“Had their food for the first time the other day as takeout. Staff was very nice. Food was good. I had the gyro sparta wrap...very good I also tried their rice pudding. It was very good but I think $7 for a cup is pricey. I would go back to try other dishes.“

“Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.“

“We are used to eat Turkish food and I can say this place has very good chef. The waiters are very kind and knowledgeable, and the ambience is also elegant and classy. It looks like an expensive place but it isn’t. I’ll be back. We shared several small plates and the desserts, therefore it was even cheaper.“

“I tried their salta, which is a sort of vegetable stew. It was excellent, served the right way in the traditional bowl with the right kind of bread. It isn't meant to be a fine dining experience, more like the ones you find all over Yemen. I'll go back and try some of their other yemeni dishes...and you should, too!“

“Overall a great time. I started at the bar and the bartender Kate was beyond rude. Too bad she made good drinks. Once my guests arrived, I moved to a table. Our server Gabriela was a gentle gem and directed us toward the best items on the menu. I will NOT return to a bar seat due to the stiff bartender. Table service is attentive and takes care of you.“

“Great food, all tasted fresh and didn't disappoint..we ordered the dinner for 2 that included 4 choices of cold starters and calamari that melts in your mouth and the salad was so good and the mix kebab and koftas over rice was good too..will definitely recommend and we shall be back! 😋“

“We came here with our large family to celebrate father's day and two graduations and we had a great time. The food was exceptional (especially the green beans, the mezze platter, the pasta al limone and the ribeye steak...) The service was amazing too, and our server Noya was great. Malka is a new favorite!“

“The pita chips were really good easily the best bit would go back just for those. The rice bowl was just ok though. I got half grilled chicken half falafel and the spicy jalapeno sauce with a bunch of veggies. Everything was just a bit bland no spice what so ever“

“For dinner we when to RUMI and it was amazing! Appetizers absolutely delicious all our dinners were delicious fresh hot completely satisfied . And then we had complementary Turkish tea and we all had desserts which were absolutely delicious someone with a sweet tooth would love. “After a cold and windy morning, not being able to get into one of the morning shows, we ran across this little restaurant by accident for brunch. They quickly welcomed us in with open arms and fresh hot coffee. It was one of the best brunches I've ever had, but what made it even more special was Joey the owner overheard our story, knowing we had a rough morning, and gifting us one of his comfort food cookbooks! The day couldn't have been any better. I can't wait to try one of his delicious Italian recipes this holiday season. I highly recommend the Little Owl. I certainly will be going back in the future!“

“Our dinner was fantastic with Wancin , our server leading the way along with the cohesive kitchen which was entertaining to watch. We sat at the bar and Wancin made so many combination of cocktails. She was handling the busy crowd so well, she made our night memorable! Along with the view of the bridge and the city added to the overall ambiance.
