“Came here for the Mexican turn over. Had the Carne Adovada and cheese with Red, it was excellent. We also had a combination plate with red and green, and it was also great! Chips and salsa were okay. Atmosphere was charming cute older building. We got lucky with a parking spot! They were steadily busy, not sure who our server was as it was a group effort, they were busy and forgot our refill but no biggie. Prices were good.“

“We have a new favorite!!! After some of our former favorites decreased in quality, we have been on the lookout for our next spot to get incredible New Mexican food. My husband and I ordered two burrito plates with a side of fries, iced tea and jamaica. It was all fantastic! The customer service was TOP NOTCH and our server even asked what they could improve upon as we checked out. Cannot wait to come back.“

“We travelled to Albuquerque and wanted to experience the Indian Pueblo Cultire Center. Since we knew there was a dining option, we arrived hungry and I have to say we couldn’t have selected a better meal stop! Mark was our waiter and we each ordered something different in order to sample as many options as possible. The Pueblo taco was delicious. The chef makes the fry bread and it was worth every bite. After our meal we ordered and shared the Pueblo bread pudding which was so delicious I forgot to take a pic til it was essentially gone! The manager kindly brought one out so I could share a picture with you. If you are going to Albuquerque, this is an experience you will not want to miss!“

“My first time eating at Santiagos on Eubank. At first I was scared to go inside. The outside has bars (criminals can't get it) on the windows and a lot of writing and pictures on the windows which looked tacky. The front of the building could use a pick me up makeover and such. The owner made a customer move from a four seat table to a two seat table and said it was because of the rush hour. I did enjoy the food though! I ordered a breakfast burrito and was dreaming I was going to get fried potatoes, but it was a very light serving of hash browns inside. I will definitely be back to try their other food.“

“Been a customer here for well over 20 years. Consistent and really authentic. The stuffed beef sopa was my grandmother's favorite and mine. The servers and staff have been here for a long time and I always appreciate the hospitality. Got my food within 5 minutes and the every seat was taken. “If you get there early enough, you get a nice table. Their food is first rate New Mexican style food. Not Mexican, NEW Mexican. there is a huge difference. Even after they left the bowling alley, they have managed great food at a great price. Staff is always friendly, fast and efficient. The Chile con queso is fantastic. The salsa never lets you down. While the portions are more than I can eat anymore they have lighter dishes that still deliver. If you get there after 6, you will have a wait ~ but it's worth it!!!“

“This cafe is a beautiful cafe with lots of interesting art on the walls and great service. I ordered a burrito and while it wasn't the best burrito I ever had it was still tasty. Come to get out of the heat and enjoy some good Mexican food.“

The bartenders were so great, taking care of an elderly gentleman who left his card at the bar. The bartender also made sure the lighting was corrected when someone made an error as it became dark outside. We will definitely come back to this location!“

Ambiance on the outdoor patio was relaxing, the Mexican food was delicious and authentic, drinks were great, and our server, Dougie, was friendly and offered just the right amount of attentiveness. “Morning, noon, or night, Golden Pride has something for you. Great breakfast burritos, tasty fried chicken, and the ribs are wonderful. They also make some of the best green Chile stew in Albuquerque. With such a varied menu there's always something for everyone.“

“I tried their breakfast on this last visit and was very pleased with the Sierra plate. I'll try their breakfast burrito on our next visit. Service was very nice. They open at 8:00 but expect 8:10 before they are ready for you. Their cinnamon sopapillas are awesome.“
