“I like this one their fast an they have great team work but ordering out ugh things jus don't go to well but I understand that rush hrs hit I can understand that but it happens to me all the time missing food or drinks smh I'll make the order n pick it up myself“

“YOU MUST EAT HERE. All star staff, give everyone a raise or a bonus. The drive-thru was full so we were queued on E 58th St with blinkers. Some couple with a pile of kids in the kids cut off about 4 of us & blocked traffic to get in the drive-thru from the oncoming lane.We were able to cut them off but they were honking & cursing. They popped a curb to skip all the cars in front of us & tried to order at the window.The McDonald’s staff pulled them forward and made them wait to get their food because they cut people off. Incredible, doing God’s work. Equitable. Fair. Just.This is McDonald’s.“

“The waft of marijuana and the leers of lesser do wells made for unpleasant thoughts. The purveyors of the foodstuff were riff raff and full of insensible chatter. The machinery beep to a call of attention but were orphaned. What a sordid state of affairs. Gladly the galley put forth the unchoice quality of chicken quadrants which my offspring adore so not all was lost.“

“They are fast with a normal attitude. Not rude or super nice. Just normal which is way better than being rude. The food I get is always fresh and hot. A lot of students and families eat there. That's not a problem. In a busy area that seems to love that McDonald's.

Dietary restrictions: I always get no salt on my fries, and they are still good. No private parking. Park on the street.

Parking: You might like to take a nice walk there is you live near by. Not much free street parking near by. You might get lucky. You might have to walk a little. Take an Uber, bus, or train. It's a paid parking lot 2 blocks down.“

“Very basic McDonald’s. There is a lot of seating available. Depends on the time and day as well. Personally, I had no problem with finding a place to sit. Enjoyed the interior wall decorations. Note that the pick up is in the front. There is a drive through as well. The location is very convincing and close to the subway.“

“I don’t work at and never have, but I have been coming to this location since it opened more than a decade ago. I must say the team has been built up well within the past year. I haven’t gotten a wrong order in a long time. The customer service and hospitality from vetted workers is always gracious and kind. Those in the kitchen anre swift and careful. And I see they are always teaching the team to do the same. The store has come a long way as I wouldn’t have written this a year ago. As a person who has worked within the food industry I can proudly say well done! I am grateful to have a McDonald’s within the neighborhood that serves the community with pride! Thank you!

To those that have something negative to say. Respect goes a long way. Meet the team, see them as fellow people and be humble. You pay for your food but they serve you for their pay.

“Love this mcdonalds. The inside is clean and the food is very fresh. The best time to visit is during the school day since it's by fillmore. Other than that even when the school kids are out the food is still good and the service is well.“

“Overall good place to eat with friends. Most of the workers are polite. French fries are most of the times fresh and crispy, but sometimes they serve soft cold fries. There is a lot of people during 2:30 pm through 3:30 pm so seats are not enough for all. Bathroom kept clean, but missing paper towel, there is only air drying machine.“

“It's a nice McDonald's if u r looking for a quiet place to sit down. They have an upstairs with a play area but it's always pretty empty which I prefer. The food is same as any other McDonald's and the frappe is almost always working!“

“Dined at this fine establishment with my wife a week ago and the meal ended absolutely horrendously. About 5 minutes after I ordered my Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese, my wife turned to me and asked if I had ordered barbecue sauce. Now as a Honey Mustard connoisseur, I told her “Why would I do that when honey mustard is clearly the superior sauce?” My wife got visibly irritated, claiming I never “care about her opinion”, which in my opinion is just untrue! I can’t help if my opinion is just the correct one. Right as the lovely cashier Marcus called our order number, she stood up and walked out. In this moment it almost felt like I had to choose; my wife of 12 years who has been with me through every hardship I’ve faced, or my Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese. Now I thought the best course of action would be to grab the food I paid for before chasing after her. When I ran out, my wife turned and saw the burger in my hand. Needless to say, she was not happy. Now here I am after a meeting with my wife and her lawyer, grabbing yet another Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese. Marcus recognized me and gave me a hash brown on the house, so I highly recommend dining at this McDonalds as the staff really seems to care for the customers.“

She helped me with ordering on the machine, and provided a comforting experience as I am not use to paying cash by machine like that. I was indecisive and she was very understanding and was very helpful explaining the deals they currently had. The manager as always was very pleasant and had the line moving quickly. “I thank the Carribean woman at the drive thru at 4am this morning. She was warm, and i immediately felt her spirit through the window. She said she has a daughter she wanna introduce me to that cooks. lmao. We laughed as we had conversation about the start time of their breakfast a this particular McDonalds. I told her they start early (4AM), and I've. never seen a location start at 4. Was in BK due to the Caribbean Day Parade, ordered a hash brown. (joked with her and told her to throw me another one) and a large HI-C orange. I was famished due to the festivities of the day. She came to the broken drive thru window, and gave me one of my favorites a strawberry banana smoothie. not only that, but she DID throw me another hash brown and gave me my HI-C orange.“

“The workers were very friendly even though it was so early and they had just opened up for the day. I walked to this one because the other one 4 blocks down wasn’t open when it said they’d be. I wasn’t disappointed by coming here, it was very comfy too and not that crowded. But then again, it was 6 in the morning.

As for the food 10/10 including the lemonade I got. I forgot that they only served breakfast during breakfast hours, and decided to get a chicken biscuit sandwich thing with a hash brown. I’ve had the chicken sandwich before, but never had a hash brown in my entire life. When I bit into it I think I would’ve started ascending if it was possible to do so. Everything I had was so fresh, again perhaps because it was early and they were just made, but regardless it was nice to be able to experience that before work.“

“...its McDonald's. if you ate at one locale its basically the same. however, at this location, though it was very crowded, there wasn't much of a wait to receive your order. by that same token, the staff should project more when announcing order numbers. after all, most people are not pay that much attention especially glued to their devices.“

Manager first refused my BOGO survey code, and after I insisted she read the receipt, finally honored it, but told me to order one sandwich from the kiosks so that she could make two. The kiosks were hectic; three were down, and everyone was crowded amongst the other kiosks. The receipt has a survey code but no BOGO incentive.

“This has been my local McDonald’s for 3 decades, or longer; I don’t remember exactly when it opened. The food quality has vastly improved over the years. I hadn’t gone to McDonald’s for years cause it’s too expensive for fast food (I can get a real burger for the same price), but I started using the app 6 months ago and it’s worth it. I never had an issue with any of the employees or the food - no complaints there.

The issue is the tables are always dirty and the floors are sticky etc. I would never sit down and eat so I take my food to go. They lose a star for that. Also, half the time I go I get pressed inside and outside the store for money or food. At first I obliged but not anymore. I have a car but it’s only a few blocks away so I walk. Be prepared to get panhandled if you’re not in the drive through. Can’t blame the store for that really.“

Sometimes, also, when you pre-order (like I just wanted a Sprite} and pickup is the drive-through, the drive-through lines are looooonnnnnnnnng. That said, I wonder if I could just come in and do my pickup if I know that would end up faster?

If you don't appreciate McDonald's you're probably healthy, wealthy, and wiser than I am, or you hate America. Maybe both. Even so, I think the Hamburglar is Actually the symbol of America and its greatness. If you disagree, you're probably a Grimace lover, which is fine. No one really likes Ronald. We all agree, those statues of Ronald are So shiny and weird. The kids are actually fearful...
