“One of my favorite places to go and eat. The workers are very caring, very polite, and friendly. Great atmosphere altogether, I come here once a month and this place is by far my favorite dessert spot. Not only are the fruits fresh, the chocolate truffles are also just top tier along with the fruits. Me and my girlfriend had tried this place before too and it can compare to authentic Japanese crepes. The wait time is also quite fast.“

“I had not heard of this bakery but a friend suggested meeting there a couple evenings ago. This was the Burke, VA location. The choice of pastries was pretty amazing, what we had was fresh and truly outstanding, service was efficient and friendly, and the place itself was very clean. Will be back!“

“Went inside on a whim and so glad we did. The handrolls were incredible. The fish was great quality and creativity was next level. Our favorites were the xo scallop (must get), tuna poke, salmon serrano, aka ebi, toro scallion, and spicy lobster. Not as big of a fan of cooked/fried fish in sushi, but tried the coconut shrimp and spicy crab dynamite due to the many recommendations, and thought they were just okay. Also didn’t think the caviar starter was anything special.“

“This review is for their coffee but also their workspace at their 80th street location. As for the coffee — it’s great. Definitely more expensive than an already expensive coffee shop (iced americano is $9) — but it’s good for sure.

Service and vibes are very nice. Emilio at the 80th street location is really awesome.

Best of all they have a great workspace a few doors down that’s quiet and a great place to work.“

“I work for a law firm in CA and we have an employee who works remotely in NY.. For our employee's birthday I wanted to choose a bakery close to her home and who was local. Stumbled upon Buttercup Bake Shop and they were so awesome! Totally worked with me and delivered the cupcakes with NO hassle. “Stopped by Ceremonia this morning and grabbed their biscuit sandwich (no bacon) for breakfast. It came out in just a few minutes, and the staff was really kind and welcoming. The sandwich itself was epic. It was huge, with a runny sunny-side egg that made it feel dramatic and so satisfying. I was hoping for decaf coffee, but they only had tea, so I skipped the drink this time. Took my sandwich over to McCarren for a little picnic, which was the perfect way to start the morning. I also picked up one of their cookies to share with my husband later I can’t wait to try it.“

Okay… I get the hype now. These cookies are NEXT LEVEL! I thought they were just another NYC trend, but no — there’s nothing like them. Crunchy on the outside, warm and gooey inside, with chocolate that literally melts in your mouth.

I tried the dulce de leche with coconut and wow… it was love at first bite. Sweet but not overwhelming, with the perfect chewy texture. It’s huge too — definitely shareable, but honestly, you’ll want it all for yourself.

The vibe is cozy, the staff is fast and friendly, and even with the line, it’s worth every minute. If you’re around Central Park or the Upper East Side, don’t leave without grabbing one. Trust me — once you taste it, you’ll never look at cookies the same way again. 🍪✨“

Always clean, good smell, coffee is perfect, matcha latte is awesome - unsweetened as I love. There is no space to seat after 10am usually. So it would be better to make a timing for using laptop there.“

“Went here with my non-vegan brother for breakfast and we loved it! My brother lives nearby and he said he would definitely come back on his own for lunch, too which consider a huge compliment. We both got breakfast burritos and they were delicious. I do wish there was some kind of salsa option but the chipotle mayo was really tasty with it. It was very difficult to choose what to get because the whole menu sounds incredible. I was worried the food would be too heavy but there's a large selection of healthier looking options as well. And even the burritos were stuffed with fresh veggies which was a nice surprise. I also got a green smoothie (forget the name) with soy milk that was pretty nice“

Mike A was an outstanding server. It all started with a warm welcome by the Maitre D, a great conversation with the Hostess, and then an amazing experience by Mike & the serving staff. The soft shell crab & shrimp cocktail appetizers were exceptional. And we had the 30 oz porterhouse steak to share. Cooked to perfection. The Presentation from the moment I opened my box, was a Delight in itself. The Beautiful Yellow/Purple colors. Vibrant & Bold! The packaging of my treats, tied with purple ribbon. So pretty I didn't want to open it. Not only can you satisfy your sweet tooth, they also have food to please your tummy! In case you have a Nut allergy, let them know, they will accommodate you. “LOVE! The lines are long on weekends as is the wait but it is worth every moment when you sink into their Rainbow Whip - the creamiest, sweetest, most amazing dessert with ice cream-like vibes. But there is no additional sugar added and it's totally clean. I have also had the Pistachio and Cashew Whips - both addictive. Their baked goods are equally excellent - it's hard to find vegan, GF dessert that's also really good. Dying to have a panini but it's always sold out. It's run by two women - sisters - who manage the crowds well. It's hard when you have a throng of hungry, impatient New Yorkers but being there feels homey and cozy. They deserve all the credit they're getting. I hope they expand.“

“Fun little spot! Very sweet desserts. Ashley is the best. My friend and I came in super close to closing time (our bad!) but Ashley was very nice to us and helped us get some good desserts. Pie is good (my friend really loved it, but was a little too sweet for me), the cornflake cookie is good. Most surprising was the peanut butter cookie! I don't usually like peanut butter cookies, but I did like this one. It was also a little less sweet. I'd come back to this location to try the soft serve or some of the other options.“
