“100% recommend novellas! We just recently celebrated our wedding there and we had the best. Time. They made the entire wedding process so easy for us, with menu items, decor, timelines, everything. You name it, they did it! Bryce, Chloe, and their entire team were so helpful and kind. So willing to step up to plate, and the food was DELICIOUS. Super affordable and convenient as well, and they answered any and every question they had. Our special day was made even better thanks to the wonderful work of their staff and the beautiful scenery of their venue. My guests and family were overjoyed and welcomed happily by all of them, and I’m incredibly grateful! This place has become like family, and we’ll be back as often as we can now because of their professionalism and kind hospitality! Thank you guys!!”

“I love this restaurant, it’s definitely one of my all time favorites. It has amazing flatbread pizza with all the gourmet toppings you can think AND they have a few dinner specials that are absolutely delicious. Lastly, everything is fresh, tasty and not overly priced. If you haven’t been here you are missing out.”

“This weekend was my first time visiting New Paltz and my girlfriend and I stopped by this place as soon as we saw pickles (I love pickled food) I bought a pineapple habanero hot sauce and a jar of their dill pickles with garlic. The hot sauce was absolutely fantastic, very spicy just as the owner warned me, but delicious and the pickles were so acidic and tart yet sweet and savory. They have lots of things like pickled jalapenos, different home made juices and mixes and a lot of sandwiches, Frank's is a must stop for anyone who likes pickled foods with good sandwiches with great sauces.”

“Visited Garvan’s today for the first time for a late lunch in the Pub. We started with Mexican Street Carrots. So delicious! My husband had the traditional Irish breakfast and I had the lamb stew. Both meals were excellent. Wish we could have had dessert, but we were so stuffed. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. We’re looking forward to visiting again.”

“This place has an old-timey feel to it which I love. Prices are fair. Service is too. Selection for ice cream is pretty good. They will have at least one flavour that is non-dairy. I got a hot fudge sundae with cookie dough ice cream.
Seating is limited to a couple of seats towards the entrance.
They accept both cash and card.

Parking: There is parking on Plattekill Ave. Before 6 pm you have to pay. After it's free

“Went to Buffalo area last week, ate great wings at bar where wings were first served. Plus ate wings at other bars in that area, very good wings. Stopped in New Paltz on way back to Ct. Cuddys wings were the best! Had three different sauces all were fantastic! Highly recommend eating Cuddys wings!!”

“If I could rate food 10 stars I would. The soups, service, and especially the grilled salmon with vegetables were all 🤩. The atmosphere was average, this isn't a super fancy restaurant so it was expected. The menu was massive with pasta, pizza, veal, steak, seafood, heroes, salads, soups, an assortment of appetizers, an impressive kids menu, and all the other stuff a fancy Italian place would have. I also thought the price was decent for your average meal but the food was so good they could have changed more and still got me to come back.

Vegetarian options: There were plenty of vegetarian dishes but half the menu was neat based.

Kid-friendliness: Faint kids menu, pizza pasta and they can get you vegetables on the side.

Wheelchair accessibility: Everything was wheelchair accessible.”

She helped pull together a custom dinner for 80+ starving rock climbers without skipping a beat. She predicted our hungry behavior better than I could!! Everyone raved about the food (pasta, salad, main dishes, gluten free pasta, cookies = delish!), and we can't wait to come back to New Paltz and work with her again in the future. “Great place to spend an afternoon with friends and pups! We thought the pizza was delicious and loved having the flights of cider. There’s a nice shaded pavilion where the dogs can hang too. Also a beautiful pond where we saw geese and a turtle! Would definitely recommend this place!”

The pork skin is my favorite part of the dish, so crunchy and the flavor is always SO RICH and good. 12-14 ish for rice beans and pork is fine for me, and the small portion is always enough for me, sometimes I have leftovers even.
