“I went into the West Seneca Spot coffee today 12/19/2023. Wasn’t in the best of moods. Ordered a mocha hot coffee and lemon bar. The manager I believe his name is Dave took my order and started making my coffee. Maddie packaged up my lemon bar. I’m telling you, both Dave and Maddie were very professional, kind and efficient. We started talking and wow, what a couple of positive, kind and caring people they were. It was so refreshing and uplifting. By the time I left I was in a great mood, happy, felt positive and thought I had just made friends with two of the nicest people I have come across in forever! Both had smiles on their faces. It was wonderful to see two happy individuals at work. Thank you both for being so kind and caring! I will definitely be stopping in for another pick me up date! 😉 The mocha coffee and lemon bar were out of this world! “The 2 men working the drive thru window today (4/27/24 at 11:50am) were extremely kind. There were ducks next to the window that my daughter in the car was waving to, the gentleman working noticed and he came to the window with safe snacks to feed the ducks that my daughter would be able to give them. Now for a 7 year old… that brightened her whole day! They were fast, food was excellent, and the customer service was a 10/10! This location is the best!!“

“I hit the drive thru while a friend was having surgery at the Millard Fillmore Surgery Center.My coffee was excellent! As is usual for ALL Tim Horton locations that I have been to - the coffee tastes perfect, is just the right temperature to drink and the service at the window outstanding.“

“I always have awesome service at the Starbucks in Target. The barista helped me pick between a holiday option of the Frankenccino or the Frappula. I chose the Frappula and it was amazing and he pre-apologized that it would take a little longer because he had to make the strawberry purée but it was not long at all and it was well worth the wait. Wish this was on the menu ALL the time“

“This is my go-to Starbucks. The staff here gets my order right every single time, they're warm and friendly and very nice. I have been to many locations in WNY and I just prefer this one overall. The prices have gotten a bit out of control, but that's not the fault of the employees.

Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant, they have many other dairy-free options for people like me. If you inform them that you have a specific food allergy they'll do their best to make sure your order doesn't come into contact with the items you're allergic to.

Parking: It's a large, open parking lot with plenty of parking available. Just be careful about the people coming out of the drive thru!

Wheelchair accessibility: It's very easy to get in and/or out of the building with any kind of assistive devices for walking. No problem.“

“I know that there’s a lot of places in Lancaster to choose for your morning breakfast, but can I suggest Pallet Cafe?! I have been to every small café in the area and this place blew me away! I got the Teddy Graham iced coffee, and the Caprese avocado toast. Absolutely incredible. The coffee actually tasted like the description and the Caprese avocado toast was delicious and so flavorful! This has by far been my favorite (& cheapest) breakfast spot! It’s also so cozy in there and reminds me of going to eat at my Mimi’s house. I don’t know the owners, they didn’t tell me to post this. I just want them to get the recognition that they deserve. 🫶🏻“

We're canadian and I ordered the Country Benny and my boyfriend got the Country fried steak and eggs. The gravy is delicious and the home fries were perfect ! “The girls who work at this Starbucks are super sweet and very friendly!! They always go above and beyond to make conversations with the customers, and overall deliver amazing service. The only downside of this location is that the seating arrangement is a little awkward with the traffic of people coming into Target. It would be nice if it felt a little more secluded, but I understand that there is only so much you can do with that space. Regardless, I’ve had many great experiences at this location!“

The donuts and some other foods on the menu are kinda mediocre, but other than that everything tastes great. I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have a higher rating. “Friendliest staff I have encountered ANYWHERE in the last year. Went through the drive-thru, we had questions about the new winter drinks and snacks. Woman on headset taking the order was kind, patient and knowledgeable (I think she had brown hair, slender and glasses- we saw someone with a headset taking orders when we pulled up to the window and I think she waved when we got to the window. But could have been changing/ removing gloves. May or may not be the person who took our order) They were busy for lunch time but didn’t make me feel rushed. At the window, a different woman, (short, glasses and short blonde/platinum hair) was so kind and friendly. Talked to us briefly while the last drink was being made and told me how much she really enjoys the new ginger bread chai latte. Honestly, just a ray of sunshine. To the woman on the headset that recommended the new hot cocoa muffin, it was amazing and we will be back! I’m so glad we got 2 instead of one! Thank you for the exceptional service at this location. We will make the trip to this location instead of the one near our house because of the service, care and patience you provided today. I hope your managers see this and you get the recognition you deserve. I would hire you both in a minute at the restaurant I manage.“

“As somebody in the service industry, all too often customers only review places when they're mad about something. So here's my review of Starbucks on transit and Wherle: I realize Starbucks costs a decent buck compared to the other coffee places in the city, but it's worth it for the customer service alone. I have been to this Starbucks twice today and each time they were super helpful and super nice. The second time, the guy at the window took the time to explain all the different drinks he could make for kids, regardless of the fact that there was a line, and he was probably a little bit in the weeds. Not many people handle the weeds with such grace 💁🏼‍♀️ They never get short with me like other places do, and caramel macchiatos are like liquid sex (sorry, mom 😂). So this is just a bartender, giving the crew at Starbucks the credit they deserve because honestly, they kick butt and deserve all the tips. 💁🏼‍♀️ I have no idea if one of their bosses will ever read this but if they do: I hope you treat your staff awesome and with respect, because they totally deserve it. ✌️“

“I have aways liked my Tim Horton’s but the service at this one was not good. The employees all looked like they didn’t want to be there! No organization between them either. They we not very polite and the service slow at best. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese which the person putting it together was sloppy, the cream cheese was all over the outside of the bag it was placed in. This store used to be one of the best but not anymore!!!!!“

“It's really nice to see the same friendly faces every morning when picking up my coffee. This morning I had to go into work a bit later than normal and Joelle at the drive thru greeted me with an "I was worried, you're later than usual". This to me says that they truly care about their customers. I don't know of any other coffee shop that employs such friendly, caring people around here. I've been to other Tim Hortons locations but this one, by far, is my favorite.“

I just have to give a huge shout-out to the East Aurora Starbucks! 🙌 The staff here is absolutely amazing — always so friendly, welcoming, and quick with a smile.

Today I ordered a strawberry matcha drink with their cold cream strawberry topping, and WOW… the cold cream is off the charts! 🥤🍓✨ Hands down the best I’ve ever had — rich, creamy, and the perfect balance with the matcha.

Every time I stop in, the service is consistent, warm, and top-notch. They really go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. If you haven’t tried this location yet, you’re missing out.“

“I was visiting family and I could walk here and back in a few minutes. Where I am from in SWFL you cannot walk anywhere. There are NO neighborhood coffee houses one could walk to. Everything is either in town or in a shopping mall.The staff was very helpful and made what I wanted like they get my weird ordering habits daily. The peanut donuts are yummy as well. Down in FL they really do not know how to make those right.“
