I tried dozens of our russian diners in Queens, this particular place is #1 for Lagman, Lagman is extremely good, made with hand-made noodles and very delicious, decent portions. I tried lamb samosa their samosa looks beautiful but has little more onions than meat inside, Pilov was made well very delicious.real Uzbek pilov cooked on open wood fire, here pilov tastes better than most other places. Our sever was pretty rude and made an error with my husbands order then had the audacity to role her eyes once we corrected her. We weren’t rude at all about it. It’s totally ok things happen. But don’t roll your eyes. You work in the service / restaurant industry. Then to top it off they automatically charge 18% tip to your bill. Again totally fine, but I think that’s why we were given poor service as they know they will make their money regardless.This place leaves much to be desired.“

“Best hidden gem at Pelham. My family and I come here at least twice every week. Every time we come here, we are always greeted by smiles of the waitress and feel so welcomed. They talk to us like we are friends and always have a good time here. When we order rolls or sushi, the fish is always so fresh. Every single single time. Does not disappoint. The angel roll is a must try, so delicious and such a nice blend and balance of flavors. All of the kitchen foods are so flavorful and delicious. There really isn't a place. My go to sushi place.“

The samosa chaat had the right spice level!Veg Hakka noodles is the main I got while my partner got Singapore noodles with shrimp. The Hakka noodles were perfection in texture, not oily, not soggy, just right and very generous portions too. Needed a little bit of salt but that's easily fixed and I'd rather have less salt in a dish than too much!Partner said the shrimp was cooked beautifully in their noodles and was very flavourful.Had the ras Malai for dessert and it was really good too. As previous reviews have mentioned, Tanveer was an excellent server and was very sweet and helpful.The restaurant is very clean, has really good table settings and overall the atmosphere is cosy for a dine in. “I've been here three times with three different groups of friends and they've all loved this place. I always get sushi however one person I went with didn't eat sushi, but he loved the General Tso's chicken. They have a great assortment and diversity of selections on their menu. Their sushi is very fresh, beautifully presented and melts in your mouth. There are plenty of cooked options as well for people who do not eat sushi. The ambience is nice with a smaller sized dining room, and the service is outstanding. It's nice because the servers are on top of your meal/order without being on top of your table. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to go back again.“

Kaji is the only one spot in GC that my family and I will go for Japanese food for years and years. They have a pretty decent lunch menu and catering platter. Su & Sa for 2 or su for 2 are very fresh and great presentation which came with 2 special rolls. All lunches and entree come with soup and salad. I had the chicken fried rice, the spicy crunch salmon roll, the pepper tuna avocado roll, and the shrimp tempura roll. All of the rolls tasted great-- the best one being the pepper tuna for me-- and the preparation and quality really allowed the flavors to shine. However, my favorite item turned out to be the chicken fried rice. The chicken tasted just a bit caramelized for a savory, umami-rich dish that was not at all greasy. “I had the sichuan flavor rice noodle soup, and added duck blood slices and seafood ( shrimp and clams). They provide unlimited rice noodles. The rice noodles were precooked just right, it's soft yet unbroken. There were also small quantity of 11 assortment of side dishes that goes with the soup, which includes picked vegetables, black fungus, chinese smoked sausage. Bacon slices. It was an excellent and satisfying meal for cold spring day. I came at midnight for a late meal, the food is excellent and the place is opened 24/7.“

I am a naruto fan and walking in there it had a great naruto feel to it. Now, the food the food was amazing. I only got 2 dishes because I never been there before and I went simple fried rice and some chicken and the rice was amazing. The chicken was crispy and delicious. “One of the most authentic places to feast at. Visited here from Toronto, Canada and felt like I was eating a home cooked meal. We expected the shrimp to be larger especially for an entrée. I would recommend changing the entrée dishes to larger shrimps, and the portions were generous. I would go back and try other dishes.“

I only have had one mishap--I have a severe fish allergy, and ordered a shrimp teriyaki bento box that comes with a California roll. They will usually substitute a Shrimp Tempura roll for the fish-based CA Roll. This last order I received was delicious except for the roll contained imitation crab (which is made with pollock--FISH!). One bite and I knew something was awfully wrong. Don't know if someone was asleep at the wheel or if they just didn't care(?!).Despite the mishap, I will continue ordering from them, It's just SOOO GOOD! But will be especially vigilant when it comes to the to roll portion of my order(s)!“
