“First time here, I work next door. Had takeout and it was VERY good! Sesame chicken dinner, extra spicey exactly how I wanted it. Even the leftovers the next day were still just as delicious! The interior isn't what you expect from a Chinese takeout restaurant but I thinks it's quiet refreshing because it's different.

“First time here. We came for the soup dumplings and they were great. Great flavor and a nice selection to choose from. We tried crab and pork soup dumpling as well as lobster soup dumplings. We also ordered the spring rolls pretty good as well as the Singapore Mei Fun which had a great curry flavor and a nice spiciness though it was on the small side for an entree. The restaurant was very small. It had 4 two person tables and 2 large picnic tables with benches that could sit 6 people. Service was not the best and staff not that friendly. Once served they never came to see if you needed something or how was the food.“

“There were two cute pillows thoughtfully placed on the chair, and the restaurant was very clean. It is highly recommended for those who like sweet food to try the tomato fat beef scrambled eggs! ! ! Highly recommended by this Shanghainese! ! ! Fellow Northeasterners said that the pickled cabbage and white meat are particularly authentic. “I had the lunch menu of pork fried rice, pork egg roll and boneless ribs. Everything was good but the pork ribs. They were very dry. I could hardly cut them and very dry. I would not order them again. The people seem friendly enough.“

“While looking for a Thai restaurant near Waiting River, Google recommended this restaurant.. They have sushi and Sashimi as well as a full Cinnese restaurant. The servers were friendly and attentive. My steamed vegetables and brown rice were nicely prepared with the sauce on the side as I asked.Everything was clean, including the bathrooms.“

“Little mom and pop owned noodle place, great quality noodles and the kindest staff. Also they have homemade chili oil/sauce on the table that is so hot it is to die for. Our food came out within 3 minutes. In addition to that, the meal was at a great price. Would definitely go again.“

“Classic, reminds me of my younger years on Long Island. Nicely tasty and straightforward. Very accommodative of special dietary needs - no soy sauce for me, no sesame oil for another in our party. I had the cabbage and pork soup - for two and ate it all with gusto! I also had Singapore noodles, which I like very much and here it was presented with good curry taste but not hot (which I enjoy but most others in my party do not). They use trolleys to serve and clear, so there is always a bustle and rumble which is distracting.“

Fried dumplings, shrimp toast, combo beef and broccoli, which comes with fried rice and an egg roll. Now for many places thus far, i have never been able to find where all the items were good. Its usually none or one or two of the items i order. ALL of it was very good! I like how you can order delivery directly from their website and pay cash upon delivery (like the good ole days!). And while its not that far, I am in Centereach and this place in in Nesconset, it is about 4 miles away which is not directly in my local area and yet it still got here pretty fast and HOT! I would definitely order from them again based on taste alone!“

“We’ve recently discovered this restaurant. The General Tso’s shrimp was a bit pricey but excellent. The shrimp in black bean sauce and vegetable noodles were not good. Also it’s best to go there during daylight hours. The strip mall is totally abandoned and eerie at night. I would recommend this restaurant. The service was also excellent.“

“We moved to the area a year and a half ago an were in search of a good Chinese food restaurant. We can from a town with very good food around so it was a challenge. After a few tries, we settled with yummy kitchen. Food is good and consistent every time we order. My husband is Chinese descendant so he’s a tough one to please and they didn’t disappoint!Prices are a little high and service isn’t the greatest but food is good!“

“There's not too many really authentic cantonese take outs any more. I find the food here is good. Only negatives would be wonton soup has nothing but broth & wontons, no traditional pices of pork or greens. The shrimp & lobster sauce is very bland and has no ground pork, which it would traditionally have. Restaurant is very clean and staff friendly.“

“I moved to this area about 11 yrs ago, its been very hard to find your basic staples go to like Pizza, Bagels and Chinese. Ive been using 2 other local Chinese food places for the last 11 yrs. Good, but was never something I would write a review about. My only complaint is that I did not try this place sooner! By far, the best in this area. Everything you hear in the reviews is correct. The shrimp toast is fantastic and their boneless spare ribs were delicious and very tender. I was very pleasantly surprised about how good it was. “I grew up going there. I always liked it. I would get the chicken and broccoli with white sauce, white rice. I would get wonton soup and shrimp roll. It's been there over 30 years. I don't know if it's new owners, have not ate there in awhile. I think it's been a few years. I have to back and try again. It's a take place, but they have a few tables. I called I wanted delivery which they don't do. I understand the roads are crazy, safety, they are busy cooking. They have I think GrubHub but I don't have any if those delivery apps. Anyway delivery can get expensive fuel charge, etc. Some places don't charge delivery fees, but your still tipping. Anyway they have good lunch specials. If they have cheese wontons I would try. I would hope they would be bid and filled with alot of cheese. Enjoy.“

“Great local Chinese restaurant with large portions and great prices, especially lunch specials. The owners and staff are very friendly, and service is quick, even if you decide to order at the place and take out. Love their brown and garlic sauce, which I compare regularly amongst local Chinese places. Food is always hot and the place is very clean, though I do wish that they had some sit down tables. Will continue to visit.
