“Happened upon this corner spot with low expectations when in the area. Very happily surprised! Super chill down to earth. Delicious curry soup and beef bowl. Mostly delivery orders so it was easy to sit for a while. No plugs but easy to work with laptop.“

“Oh man this steamed rice rolls where somebody and chewy and just flavor a bunch of flavor.“

“Oh what a cool menu! We mainly looked at the box sets. They have two options on box sets for “sides”. Option A has broc, crispy mushrooms on cauliflower, rice and sweet potato fries. For 75 cents more, Option B swaps out those fries for 2 soy nuggets and a mini mushroom skewer. Hands down pay the 75 cents and get Option B!

We got the crispy tofu box and the drunken seitan box. Also an order of avocado summer rolls and loaded fries (crinkle cut, veggie bacon, minced bell peppers, garlic and onion).

The crispy tofu was good- large chunks of tofu- crispy outside with soft inside and a slightly sweet dipping sauce. The drunken seitan was a homerun! Crispy chunks of seitan lightly tossed in a flavorful sauce that had us wanting more.

The fries were cooked perfectly and the flavors of the minced toppings allowed for a nice pop as we chowed down. The avocado rolls were gigantic and the dipping sauce that came with these was so good we dipped everything in it.

Now these sides- broc was steamed with a nice sesame oil kick, the skewers would easily fool you- they didnt look like mushrooms and the cumin seasoning was a nice touch. The crispy mushrooms could star on their own by the plate full. Our rice was purple and had a nice nutty flavor- would prefer white rice and may ask for that next time.

Lovely staff and food comes out fairly quickly. Loved the box concept as we got a nice variety of things to try!

We cant wait to go back as this is now near the top of some of our favorite vegetarian spots in the city.“

“I was craving some dumplings and I walked by Chairman Sun and saw their menu had just what I wanted!

The Pork Soup Dumplings were a 5/5. Full of flavor and the perfect texture. The soy sauce and flavor of the pork matched perfectly.

My Scallion Cucumber salad was a perfect flavor profile for me as a I love a garlic moment. The dressing was drinkable…and the cucumber cuts were hardy and a perfect fresh bite.

Lastly, the spring rolls, solid and great flavor.

“I’ve been eating here since it opened and this place literally never fails to deliver on amazing flavor that wakes up the tastebuds. Ingredients are all high quality. 3 pepper chicken packs a good punch, beef with silken tofu is delicious, and their duck fried rice is amazing.“

“Had lunch here yesterday and loved it so much I came back today. As a truck driver we are limited to food options on the road for obvious reasons but I’ve been parked in the area and had the opportunity to venture for food. They do not speak English here but the ordering screen makes it a bit easier to see what you like and order directly on the screen.“

“We got here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon just before it got busy. It’s a small and tight space with friendly service. The best things we tried were the shrimp rice rolls and watercress dumplings in pork bone soup - absolutely well made and really delicious. “This place has the best, most authentic wontons I've ever had outside of Shanghai. Both the small and large wontons are delicious. Every time I go I get the large wontons to eat and a frozen pack to go. They have a delicious lion's head meatball too. I'd go daily if I lived nearby.“

“I found out about this place from a coworker of mine who generously brought in a box of assorted buns to the office. I quickly became a fan and started going there regularly. They're sticky rice pork buns are great and the regular pork buns as well. I haven't tried everything there but so far Ive enjoyed what I have had. During the summertime they sell an iced tea with hibiscus and berries that's really good. They have bun options as well that you can take home and steam yourself. It's a very small place with some seating but I always take mine to-go. The employees are extremely friendly and the establishment is always clean and organized. I come here often and I know some of my co-workers do as well. Its very affordable. I've even seen this place featured from influencers on Instagram and it's well worth a visit.“

“Came here for Father's Day dinner and was not disappointed. The food came out quickly. The Roasted Beef Tenderloin in Red Wine Sauce was amazing. The sauce was savory, and the beef was incredibly tender—a 10/10 dish! The waiters were friendly and attentive, frequently changing our plates and making sure we were satisfied with each dish. This is definitely one of the top three places for Cantonese cuisine. I will definitely come back for dinner and will also give lunch a try to test their dim sum options!“

“We stopped by Ocean Bay Restaurant for Sunday dim sum. The menu has all the typical dim sum favorites, and everything we ordered was satisfying.

My favorite was the shrimp cheung fun—it's one of my go-to dim sum dishes, and this one did not disappoint. We also ordered from the menu the pan-fried noodles with beef, which came in a surprisingly large portion and was very tasty.

Service was quick, and the food arrived without much wait. One thing to note is that the dining room feels a bit tight, especially with the traditional dim sum carts moving around the aisles.

Parking was easy since there's free parking nearby, which is definitely a plus.

Overall, while Ocean Bay wouldn't be my first choice for Sunday dim sum, it's a solid option if you're in the area or craving dim sum without a long wait.“

“Can’t believe that it’s low, everyone was friendly, nice and respectful. Lovely bright dragon decorations and nice big comfortable seating. They asked how I would like my food and if I would like any sauce which they provided unlike other busy restaurant where they say no to be done with you. Great parking because you have back free ones and also street parking. Food was delicious got the roast duck and rice. No complaints at all. 10/10 would go again.“

“I am a 22 year Multifamily professional (which means I've done the job TFC is doing for a long time myself). I have never in my career seen this level of professionalism, speed to issue resolution, and overall quality, which TFC has provided.  From the porters, to maintenance, to door staff, to leasing and managers. I have experienced nothing but extreme quality and care.  I'm not impressed easily and I'm not just impressed, I'm blown away.

If you are in serious consideration of a TFC apartment vs. another option, go TFC. The experience is worth it a million times over.“

Compare to other dim sum restaurants in the area, the one is less crowded. dim sum are fresh made and spring rolls still warm and crispy while on the table. My family likes it as not too salty and not too much MSG in the food as I’m not feeling thirsty after the meal. Will try more dishes next time“
