“I stopped in and got a Bronx Bomber after seeing a review online of it. The sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The bread was perfectly toasted, the roast beef was melt in your mouth, the peppers and onions perfectly complimented the sandwich. “I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to in this case. Pantano’s of Plainview catered my baby shower this past weekend. The food was amazing!! Three days later and I'm still getting texts complimenting the food. Gian Luca and his staff made everything so so easy, from the amount of food I would need to what to actually order to the sides and extra sauces; everything was perfect. With such a busy day, that was one thing I didn't have to worry and stress about. I highly recommend!“

“The food is good but the people who work there cannot follow instructions. I’ve ordered online a few times from here and some items have been missing or instructions were ignored. These were things I paid an additional price for. For instance, today I ordered a Caesar salad and asked for the dressing to be mixed in and for a side of extra dressing. I left and went back to work and when I opened the bag, my salad was not mixed up and the extra dressing I paid $$ for was missing. This is also not the first time it’s happened and normally I wouldn’t complain but it is the principle. I’d recommend checking the bag before you leave if you order pickup!“

“When I moved to New York, I lived upstairs to an Italian Deli. After moving to Greenwich, I have been looking for a deli that would match it. A friend recommended Firehouse...and THIS IS IT! We have been ordering now for several months. You can taste the pride. Prices are more than fair and the portions (especially the wedges) are outstanding. This is the real deal. So many different stations to order food from, sandwiches, smoothies, salads, dessert. Small area to eat in and one bathroom. There is always someone cleaning up the tables which is nice.“
