The Apps were great, Hush Puppies and Fried Calamari, yum. I did a make-your-own Seafood Boil. OH MY GOD. The salad was wonderful! Love the dressing they use! The location is within easy reach of the HPN airport — a plus for my travel habits — and the area is a very pleasant one to either drive or walk around in. Street parking can be a little tight, but welcome to the northeast. Definitely worth the return!“

Tasted very much like farm-raised fish and lacked the flavor & texture of wild ?. Also, it was served with the head - just FYI.

“Overall, the food was excellent and left a great impression. The octopus and potato was delicious but could benefit from a little more salt or acidity to bring the flavors together. The mezze bowls were a highlight, with the bread standing out as particularly delicious. The branzino was cooked well. The citrus salad was fresh and good.

Service was a bit rushed, likely because they noticed we had a squirmy toddler with us. While we didn't mind this, I could see how it might be a bit off-putting in a more relaxed adult-only setting. One small improvement could be a clearer explanation of the dishes when they arrive at the table.

We didn't have dessert this time, although we did look over the menu. I noticed the after-dinner drinks were not listed on the desserts menu.

All in all, it was a very good dining experience for Westchester, and we’re looking forward to returning.“

“My good friend and myself stumbled into Dolce Vita not too long ago when it was the only restaurant in Nyack that was opened very late. We struck gold. We have been back several times and the food, the service, the owner, the atmosphere are the very best . All are wonderful.“

We got seated quickly so that was nice but the time it took for someone to come to us, to ask what we wanted to drink, to get the drink etc etc was abnormally long for it not being that busy. The appetizer (ahi tuna) was very good! I highly recommend that! My biggest disappointment, ironically being a steakhouse, was the steak! Two orders were medium rare and it came out more rare but it was fine for us... my boyfriend ordered his medium well (shocking since he normally orders it well) got it so rare it was practically black and blue. He was embarrassed to say anything (he totally should've ) but for a steakhouse I was shocked how drastically off the steak temp was done. As far an ambience goes it was clean and very old school elegant as opposed to Morton's that's classy but way more modern.“

“Food is good location sucks. If this place does not last I know it is because of parking. I tried to place an order online, their online system seems to be broken. My card was charged but the transaction did not go through. I then called and placed the order with intentions to prepay but that was not an option for pick up orders, I was told you have to pay at the store. The staff was kind. However there is NO parking in the area and this was a big negative. Their site offered curbside pickup however there is no standing in front of the business.
