“There is not much variety of food, the atmosphere is good but there is no place to give celebration surprises, I didn't like that. I went to celebrate my first year anniversary and I couldn't give the surprise because they didn't do that there. That's what I liked. I'm quite disappointed.“

“We stopped at this lovely little tapas bar after catching a film across the street. Featuring a menu full of crowd favorites, it was the quality ingredients that elevated every dish we tried. They also have an excellent, if small, collection of Spanish wines. But why Tentempie gets five stars is how obvious a passion project this is. The chef/owner went out of his way to share insights on each dish and to make sure each table was having a blast. It made you feel like you were sharing a meal in his home kitchen. And that feeling is worth revisiting.“

“Great place for Tapas! Love the great selection of the drinks, especially the wines. I had two beautiful wines, a glass of Txakoli and a glass of Rioja. Both of the wines were perfectly paired with all the dishes we ordered. My favorite of the night was the King Prawn Paella and the Churrasco. The Paella rice was cooked perfectly with flavorful giant shrimps. And the chorizo gives an amazing flavor to the paella. Make sure to order ahead. It takes about 45min. Couldn't stop eating them. The steak was cooked medium rare and it was so tender with the delicious chimichurri rojo. All the desserts were excellent.“

“This is a 3.5 -star place. Arugula/Frisee/Pomegranate special salad had all fresh ingredients, and it was excellent except that the dressing was way overdone, very bold, onto your throat kind of thing. Calamari was fine, except frivolous fried vegetables dominated the dish. Having some more actual calamari would make it worthwhile. My main dish was sea baas, dish was well done, but a bit salty because of the soy sauce on the base bogchoi at the bottom. Overall, it was a somewhat pleasant experience.“

Gold Deli Deli • $

“this was maybe the most sketchy whole in the wall place I have been too for food. Our friend brought us in while we were staying close by and thought he was grabbing a beveage from a convince store. To my surprise there was an actual deli inside and I was hesitant at first to order.. Let me tell you tho. The Abe bagel was the greatest bagel I've ever had in my LIFE! I am still floored and would literally go there everyday if I lived there. Apologies for the quick judgement. Seemed like great friendly people in the store and the food... ugh. Do I need to go on? Bravo.“
