“5 STAR PLUS!!!!! Christine was extremely personable and efficient in taking my order. This Subway was immaculately kept clean and well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels and soap!!!!! We have been ordering now for several months. You can taste the pride. Prices are more than fair and the portions (especially the wedges) are outstanding. This is the real deal. Love their meatball Parm wedge, the Mr. G's wedge...hell, everything I've tried has been good. My wife loves their fish sandwich, too, so it's a winner all around...it's all great.“

“We literally come from Queens to this Blimpie shop all the time because we crave the delicious sandwiches.

Cleanliness: Firstly, the hygiene. The restaurant is so clean. You can tell all the meats and the veggies, everything is so fresh.

Accuracy: All the sandwiches are always done right. It’s perfect because we often don’t even get to open our bag until we get to the house. They honestly don’t get anything wrong.

Staff: The staff is so nice. And they’re so accommodating. They have Halal meats, which just means fresh amazing cold cuts. Thank you!“

“I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to in this case. Pantano’s of Plainview catered my baby shower this past weekend. The food was amazing!! Three days later and I'm still getting texts complimenting the food. Gian Luca and his staff made everything so so easy, from the amount of food I would need to what to actually order to the sides and extra sauces; everything was perfect. With such a busy day, that was one thing I didn't have to worry and stress about. I highly recommend!“

“Honestly, this place is so slept on... Krave It has the best pizza in Bayside— by a LANDSLIDE. I love that they use unbromated flour and I appreciate that every piece (even the specialty slices with many heavy toppings) has great structure, no flop. Thin & crispy crust, great ratio of sauce and cheese. I also love how clean the restaurant is. They have some incredible specialty slices that I never knew I needed in my life until I tried them! Especially the “Desi Boy” slice and the “white truffle chicken cutlet” slice. I also have to mention their vodka slice with sesame crust 🤤 Everything in this place is high quality, even their regular slices. Their sandwiches are pretty incredible too, and you can tell that the bread is fresh made in house— you don’t feel bloated or overly stuffed after eating them! The owner is super friendly and even gave us a couple extra slices to try to complete our “pie” when we had already ordered a small variety of slices. The staff are all very friendly and it feels very comfortable and less stuffy than some of the other pizzerias in the area. Happy to give this place my business. “I came here on Sunday evening with my boyfriend. The two gentleman behind the counter were very nice and made us delicious sandwiches. My turkey and provolone was layered perfectly with just the right about of condiments. My boyfriend Philly cheesesteak was cooked to perfection. Only kicker is if we went any later they would have been out of white bread but overall very good experience. We ate inside and the store was presentable.“

“We have ordered from here several times now for my office. They have a buy one get one free option which really is worth it. Their breakfast sandwich with scrambled egg, bacon, cheese and hashbrown on a roll is great. I get their Havest Quinoa Salad with crispy chicken and it's always fresh. Well worth the price. I was surprised to see reviews about the food lacking flavor. I do not agree with this. They are not a gourmet restaurant. They serve healthy food and they have large portions. “I was shocked to FINALLY see a Firehouse Subs here on Long Island. It's about time! This is a legendary Sub chain that started in Florida. What makes them different is that they steam their meats in a steamer machine, and it makes for such a good flavor profile. I'm happy to report that what I tasted at this location matches the quality of the original shops down in Florida. I really wish the shop were a standalone and not stuck inside a Bolla Market. They deserve better. Try their Hook & Ladder. It's the best.“

The store is brand new, so it’s clean and pretty.
Not important but possibly worth mentioning: they do not support swiping your card, only tap or insert. So if you have one of those prepaid debit gift cards, it can’t be accepted. This is a non-issue for most and doesn’t affect my review.

“I stopped in for the 1st time on May 4, 2022. My 7 year old granddaughter saw the photos in the window and led me in! The staff could not have been friendlier and more accommodating. She ordered a cheeseburger with fries (!!!) and a pina colada smoothie.I had coffee which was fresh and a nice blend. The experience was pleasantly unexpected. We’ll be sure to return. ☺️“

“I really love this subway and I come here a lot. The worker that works here is always very happy and I've made friends with him over the last few months. He is always quick and makes great food and is fun to talk to. Someone give this man a raise, I don't even like subway, but I love this guy so I come here. He works during the day on weekdays. “I went there April 27th with my BF. He ordered the sandwich and I wasn't paying attention, we left and in the car he said he had issue with how it was made and wanted to throw it away. I said no, that sandwich was expensive, just bring me back and I will explain the issue and hopefully they will remake it for free.
