“I’m definitely giving this place five stars. Service was fine. The food was well above average. I can easily say the gnocchi was the best I’ve ever had and there’s no distant second in sight. The peanut butter chocolate mousse was good but it had a lot more chocolate than PB taste. I did notice one review complained about the smell. I think the men’s room was cleaned with straight vinegar. A little weird, but no big deal.“

“We came for a saturday brunch and it was nothing short of excellent. The manager greeted us and we had some drinks at the bar. The bartender gave us some great recommendations for the menu and the owner even came over to us and introduced himself which was very nice. We got the meatballs, rockshrimp and calamari, lobster guacamole, and burrata which were all incredible and great shareables for us. 5/5 and will definitely be back.“

“This location is located in Ridgehill. After a little shopping or after a movie is a good place to go eat. The place is big. It has a good selection and food and drinks, especially their beer selection. Also options for children. Staff was also very pleasant.“

“Wanted to give a shout out to the restaurant, Freddy’s, in Pleasantville. Went with a couple of girlfriends a few weeks ago and then again with my hubby last week. Both meals were delicious. The appetizers are yummy! Most of all, though, I wanted to remark on the atmosphere. The people in charge are just delightful. Had a chance to meet the owner. He told me he named the restaurant after his grandfather ( forgive, it might have been his father). Either way I thought it was nice. He has a young family and loves what he does. They have been open for two years, but I just found them now. If you haven’t checked them out, you should soon!“

“Found this place almost by accident - it was quiet and surprisingly empty for a late Sunday afternoon. The atmosphere is classy and modern, with intimate lighting. Service was prompt and attentive, and the food was excellent. We had the branzino, swordfish, garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus, and lava cake for dessert. I will definitely come back for another meal, and it feels like a well-kept secret - for now.“

“Nice little Cafe for breakfast or lunch. Self service counter with limited seating. Coffee is fantastic and they do have gluten free bread for toast to go with omelets or to make sandwiches. I would be careful if you're very sensitive as I'm not sure about cross contamination.“

“Modern on the Rails is a solid dinner spot. It’s a great location and the ambiance/decor is a total vibe. It’s definitely got an upscale feel, while also not being stuffy or fancy. You could easily go here for dinner in jeans and not feel out of place, but also if you wanted to dress up for a date night or special occasion, it would also be appropriate.

The space is also really nice and is a good option if you were having a larger group or wanted to do a celebratory meal.

The staff is friendly and attentive.

The food is solid and the price is reasonable for what you are getting. They brought over bread to start and the bread was nice and warm. We started with the burrata app which weirdly came with 3 pieces of medium bread (same as the basket, but toasted or grilled). It felt like it should have been smaller crostini type bread and also more pieces given the app, but it didn’t matter because we had the warm bread basket. The app itself was nice, but not overly special.

For dinner we had the burger and the squid ink pasta with salmon. The burger was good, but the sweet potato fries needed any kind of seasoning, even salt. The pasta was the best dish of the night. The salmon was cooked perfectly, the sauce was delicious and the pasta was great.

Overall, I would definitely come back here again. It’s a nice spot with reasonable prices, great ambiance and service, and the food is solid.“

Twice, recently, I dined at I'l Fresco with friends and family members; The words they used to describe Il Fresco were: -Fabulous - dinner was scrumptious -Phenomenal restaurant and staff -Tastiest sauce in the world - delicious hot bread out of the oven. -An Exceptional dining experience. -Amazing homemade tiramisu - wonderful desserts -Best meal ever - better than the meals I had while visiting Sorrento, Italy. From my cousin who went back to Belfast, Northern Ireland: I am keen to get back to visit again and hopefully we can visit the fantastic restaurant again, can't remember the name otherwise it would be getting a 5 star from me. “We have been back several times now and each time has reinforced our feeling that it's a local favorite. Last night the oysters were superb—bright, a bit salty, like the ocean. My fish tacos were surprisingly delicious. Others had the seafood Fra Diavolo, and one in our group had a steak. Everyone left happy.“

“It's been a while since I had been to Freelance but was reminded as soon as I walked in why I loved it there. I was greeted at the door, was seated immediately and while I waited for my friend to join me, I was very comfortable. The food was delicious, I had the salmon which was cooked perfectly along with a wedge salad to start, and should add it was the best dressing I've had in a while! I look forward to going back, perfect for a date night or an evening out with a friend. The bar area looked very friendly and comfortable, I would have no problem stopping in for a drink if I was in the area. Highly recommend on all levels.“

“This is a good chain with consistent Burgers and decent Fries, but the winner is the chicken sandwich and Gluten free fried chicken and collard green wraps.
The shakes are decent but $11 .
No frills decent bar but gluten free buns are little too thick that takes away from the burger..“
