“I stopped in and got a Bronx Bomber after seeing a review online of it. The sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The bread was perfectly toasted, the roast beef was melt in your mouth, the peppers and onions perfectly complimented the sandwich. “I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to in this case. Pantano’s of Plainview catered my baby shower this past weekend. The food was amazing!! Three days later and I'm still getting texts complimenting the food. Gian Luca and his staff made everything so so easy, from the amount of food I would need to what to actually order to the sides and extra sauces; everything was perfect. With such a busy day, that was one thing I didn't have to worry and stress about. I highly recommend!“

“When I moved to New York, I lived upstairs to an Italian Deli. After moving to Greenwich, I have been looking for a deli that would match it. A friend recommended Firehouse...and THIS IS IT! We have been ordering now for several months. You can taste the pride. Prices are more than fair and the portions (especially the wedges) are outstanding. This is the real deal. Love their meatball Parm wedge, the Mr. G's wedge...hell, everything I've tried has been good. My wife loves their fish sandwich, too, so it's a winner all around...it's all great.“

“The food is good but the people who work there cannot follow instructions. I’ve ordered online a few times from here and some items have been missing or instructions were ignored. These were things I paid an additional price for. For instance, today I ordered a Caesar salad and asked for the dressing to be mixed in and for a side of extra dressing. I left and went back to work and when I opened the bag, my salad was not mixed up and the extra dressing I paid $$ for was missing. This is also not the first time it’s happened and normally I wouldn’t complain but it is the principle. I’d recommend checking the bag before you leave if you order pickup!“

“Super busy place but so worth it !! So many options, fresh food, tasty food, everything is labeled and easy to order once you have someone helping you. So many different stations to order food from, sandwiches, smoothies, salads, dessert. Small area to eat in and one bathroom. There is always someone cleaning up the tables which is nice.“

“First timer....Got the Brooklyn chop cheese with loaded fries. Online order gave options for sauces and I added a note to have them put on the side so I could try some but didn't receive any. Overall very tasty and bread was fresh and soft. Wasn't busy and food was ready on time.

“Stumbled upon this Subway location since I was in the neighborhood and needed to kill two hours. Situated on Willis Avenue in the beautiful upscale neighborhood in Albertson, Nassau County, this Subway location is super modern and clean. Most Subway locations that I've been to, especially in the five boroughs, are all depressing looking and in dire need of updating. The female employee that prepared my sub was friendly, and the sub turned out solid. The Raspberry cheesecake cookies that I received were stale. I believe that their cookies are supposed to be soft baked? No biggie. Anyways, I would return here in the future for a quick bite.“

“This location is simply amazing! Jay and the friendly staff are incredibly accommodating and make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is great, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The prices are also very reasonable, which is a huge plus. They’re very personable and remember their customers, which makes you feel valued. I’ll definitely be going back to this location in the future. Plus, they don’t charge a delivery fee for Uber Eats or DoorDash, and their prices are the same as if you went into the store. That’s a huge advantage!“

“I went there April 27th with my BF. He ordered the sandwich and I wasn't paying attention, we left and in the car he said he had issue with how it was made and wanted to throw it away. I said no, that sandwich was expensive, just bring me back and I will explain the issue and hopefully they will remake it for free. I talked to the manager Tanya, and explained and she remade it and remembered my order. I think I came back 15 minutes later, the manager seemed tired but was nice, quick and efficient. She deserves a raise.“

I’ve been going here for 13 years and I do admit the quality has dropped a tiny bit but I think that’s due to the surge in online ordering post Covid combined with them being short staffed. The bagels are still the best outside of NYC/Long Island and the breakfast sandwiches are delicious.“
