“Went for a surprise birthday party and it was a fixed menu. Good wine options and food was really delicious and service attentive. Most of it was family style and since others didn't eat the divine pate, I was not leaving that to be thrown out!!! I had the brook trout and enjoyed every bite.“

“One of those places where it is what it is. Good value. Host was welcoming. Food was good, a little salty some dishes. Enjoyed the whole branzino and brussel sprouts the most. Cocktail yummy, not too strong. Super clean bathroom which is always a plus. Granted we went during colder weather so flies were on vacay. I'd return, but could see the possiblity of experiencing what some of negative reviews mentioned if they were busy and during summer months. If in area... Why not check it out.“

“I attended a surprise party this Saturday evening. The cuisine was preselected, waiter service was excellent, should receive raises. The table arrangement was very poor. The party was downstairs in one of the private rooms. We were 25 people at one very long table, basically the length of the room, which made it difficult for guests to get around the seated persons at the head of the table on either side. Having two tables would have been a better arrangement, but one long table was not conducive for conversation since we were so far from the other end of the table. The food; not many complaints, I really didn’t have a problem. I didn’t have a lot of food, but it was delicious. The dessert, sorry not very good. Those Famous Crepes(palacinkes) sorry not that great. A lot of crepe and not a lot of filling. The dish was served with fruit, unfortunately this fruit was not in season, so the watermelon although it added color to the dish, upon tasting it, left much to be desired. Why not serve fruit that is in season? No offense to my party hosts who selected my menu for the evening, it didn’t lend itself to the 5 Star Reputation of Dubrovnik’s. I would like to make reservations and splurge on a dinner on my own, I have a feeling I would LOVE the experience! Btw, another plus was the parking!“

“The food was awesone!!! And the chef was super friendly. I have eaten the Salmon, fried whiting, string beans, Mac and cheese and corn bread. All were favorful and delicious. The potato salad was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant. The hubby had the ox tails and turkey wings and he was more than please! The food is definetly cooked with love! The strawberry mango lemonade ( with alcohol) was on point and one definitely had me feeling very nice! Please take the time to check out this establishment.“

“I ordered the whole chicken combo and camarones al ajillo combo ( comes with your choice of rice , beans, plantains and 2 liter soda ) for takeout for my grandma’s birthday and everyone loved the food!! “I brought my daughter for dinner this past Thursday night. I didn't know there was live music. I was a little worried at first that my daughter would find the music too loud but she loved it! I also tried the happy jalapeño drink...so delicious and not sweet. Overall a wonderful night out!“

Step into this place and it’s as you’re transported to a restaurant at a fancy Seoul neighborhood. Dinner for 3 cost us $150 which was great value given the quality, atmosphere and service provided. For example, one of our dish was grilled clams and we were blown away by their size. They were gigantic, abundant and FRESH! The patrons were all locals and some families. “First of all, it was not only Easter Sunday but my birthday. I didn't want to go to Manhattan; I wanted a good Italian restaurant close by and this was by far the best pick that I could make. We started with Clams Casino and Clams Oreganato. They both were absolutely, fresh, tasty and we loved them both. I had the capellini with crabmeat and shrimp and I was so pleased with the taste of the creamy tomatoe sauce and the sweetness of the crab meat and delicate flavor of the shrimp. This pasta dish was superb. My husband ordered the Seafood Pescatore with linguine. He was enjoying the dish and all the seafood ; mussels, clams, calamari and shrimp were all tender, fresh and delicious. We ordered the creme brulee with blackberries and dragonfruit. What a wonderful burst of texture, creaminess and crunch of glazed sugar browned to perfection. We have found our Italian Cucina that will be our "go to" in Yonkers. Tutti a mangiare a tavola.“

I also had the opportunity to taste the fagioli soup, spinach pizza, and eggplant pizza. Everything was delicious. All of this, and the bill was under $50, with the tip included. Can't beat that.“

“The restaraunt looks small from the outside but it's huge inside. It's very well decorated with Portugal contents, which was adorable. “Best seafood restaurant on City Island! I've been to them all. Lobster House is the best! You get a ton of food, and they are beyond accommodating. One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. Ask for Antonio! The ambiance is nothing special, but the Lobster house makes up for it with good food, large portions, and freshness. For all that you are getting, it is well worth it. When you sit down, you get a salad, antipasto, fresh warm garlic and blue berry bread. The appetizers are huge if you order any, as well as the main course. Be prepared to eat! Best place on City Island!“

“This was our first time at this restaurant and we really enjoyed it. The food was uniformly excellent. I had the halibut and the other people had the seafood pasta dish, which I also tasted. We had the chowder appetizer which was very good but just a bit on the salty side. Service was casual but efficient and attentive. They split a shared appetizer without being asked. It's a little on the noisy side but not nearly as bad as some other restaurants. While not inexpensive it's a good value.“

“Cool new spot in town! I was reluctant to try this place out but I decided to give it a try after seeing a nice crowd in there. It turns out there is a new owner, he just kept the name of the place the same. A mistake in my opinion but at least he did one good thing. He hired a great bartender named I know from Barrel and Brew. This guy can make a great drink and he is so personable. He interacts well with guests and designed a great menu of drinks. I enjoyed a couple of delicious margaritas while I was there. They also had a DJ named Bronson playing some great music. I look forward to seeing how this place does because I've always said this spot would make a great bar because of the nice patio outside. It would make a great hangout for the summer. I can't really comment on the food because I only tried an order of wings but they were good. The ambience though gave me reason to believe this place could make it at this spot.“

We began with Sonoma Saint Francis Chardonnay, with a splendid array of plump East Coast Oysters, an order of delicious Oysters Rockefeller, and hubs enjoyed his yummy New England clam chowder as he did in 2019. Entrees of: Blackened Tuna with Lime sauce, a silky Grilled Salmon Filet Beurre Blanc with pearls of Salmon Roe, and a large Caesar Salad with grilled Chicken strips. “Good place...I would come back. I got some shrimp and octopus salad in a vinaigrette to stay. Very fresh... very good, served in a bowl on top of some chopped lettuce with a slice of lime. Some of the workers here don't really speak any English... but there was someone here who was able to help me even though my Spanish kind of sucks. A delivery of food from one of the restaurant's vendors was coming in while I was standing at the counter to order, and I had to keep moving out of the guy's way as he went in and out of the store with the hand truck. A bit of a pain, but I forgive them since they've got a fully functional and clean All-Gender Bathroom. The stuff here ain't cheap, but it's quality.“
