“Over the last few years, the Amber Inn has become our default night out destination.
The menu is small but solid (try the Mac and cheese or the flatbreads; the pizza is good, too), but the main reason we go is for the staff. Karen and Linda are excellent and watching them work, esp on busy nights, is like watching a dance.
They remember everyone's name and favorite drinks, and create a friendly, lively, and comfortable atmosphere without ever standing still. It's a pure pleasure watching professionals own their jobs.
When we go out, the main reason we choose one place over another is the service, almost more than the food, and the Amber Inn team never disappoints.“

“I’ve visited this restaurant many times over the years in this location and other places.. I try to be optimistic every time now I’ve learned: this place advertises to be a tavern, so it makes sense to selectively choose tavern-like food on the menu (ie., nachos, wings, quesadillas, soups, salads, pizza, burgers & fries..) and if you focus on this approach you will rarely have something bad. I’ve previously ordered a main pasta entree (nothing impressive), the power fit options (just alright) and I recently tried a special steak entree and I vow never again. I’ll go back to the other choices. You can count on the pizzas being amazing every time.

Coppertop is a great casual restaurant for couples, friends, families, groups, with ample parking here. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Drinks are delicious. The ambiance is dark wood, low lighting, and clean.“

“The atmosphere is wonderful! Our server Antonio was an absolute gentleman. We also had a a very pleasant young lady named Mara who we found out made the muffins!! The best lemon poppy muffin I have ever tasted! The NY hash was to die for! If you want great service, smiles all around, and wonderful food, check out Krebs. Don't forget to ask for Mara, she's the one that makes the best muffins!!

“Our family has looked forward to our Easter meal at the Inn for the past several years. We were not disappointed with our Easter meal there today! Everything was delicious (as usual), filets were cooked perfectly as were the pork and lamb chops. Grandchildren enjoyed their pasta and all of us enjoyed the sides that were served. We can never leave the Inn without one of the many delicious dessert offerings. As I said before, the quality of their menu and preparation has never disappointed! The staff of the Inn are always friendly and accommodating to your needs! If you’ve never dined at The Inn of the Seasons, I highly encourage you to try it!“

“This pub has been here serving the locals for what seems like forever. It has been there at least since the early 70s. If dad wasn't home, you knew where he was.Other then the VT and the village cafe, this was the place for dinner on Friday nights.“

“Recently had the Korean BBQ tacos. They were very good. Fries were also spot on. Also went through an order of fried pickles very quickly. Osso Buco is also excellent, as is the Cuban sandwich.

“We went the other night for the Wednesday prime rib special. Now don't get me wrong the prime rib was really good but for me the Mac and cheese was the star of the show. I feel like it's so hard to actually find Mac and cheese that is creamy and actually cheesy. I personally like Mac and cheese a little sharper and this checked all the boxes and was even still being really good microwaved the next day. It wasn't greasy and still had the cheese flavor. We will be back again!!! Also the staff were great it was busy but they were very good about checking on all the tables! Also one of my favorite bloody Marys.“

“Stopped today to enjoy an outdoor meal on a nice day. Was not sure what to expect food-wise. Pleasantly surprised ! The burgers are fabulous, the "pudder" burger was made to order,cooked to perfection, and the toppings were extremely fresh. While my wife had ice cream for dessert, I had another pudder burger ! My new fav place for a burgers“

“Great place! I was kindly greeted by the sweet girls when I walked in, and they were very accommodating to me and my kids needs. The waitress we had was great and so friendly! She was very helpful and did an amazing job providing us service. The food was delicious as always. “I love this place and I make sure to visit every time I’m in Syracuse. The portions are generous, and the place is extremely satisfying if you’re looking for a sports bar atmosphere. But for now, I’ll stick with the burgers, wings and fries. I tried the “Tipp Dip” Wednesday special recently and although the price was great, I found it very stringy and hard to chew through certain portions. Also, I’m there to watch sports, so I really hope they turn off the news. The situation in our government today is too overcharged and polarized. Many people are very angry, so politics should be avoided in a fun sports bar, IMHO. I come there to ESCAPE politics… to lose myself in live, or even pre-recorded sports action. Other than that, these guys do a fantastic job, and considering how much food they have to prepare so quickly, it’s awe inspiring to watch them in the kitchen!“

“pies giys has declined ALOT the food has become poor at this location they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE even at 8pm so drove down to even attempt an order an hour before close and the inside is absolute filth maybe pick up a rag everyone standing around. I'd say it's poorly managed“

“First visit and it will not be the last. We had Grilled chicken wraps, Brussel Sprouts & Salad. Everything was fresh and very, very satisfying. May be a touch pricey for some, but so worth it. The only thing I would say is that the dining area tables could be kept cleaner then they were. Plenty of staff to clean up quick. Is was not that busy to have so many tables dirty. Takes seconds to wipe a table. Staff was super friendly tho! Overall experience-5 ⭐️“

“I LOVE Denny's. My family has been coming here frequently for years until COVID hit and everything shut down. This was my first trip back to Denny's since before COVID, and although the food was just as excellent as it always has been, I was a little bummed to see the outrageous increase in prices. For it to be a family "burger joint," I feel $17 is a big pricey for a burger and fries. It's absolutely worth the price, which is why I'm still giving 4 stars. The quality of the restaurant and the people who work there has always been 5 Star, however the price increase means my family won't be able to visit as frequently as we used to.“
