The Apps were great, Hush Puppies and Fried Calamari, yum. I did a make-your-own Seafood Boil. OH MY GOD. “Everything I've ever tried at La Mer has been so delicious - it's clear they take pride in using top quality ingredients and only offering dishes after they've landed on the perfect recipe. I just had their brisket and handmade gefilte fish for the first time and will be craving both all year long. Both were so flavorful, tender and crowd pleasers for the entire group of kids and adults I had over for break fast. I have other family that live and work nearby and La Mer is their go to lunch and catering spot. Also - don't get me started on their seared tuna platter with the best wasabi dipping sauce or shrimp cocktail -- both are staples at all of my parties! I love La Mer and the team there!“

My fish tacos were surprisingly delicious. Others had the seafood Fra Diavolo, and one in our group had a steak. Everyone left happy.“

“This restaurant is almost a secret. It has a very unassuming facade. Inside it feels like a posh Manhattan eatery in the middle of White Plains. The food is delicious with an elegant presentation. I love that it looks at the fountain on Main Street. So peaceful. Service is also top notch.“

Reminded me of some of the seafood places I went to as a kid on Long Island. The fish is fresh and delicious, well priced and well portioned. The sides are simple (e.g. sauteed spinach, baked potato, etc.) but well done. Loved the baked clams and chowder, too. Service is fantastic and incredibly accomplished-- can't speak highly enough of the staff. Can't wait to return!“

“Great Bistro experience. Onion soup is excellent, one of the better ones in Westchester, not too alcoholic or sharp salty taste, just right. The tuna BLT and fies were excellent. The mussels in garlic white wine was just Ok. it was very bland tasting and a bit gritty.“
