“We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal.
I had the Hibachi salmon with rice and steamed broccoli. Broccoli was a little too over streamed but that's my personal preference, otherwise everything was delicious. My partner had the French Onion burger that she enjoyed.
Great experience all around. My first time there. I'll be back!“

“We love burger n beer Thursday. We went today since the weekend is supposed to be very cold. The inside of the building had virtually no heat. It was uncomfortable to enjoy the food. There was one heat pump and the gas fireplace was burning. Please heat the building for your customers. We’ll be back when the weather is warmer.“

“We hosted a bridal shower in 2024 and a baby shower in 2025 at The Cider Mill, and both experiences were absolutely wonderful. The food was incredible—truly out of this world—and our guests are still talking about it. At both events, multiple people told us it was the best shower they had ever attended because of how amazing the food was. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and Olivia, who we worked with while planning both events, was fantastic. She made the entire planning process so easy from start to finish—organized, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything felt seamless and completely stress-free. We highly recommend The Cider Mill for your next event, or even just for a fantastic dinner. You won’t be disappointed!“

“The food and the service here was top notch! We had the Friday specials of skirt steak and the halibut… absolutely delicious! “We brought a group to this place and the hospitality was second to none as soon as we walked in the door. The beers were ice cold and fantastic, the food was beyond our expectations and the atmosphere really was the cherry on top. Shout out to Roxanne our server who treated us like family. If you’re in town and not stopping by, you are missing out.“

“What a wonderful way to spend Mother's Day weekend! I love that they flat out say, we will be busy, and set clear expectations. Parking was a challenge but once we found it, we got on the list, they texted us when a table was ready and we got in, ordered, ate and enjoyed an amazing meal! Top notch food and service. “While traveling through the area with our dog we stopped in because they had an outside dining area. The Red Rooster Pub is definitely an establishment for the locals but it was totally accommodating to us, the bartender/ waitress was able to service both the dining area (outside seating) and the bartender inside. Food was quite good and we would definitely go back.“

“We ordered for the first time tonight, and I just wanted to say that everything was absolutely wonderful, even ordered it for pick up and I can't tell you the last time I had such a great meal to go. “Mr. Pudder’s is my local go-to for a cheeseburger. They get it juicy and cooked right, and they actually put a decent pickle on it. Staff is friendly and they move pretty fast even when it’s busy. Being able to play mini golf while you’re there makes it an easy stop instead of just another food place. Solid casual spot. Highly recommend.“

“A party of 11 of us were here after a morning at a pumpkin farm. We had worked up an appetite and we weren’t disappointed with the food and service here! They seated us promptly with the perfect sized table. The food came out in a reasonable time. The waiter was attentive, pleasant and patient with us all. The view outside was gorgeous with fall leaves and everyone including the children were happy with their food. My shaved prime rib sandwich and fries were excellent. This will be a nice family stop in the future. Thank you!“

“I stumbled on this happy little local pizza treasure. Fast service on a busy night. They sell slices. High energy with a trivia game on. Celebrating many local athletes on the walls.

“We had reservations on valentines night our first time there .. it was very clean and spacious we expected a busy night being valentines and a Saturday evening but was very disappointed that we waited over an hour just sitting in our reserved booth with glasses of water .. we ordered the all u can eat crab legs which they asked if we were having that when I made the reservation two weeks prior … we witnessed 3 other tables that got up and left in disgust that were waiting at their tables before us with no food … no bread no salads no apps not even drinks from the bar which we did order … this was a HUGE disappointment especially for some who had their Valentines Dinner ruined …. When or crab legs did come out over hour later (they were good) still had to wait forever for our sides that came with dinner … very unorganized which was so confusing to us they had empty tables and enough wait staff running around …. Our waitress Mya was very apologetic and good at her job and did try to please us by offering us a drink on her and gave us a discount on our bill …. I’m willing to give this place another shot I’m looking forward to enjoy their outside dining… I really hope it’s a better experience next time because it really does look like a great restaurant“

“Great place! I was kindly greeted by the sweet girls when I walked in, and they were very accommodating to me and my kids needs. The waitress we had was great and so friendly! She was very helpful and did an amazing job providing us service. The food was delicious as always. And as we left the managers and hostesses continued to be so polite to us, and made our stay wonderful! Highly recommend this place!“

“Excellent food and low prices. Ordered takeout several times and it’s consistently ready on time and delicious. We’ve had banh mi, classic & Saigon fried rice, chicken tenders, shrimp shumai, a couple kinds of eggrolls, seasoned fries and enjoyed them all. (The pork banh mi & fried rice are my personal favs) They also have a huge selection of wing flavors and dipping sauces.“

“Today I had the best, most courteous, dining experience I have ever had. My party of 12 became 13. We were comfortably accommodated without any delay. (It was busy @530) Our server, Courtney, was the very best. She handled everything with pleasant, precision. Not a hint of stress. She was attentive and cheerful. My 80 year mother got a splash of sangria on her blouse. Courtney didn't just bring club soda. She stopped, and knelt down to scrub it up. Food was fantastic and well timed. Top Notch!!!!“

“We came in for the Sunday special and were lucky to have Sarah as our server. She was amazing. I have celiacs and she knew just what I could have and made sure my order was perfection. From the soup French Onion to my Turkey dinner! The food was amazing. I could not have the Sauerbraten but that is what my partner ordered. He thought the was amazing and was able to bring home a wonderful piece of raspberry pie. (which I could not eat.). But Sarah checked over all of the dessert options to try and find one for me. The food was amazing. Our service was stellar. And we told Sarah we would be back to see her again. Thank you so much for a lovely meal!“

“This pub has been here serving the locals for what seems like forever. It has been there at least since the early 70s. If dad wasn't home, you knew where he was.Other then the VT and the village cafe, this was the place for dinner on Friday nights.“
