“My wife and I dined at The Pink Adobe on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. There was no wait time as we had a reservation. It was a special occasion, my wife's birthday. The ambiance was very nice; we sat inside as the music outside was a bit loud. Our waiter was very pleasant, although seemingly a bit overwhelmed. The food was very good but we were a bit shocked at the small size of the beet salad. We opted to share it and it would have been very little for one person. In addition, we were charged $8 for sharing. We were not informed about this charge ahead of ordering. We were pleasantly surprised to be served the traditional Pink Adobe apple pie as a birthday treat. All in all, it was a nice experience.“

“If you are in Santa Fe you absolutely have to visit Tres Colores! We were up there with family and friends for my dad's internment in the national cemetery. There were 13 of us that showed up for lunch without calling ahead. The space is small but they didn't even bat an eye. They quickly slid tables and chairs together and seated us. Service was excellent and the food was some of the best I've ever had. The presentation was beautiful and flavor was phenomenal. I don't think I will ever be satisfied with nachos from anywhere else. It was so well balanced. I am grateful for the hospitality they provided and will always remember this experience.“

“The food at La Choza is excellent. There are a ton of vegetarian options, and the green chiles and margaritas are delicious. We went to this restaurant 2 out of 3 days we were in Santa Fe, and if we were staying longer, we would go again. The server our second night was Luis. We had never met such an outstanding server. Luis made sure we had all the information to order something we would enjoy. He noticed that some crema was left off of my chile relleño before I even noticed, and he immediately sent some to the table. He was friendly, and when we mentioned what an excellent job he did, he said it was because he loves people. I hope you get to meet him while you are eating there!“

“I came up to same fe from Phoenix Arizona for a few days and decided to stop by to eat and saw this place , so I figured I stop on by and I must say I never heard of brisket nachos before but let me tell you it's so fresh and hot and was very good ! if I ever come back to Santa fe next time I will stop here again“

“Been looking for sopes (never had 'em before) and found them here. You can get 1 to 3 sopes, and I got 2 with al pastor for $8. They were much bigger sopes than I thought. 2 was the perfect amount for a full meal. They were slightly spicy, and the sauce that came with added a bit more heat. Overall, they were REALLY good and well worth the price!“

“You know what it's like when you go out to eat and there's more than just salad or avocado toast and you literally don't know what to order because you're not used to having options? That was this place. So much to choose from I was almost suspicious about if the vegan options were really vegan. I had the enchiladas Rojas and we had the taquitos. Both delicious. My non vegan husband tried a poblano and a chicken quesadilla to compare and loved the vegan one. He didn't like the chicken one and says the vegan one had more flavor. Great margaritas and atmosphere!“

“I love love living by Posas. I've had just about everything on the menu and not one disappointment. Recently I ordered off their catering menu for a lil baby shower I was having, and everything was a hit, they loved the food. Even in bulk this place rocks. “Fun permanent food truck if you want to enjoy lunch in the main Plaza. While everything was tasty recommend chicken fajita over beef. Both chicken and pork tamales were delicious and for the non adventurous the hot dog was nicely done and hit my sons spot. Owners said the food rotates every day. And we could easily picnic in the lovely park.“

“This is the best spot for breakfast burritos for 50 miles, and it’s always freshly and quickly prepared. My husband asks me to pick up a bacon and red anytime I’m going by, and I get the sausage and green. I’ve also had an excellent chimichanga, carne adovada burrito, and Chile relleno burrito. We are trying their tamales tonight, which were hot and waiting.We make more trips than we have to so we can stop by!“

“Pepe's has the best breakfast burritos by far that I had!!! The green chili burrito is the best! Potatoes, eggs, cheese and green chili are awesome with your own meat or beans! The tortilla is homade and has the right crisp! Excellent!“

“We went to Los Amigos after visiting Meow Wolf. Family of 4- kids 5 & 8. Tortilla chips were delicious- fresh & not greasy- salsa had a good kick but not too spicy. *Loved* the guacamole but the cheese dip was chunky- similar to Rotel melted w Velveeta. The decor was cozy & well chosen, consistent w Southwestern theme. Felt like a local eatery- best kept secret. Kids had chicken strips (2 HUGE pieces) & grilled cheese. Both were fully eaten. Mom had 2 chicken enchiladas w red sauce & Dad had a special. Both came w a sopaipilla & honey. We cleaned our plates. But the crowning glory was the massive piece of 4-layer chocolate cake. We're talking Guiness World Book level size. So big that the 4 of us couldn't finish it!!! Will be back again- no question!“

“It was recommended to us by friends that they had the best red pork tamales, so we purchased some red pork and sweet tamales - they were some of the best we've eaten! They also have a huge selection of pan dulce (sweet bread), pastries, homemade bread and tortillas!

Parking: The parking could have been difficult because it's the holidays and almost everyone is out shopping.

Kid-friendliness: Saw a few kids there and alot of young at heart folks shopping there.“
