day. We were seated, given our menus and then we waited 45 minutes and were not even served water. We left, and no one even noticed. We went and grabbed fast food instead. We have dined here previously but many years ago and enjoyed the food. Other people's food looked good. Maybe they were short staffed.“

“Had dinner here on a Friday well before closing. Upon arrival we noticed the restaurant was not terribly busy which was a plus figuring service would be faster boy were we wrong.

The server took our order and did not return once, a different server brought out our food. We have to flag a person down to get the check and observed our served just sitting at the bar or smoking, we waited for about half an hour. It really felt like we were bothering our server.

The food was wonderful though. I would give it one more chance.“

“We dined at Faubourg to celebrate an anniversary. They've done a beautiful job with the decor, and the meal and service was fantastic. However, I cannot say the same for the music selection. The choice to play heavy rock at a volume level that made it hard to hear a conversation was incongruous with my expectation of an elegant night out. It was the regretful focus of our evening.“

“Food was decent and we had great table service from the bartender that was there when we were in for lunch between 11:30 and 1 PM on a Tuesday . The negative is the 4% credit card surcharge. Firstly, I don’t like that surcharge and secondly, I have not seen establishments charge 4% so that seemed excessive.“

“If you’re looking for old school Italian, this is a great spot. They made it easy to schedule a work dinner for 9 people, and the service was quick and accurate. The Caesar salad was extremely tasty, as was my pasta dish, albeit a tad salty. The front bar area is also cozy and casual, so it’s a great place for an after work cocktail.

I ordered a calamari to go, and the bartender (a super friendly guy) was fantastic. He was incredibly nice and even threw in a huge piece of bread—easily 10 inches long! “I never ever ever ever feel obliged to review restaurants. There are hundreds of reviews that speak and echo anything I would say about the delicious meal I enjoyed. But what is compelling me to post this was truly the regarding the service I received here. It brought me to tears!!! Patricio and Dylan were the most considerate, kind, attentive and understanding waiters I have ever met in my entire life. After dining in the tri-state area my whole life, exploring cities like Chicago and LA through food, I’ve been conditioned and numb to lackluster waitstaff and typically take the approach of trying just to avoid them spitting in my food, but Patricio and Dylan completely floored me in their attention to detail, knowledge, and service that showed me exactly what good waiters could be. Living with GI issues and intolerances, I consistently feel like an inconvenience at restaurants and that the entire responsibility of making sure I don’t fall ill after dining is based on how I modify the menu and pick around my plate. EXCEPT here at Rails with Patricio and Dylan, I had the first care-free dining experience in my life, their thoughtfulness allowed me to be truly present with my family, enjoy the wonderful food being served, and just live in the moment, which is so important to me. Dylan was explicit in the detail of every dish and always helped me navigate what was coming around and being served. Now, back to the tears, when I subtly mentioned in passing to Patricio that I couldn’t eat dairy and couldn’t partake in the birthday cake, he brought me a delicious sorbet flight, unprompted, just so that I could feel a part of the festivities. “Our dinner was delicious from start to finish! We shared the pulpo and funghi/fontina pizza. The pulpo was ok but the batatas bravas and sauce it came with was very good! My favorite part of the mean was the house salad—so many textures and flavors that went well together. This was paired with the calamari app—perfect for a filling meal. The hangar steak was ordered and enjoyed very much!!! The service was excellent with an attentive waitstaff that made the meal even better“
