“Visited Garvan’s today for the first time for a late lunch in the Pub. We started with Mexican Street Carrots. So delicious! My husband had the traditional Irish breakfast and I had the lamb stew. Both meals were excellent. Wish we could have had dessert, but we were so stuffed. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. We’re looking forward to visiting again.”

“100% recommend novellas! We just recently celebrated our wedding there and we had the best. Time. They made the entire wedding process so easy for us, with menu items, decor, timelines, everything. You name it, they did it! Bryce, Chloe, and their entire team were so helpful and kind. So willing to step up to plate, and the food was DELICIOUS. Super affordable and convenient as well, and they answered any and every question they had. Our special day was made even better thanks to the wonderful work of their staff and the beautiful scenery of their venue. My guests and family were overjoyed and welcomed happily by all of them, and I’m incredibly grateful! This place has become like family, and we’ll be back as often as we can now because of their professionalism and kind hospitality! Thank you guys!!”

It has amazing flatbread pizza with all the gourmet toppings you can think AND they have a few dinner specials that are absolutely delicious. Lastly, everything is fresh, tasty and not overly priced. Starbucks has nothing on Mudd except hype. You want good ☕️ and reasonably priced selection of quality products when you need a break Mudd Puddle is worth a drop in.”

“This place has an old-timey feel to it which I love. Prices are fair. Service is too. Selection for ice cream is pretty good. They will have at least one flavour that is non-dairy. I got a hot fudge sundae with cookie dough ice cream.
Seating is limited to a couple of seats towards the entrance.
They accept both cash and card.

Parking: There is parking on Plattekill Ave. Before 6 pm you have to pay. After it's free

Wheelchair accessibility: There is none. You have to use the stairs.”

“It’s tucked away down a narrow side street. Understated decor, small and intimate. Avoid wearing big coats and keep your voice down. There’s an outdoor patio as well (weather permitting), if you don’t mind the busier outdoor environment.

I’ve been eating here for over 20 years, and 3 girlfriends. When we say we want Sushi, we mean Hokkaido. My child’s first Sushi meal was here.

It can be very busy on weekends, especially during pleasant weather. I recommend you call ahead. A very large menu too, so, I recommend you study the menu online and have your ideas ready. They’ll help you with suggestions, but that means you’re slowing us all down.

Eating alone, then maybe eat at the bar and enjoy watching the sushi get maid.

I recommend the pan fried gyoza, edamame and string beans. I love the spicy rolls, eel and Monster roll. Take out available. Lots of fans order their food for pick up. But, I don’t like to transport my fresh food.

Had my first warm Sake here. Loved it.

“I have been going here for a year or so and the pastries, tea and coffee have all been consistently great! I love the atmosphere as its a great place to do work or relax and I never feel pressured to leave quickly even if it's busy. I especially like the plants and the cute mugs they give you.”

“Shout out to Bubbakoos in New Paltz NY. I forget to hit submit on my online order so when I went in to pick up there was no order for me. When I saw my mistake they made my order right away. That was so awesome of them. I really appreciated the awesome customer service- especially when the error was all mine.”

“Love this place! Big portions, and friendly people. Best soft serve anywhere. They are always rotating flavors of hard ice cream so we come often. The Let's Dough and Mint Cookie Surprise are my favorites and I cant find them anywhere else! Someone posted that they carry Perrys- they do have some Perrys but only flavors you cant buy in grocery stores. I know ice cream and know companies keep exclusive flavors only shops can get.”

“What a Joy to have this place on our way home to Kerhonkson.

We lucked out and landed on a Tuesday in which there is a special promotion for a pie. Not that you need one because the pies at GP are astronomical (and delicious).

I stopped by with my 3yr old and pregnant wife , and we didn't have to break the piggy bank to satisfy our cravings, which were insatiable.

I believe it was the owners who served us then his team mates who were all graceful and professional.

Tell you what, I think we'll stop by again.

The pork skin is my favorite part of the dish, so crunchy and the flavor is always SO RICH and good. 12-14 ish for rice beans and pork is fine for me, and the small portion is always enough for me, sometimes I have leftovers even. “Very pleasant surprise! It was an AARP Promotion - free slice and beverage after speaking with an AARP volunteer. Never knew about Rocco's before this invitation to lunch. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our pepperoni slices and bottled iced tea. We were treated just as politely with our free meal as if we reached in our pocket to pay. We will definitely return for lunch/dinner when our travels bring us to New Paltz again!”

“We brought a group of 50 people on a bus tour and made the McDonald’s in New Paltz our stop both ways for the weekend. We called ahead on the way down, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and impressively fast. All 50 of us received our orders quickly and without a single mistake!

On our way back, we gave them about an hour’s notice, and once again the service was fantastic. The team handled our large group with efficiency and a great attitude. The bathrooms were also very clean, which we truly appreciated!
